They sell a bunch of DIY supplies including nicotine, PG, VG, syringes, gloves, funnels, bottles, etc. But I can only comment on flavors because I've never purchased anything but flavors from them.
Prices are a little higher but when it comes to things like Holy Holy Grail RY4, Holy Vanilla, Cafe Napoleon, and others, you get what you pay for. Who knows what other gems are hiding in there among what looks like about 300 flavors? I have had problems with their credit card software before and had to call and place my order by phone. When I did, they were polite and friendly, and they always threw in a free sample. No problems with shipping, but IIRC their flavors come in bottles without tips for dripping so I had to bust out the pipettes.
But since I don't want to place an order for just a few things from there, these days instead of ordering from them directly I just pick up the DIY Flavor Shack flavors I want from DIY Vapor Supply (they have a nice selection of Flavor Shack) or add some Holy Holy Grail RY4 or Holy Vanilla to my semi-regular Chef's Flavours orders. Those places have them in bottles that don't need pipettes. I just checked and Chef's has added DIYFS Banana Nut Bread to their site. Why is Banana Nut Bread one of only three DIYFS flavors they offer? I bet that shit is good, I know what's going on my next Chef's order.
I ordered once. Two flavors (Holy Vanilla, & Holy RY4), both 60ml, or 2oz don't remember what they advertise. It came in the mail quick enough. They came in PET bottles with regular black flat top caps (which were taped to seal). They included a free sample of Holy Po-Po for free which was 10ML. I saw a couple of posts about them not being dropper bottles but mine was. The Po-po came in a small PET bottle like Bullcity does with a dropper tip. They might have thrown a couple of suckers in there I don't remember. I think they threw in some gloves too.
This company is in my hometown, Vegas, and I visited them before leaving the states.
Pretty chill folks, easy to work with. Clean shop, but they've got this mix of commercial, their own juices, and DIY pushing that doesn't seem well balanced from the front-end.
Prices aren't the cheapest, but they're accommodating. Just picked up nic from them, nic was slightly faint yellow like most I've gotten, no probs. But I've ordered flavors from other companies due to better prices, better selection, and there's been some talk of problems with DIY Flavor Shack, but I won't spread what I can't confirm.
I have friends in Vegas that use their DIY stuff with no problems.
EDIT: I have become an affiliate/consultant with DIYFS, and they gave me a code to share with the DIY community. It is LianazVapin20. This is permanent and good on all flavors online. Hope this helps!
I live in Las Vegas, so when I found out DIY Flavorshack was less than couple miles from me, I was thrilled. Dawn, Joey, Dana, Sammy Jo, Blake, and others (can't remember everyone's name yet, sorry!) are super helpful, friendly, and easy going. The lounge is comfy, the entire place is clean, well organized, and I feel right at home. They put up with all my noob questions, make stuff for me to try, explain things, and give advice freely. Their customer service on the telephone is top-notch, and when they've been too busy to answer the phone they always call me back if I leave a message.
I can't really speak for thier online ordering, but I do buy my VG, PG, bottles, salt nic, some hardware and coils, etc there. I get a few DIY flavors because they have a nice 6 pack deal on flavors that is basically buy 5 and get one free, and they put droppers in them for me for free. The quality has been top notch and I have had zero problems with anything I have recieved. I am blessed with getting to try a lot of new flavor combos, all while getting some much needed education and laughs.
DIYFS has my vote and my business.
I've only ordered from them once (so far). 2oz (60ml) each of Holy Holy Grail RY4 and Holy Vanilla. They threw in another sample, which is always appreciated, as well as a handwritten thank you on the invoice.
Order was placed on a Saturday, was notified as shipped on a Sunday (high marks for that one, even if it only meant the package was completed and the shipping label was printed - it went out the door Monday morning), and I received it in DC on Thursday.
The only thing I wasn't wild about, as a first time customer, was that the 1oz (30ml) bottles were glass, and so were recommended for a higher shipping rate ($11 and requiring a signature if I recall), so I ended up ordering both flavorings in 2oz sizes in plastic bottles for the less expensive shipping option, which did not require a signature for delivery. Now, happily, I adore both flavorings, especially Holy Holy Grail RY4, so I don't mind having a lot of them, but if I had to ding them for one thing, it would be that.
Also, as /u/ID10-T noted, the bottles don't come with tips, so after initially using pipettes, I transferred them to their own unicorn bottles for ease of dispensation. I'd happily pay an extra 25 cents for a screw-on top.
Price is a little high, but really not any worse than what I pay for FLV flavors at Bull City.
Package arrived intact, bottles were bubble wrapped, sealed with tape, in excellent condition, and with no leakage. I had no need to contact customer service.
When I blow through all of my Cardinal, Holy Diver, and my mash-up of Cardinal and Holy Diver, I will absolutely be ordering from this company again.
I ordered Holy Holy Grail RY-4 and it was to my door in N.W. OK the next day. I opened the box that had a bottle of some of the most tasty RY-4 that I have experienced ever in my entire life. The box also had a big ass sample of Pillow Talk which I was not really to eager to try as it smelled like vanilla sickness but I spun up a 10ml of it and Daaaayyyyuuum Goooood! it also makes berries an orgasmic dream. I will need to get more of that too. I did think that the bottles should have been a more user friendly type but that is only my opinion and I'm sure that if everyone received my fav type PET Dripper bottles we would have someone bitch about them too. Prices are on the high side but worth it if you want your stuff quickly. I will buy from them again.

I have not tested these myself yet, so I will be unable to give any feedback on them for awhile. My hopes are high on several of these flavors myself. Feedback is welcome, especially SFT comparisons to the originals. Happy mixing!
