pure high nicotine base cause gunk

i just started using some high nic salt base with no flavoring and within 1 day i can see gunk on the coil at first i though i burned the wick but it is gunk i am using 18 mg 50/50 is this caused by the high nic content or specific becourse its nic salt any 1 have any experience with this ?

All salt I've tried burns the coil 2-3x faster than freebase

Same here. Ive talked to shop employees who have said the same.

Also same here. Salts are just rough on coils.

I think this requires an experiment. I've done that with flavors and coils and longevity. The resukts have me using unflavored a lot.

It's not something you hear a lot about. There are different chemicals that can be added to make salt nic, maybe some are worse than others?

Haven't had this issue using a Canadian supplier. YMMV.
