I have tried LiquidBarn, NicotineRiver and VapersTek nicotine. I liked VapersTek the best out of the 3 but want to try something new. What do you guys use?
Carolina Xtract, been using it for over 2 years with no problems. Also recently tried Nudenicotine's "smooth" and "hit" salts, really enjoyed those as well. Thumbs up to both companies for providing quality products.
Is the hit salt significantly harsher than the smooth in your experience? Wondering cause I want to switch to a mtl device @~ 25 mg nic
I wouldn't know, I've never used it alone. I use it in a 50/50 mix with smooth and really enjoy that level of harshness. When salts first hit the scene I tried a few commercial juices and liked the strength but not the taste/harshness, leading to me mixing the way I did. I do occasionally mix 3% smooth with 3% free-base for my regular recipes when I'm using my single battery squonk mods, and the taste difference/level of harshness is negligible. If someone was looking to make a recipe that tastes nic-free, smooth might achieve that for ya. On the flip side, I can definitely feel the throat hit on the "hit" salts at 25mg and would say it's similar to a regular filtered cig in terms of harshness. If you want to mix at 25mg, I would try the hit if you like it harsh, or a 50/50 mix like I did if you're looking for strength without compromising flavor or having it be too harsh. Hope that helps :)
I second Carolina Xtract, it was the first nicotine I bought when starting mixing and have no issues with it yet. (Though I have only mixed three bottles from scratch and about 600ml of premixed flavors that you just add VG and nic too.) The "sample bottle" seems like it will last me quite a while.
Chemnovatic from Vapersek. I got some from NicRiver last time to see if I could tell a difference. I'm pretty satisfied with it. Nude sent me some strait pepper my first order. So after that, Vaperstek seemed heaven sent. I'm curious about Carolina Extract but probably wont order any soon. I'm more of "aint broke don't fix it" kind of mixer.
