A question about ws-23
submitted over 6 years ago by dillycrawdaddy

So I have some commercially made mango flavored juice that I’d like to use up. I’ve really been into cooling a lot lately and I thought I’d seek some advice on how much ws-23 I should add to 25ml of existing juice.

I enjoy what I’d like to think is a ‘normal’ amount of cooling; enough to know it’s there, but not overpowering.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

(I searched the sub for something relating to this and didn’t find anything)

I'd add about 0.25 percent if you don't vape menthol often that should be enough for you.. Personally I have to add like 1 percent but I like it icy!

Yeah this. I don’t like menthol AT ALL though and I made a recipe with .5% ws-23 I found enjoyable

It depends on ws-23 concentration. Usually it's about 30% and I use 1-2%

Is it ok to add before steeping?

I just add it 3 days before steeping end.

Some people say it mutes flavor so don't be afraid to boost flavor % I have ws23 but rarely use it I also have original koolada (ws3? I think?) And it DEFINITELY mutes flavors

Im glad you love mango and koolada, but sadly the two do not play nicely together.

As for ws-23 percentage recommendations theres no shame in adhering to ELR flavor guides.

I would instead recommend 1% TFA Citrus Punch & 0.66% INW Cactus to spice up CAP Mango at your preferred %.

Anything over 0.5% and it will take over the milder flavors
