Vegetable glycerin is so hard to drip into bottles. I have a hard time with50/50 myself. Why do people order their nicotine in it?
Edit: Forgot about PG sensitivities
Some people like shaking the crap out of the bottle back and forth while at the same time strengthening their masturbation hand. Two birds and all that
But I am a lady. Battery powered devices aren't THAT heavy!
My wife has a SEVERE sensitivity to PG, (causes vascular cluster migraines) to the point where I can't have any PG at all in my liquid. All of our liquids for our vapes are PG free for this reason.
Do you go with Medicine Flower or Real Flavors?
RF, but I have yet to get a recipe worth anything. Thankfully, JuiceMafia has PG free juices to keep us happy while I try and get it figured out.
I use VG nic to keep my ratios up around 80/20. I'm on RDAs so I need it as thick as possible.
I like max VG. If I add even a little PG it hits too harsh for my liking and there's less vapor, it's less satisfying to me. Just a matter of opinion.
For the nic I just grin and bear it, yeah it takes a while with a syringe but oh well. For the plain VG I put the bottle in a hot water bath for a while, then pour it into my bottles with a funnel, easy as cake.
I like to buy my nic bases in sub-lethal concentrations. The only way I could use PG nic base would be for it to be <= 10% of my mix since I am already adding 10-20% in flavorings. I vape at 9 mg so that would means PG base nic strengths of around 100 mg/ml. Yeah no thanks. 70/30 is my target split.
I use a high ratio because it stops leaks on my rdta and it doesn’t spit back anymore so now my lips are burn free and my hands are clean
Max vg cloud lyfe /s
I use max vg because 1) rdta 2) its just easier. Nobody sells pg around me but I can stroll into any store and grab vg if I run out.
I order %100 VG based nicotine, and depending on the end ratio I might cut it down with PG to a 50/50 ratio. Most of the liquid I mix is at %80 or higher VG, and PG based nicotine makes it impossible for me to get high VG in some of my recipes. As with anything VG based, temperature matters, I do long term storage in freezer, mid term in fridge, and room temp for shaking, mixing, or adjusting ratios. Lastly, if your arms are tired, you need powertools, I got one with a flat ribber grip plate, lets me use lots of different sized bottles, I picked up mine reconditioned on eBay.
