Tldr forgot to order flavor. Gremlin gave me the opportunity to purchase it without shipping. I had forgotten my credit card at home. they added 120 ml of the flavor to my order free.

Hi all!! So I've been out of the game for a little while due to bronchitis inducing asthma ended up switching back to smoking and after a year I'm coming back home. Since I stopped vaping oh, I still do making juice for my wife and because she's not too picky I've basically exhausted all of my flavors. So with some tax return money I decided to refill the cabinet. The gremlin I went. Ordered about a hundred bucks in flavors and slammed order. This morning I realized I had forgotten to get la banana cream which is kind of a big deal. Shot customer service a quick email asking if I ordered if we could include the shipping and packaging them together. Today I got an email with the promo code to do so. But I had left my credit card at home. So I figured I was just going to have to pay for the shipping which I was totally okay with. But halfway through the day I got confirmation that my shipment was ready for pickup so I knew that I'd miss my deadline. To my surprise I received an email about an hour later from the customer service rep I talked to you earlier. They assured me if they had made sure my banana cremated in the Box even though I never placed the order. They also made sure I was getting 120 ml of it. This company has done many things to make me be a loyal customer. And they don't stop! I've asked them if there's anything that I could do because I would like to pay for the product, but if they don't allow me to I'm going to donate the price of the juice to a charity. Hopefully they'll at least pick a charity for me!!
