Caramel Cappuccino recipe, will this kill me and my coils?
submitted over 6 years ago by grabmyrooster

So this is the first recipe I'll be making from scratch instead of trolling around looking for recipes other people post. My lady asked me to try making something similar to a caramel cappuccino considering she constantly smells whatever I'm vaping, so I came up with this recipe and wanted to know if I'm going to murderize my coils and kms myself with these flavor percentages.

Edit for anyone who doesn't feel like clicking the link to read the recipe. It's 70/30 and the flavors are:

5% - FW Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

3% - FW Cappuccino

2% - TFA DX Caramel (Original)

DX Caramel is actually carcinogenic, as it contains actual sugar. Not sure if any of the FW flavors you used also contain sugar, but a number of them do.

Looks like no more TFA Caramel (Original) for me. You got a recommended replacement flavor?

Try the cappuccino flavor solo first. Coffee flavors can be strong as hell. Instead of tasting java you could end up tasting a burnt nutty something that resembles cappuccino just a little. I'm not familiar, with that particular flavor but Ive over did it with coffee type flavors before.

TPA Kona Coffee. Never again.

I think I'd enjoy that. But, unfortunately, the VBIC and the Caramel do have sweetener in them (or a sweet element) and they will take a toll on your coils (not as bad if you add sweetener directly). Coils are replaceable. Life is short!

Not only does the caramel contain sweetener, it's actually corn syrup, and I'd advise against using that one.

Yeah, I'm totally prepared for it to destroy my coils. My main concern is whether or not those flavors will mix well at those percentages or if I'm going to have flavor muting or one of the three not being tasted. I guess the only way to find out is to try though, right?

My preference would be 4% VBIC, but those numbers look OK. Mix it up and try it.

I'll have to try to mix 10mL instead of my 100mL recipe and test it on a backup dripper. It'll take a while to find and rebuild one lol
