Been a while since I ordered from them. They had a compromised payment system so my credit card info got stolen. (this was well over a year ago) They resolved the issue but that is the last time I ordered from them. Use to be my go-to for nic.

Bit of a long story, but I mistakenly blamed Wizard Labs for an order that had been absolutely contaminated by a fine metallic dust. I lost my temper at certain points during the exchange with Wizard's customer service. Despite this, they were professional and polite. I was given a complete refund for my order, and Wizard staff were tasked with searching the shop's inventory room for traces of the aforementioned metallic dust.

As it turns out, the dust came from the Nude Nicotine order that arrived on the same day, and was opened at the same time. This became evident when my replacement batch of e-juice supplies from Nude Nicotine arrived a week later, covered in the exact same dust.

Wizard was absolutely wonderful about the situation. Accepted my apology and refused to take back the store credit that they had issued me.

I'd also like to point out that the Wizard lab guys/gals kick ass at packaging shipments. Items are always carefully placed, wrapped, and padded. I have more than 10 orders with them at this point and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

My only experience with wizard labs in past has been around VG, PG and NIC. I've never had any issues and I last bought nic 5 years ago. After pulling a batch out of the freezer recently its still in great shape. Never any issues with shipping, delivery, ordering or anything.

I've ordered from them twice. Shipping took about 24 hrs. I asked for stickers both times and got them. The second time I also got a small sample vial of TFA Cocoa for free. So far, no issues with anything I've gotten from them.

Used them for the last four years. Nothing but good experiences.

Number one company for me when I was running a juice business and now personally. Extremely fast shipping, never had a mistake with an order. Huge selection of flavors, great nic and pricing. They also like sending extra (in my experience, strange) flavor samples.

They've been my flavor supplier for years. I did have my credit card compromised but hey, shit happens. I live in Orlando so sometimes I do the local pickup. One time I needed nicotine the next day because I was going out of town so I asked if the nic could be ready the next day. It was ready the next day so that's nice. My only complaint is my last order was bottled in annoying bottles but I could probably ask for different bottles next time.

Prices: seems fine

Selection: the selection has grown since I started ordering, they have everything I need

Shipping time: a couple days(I live a half hour away so I can pick it up)

Customer service: they hooked it up with the nicotine that one time

Packaging: the bottles are usually different. The last ones are annoying

Love Wizard Labs. Great service, fast shipping, monstrous selection. Their nic is as clear as glass. Pretty much the only place I order from for DIY.

I like the clean and easy website layout as well. Some sites make it so damn hard to find what you’re looking for.
