Hi all. I'm making a return to DIY juice, mainly because I like having more money and more freedom on what I'm vaping. I stumbled across a few different grape soda recipes, and they all seem to call for a champagne flavor. I'm not much of a DIY wizard when it comes to juice, so I'm not sure if there would be a good substitute for the champagne flavor or if that's a necessity in the recipe.
Right now I've got 4% FW Grape and 2.5% FW Grape Soda, and I'm not sure what I should add to sort of smooth it out. Any ideas other than champagne, or am I SOL without it?
I make this for a buddy of mine and I enjoy it as well sometimes.
Flv grape - 1.5
Fw grape soda 4
TPA dragon fruit 1.5
Vt fizzy sherbet 3
Wf sour gummy .5
Ws23 .25
Flavorah grape is a great grape , kind of Kool aid or popsicle grape.
The fw is for sweetness.
Dragon fruit seems to work well with grape , it was missing something before I added it
Vt fizzy sherbet , wf sour gummy and ws23 make up the soda base. The sherbet for fizz , the gummy for body and the ws23 for that burn.
It's sweet enough for me , I'd try it without ant added sweetener to start with.
Yeah diabetes runs in my family so I'm not about to add more sweetener to anything grape lol but that recipe looks sick. I'm taking notes y'all are a good group to learn from.
I don't think it will effect diabetes , I was just kidding. Lol Thanks.
Great sounding recipe man! Don't have any FLV Grape on hand but have INW Grape - do you think it would work as a sub or better off getting my hands on the FLV?
I don't have inw grape but you could try it , flv grape is worth getting though.
Champagne simply adds a little of that carbonation feel. it simulates the 'bubbly' in a soda, so you'll see it in many sodas,
Here's a video to my favourite soda, he has a link to his ELR recipe as well - very tasty.

Cap lemon lime works really well with grape soda stuff.
Could try adding 2% VT Fizzy Sherbet
I'll give that a shot, thanks!
btw the reason for the recommendations on this is..." Bright Lemon-lime flavored candy with a sweet, powdery, and yeah… a bit fizzy… back end." Also try adding .25% wS-23, gives it a little bit of a cooling effect that works well with soda's from what I've seen. So with this you'll get some sweetness, some lemon-lime, a tad bit of cooling and some fizz.
My gf loves this recipe
I’m not a fan of the sweetener, and haven’t tried making it without so I don’t know how it’ll turn out. It’s almost a perfect clone though (the DIY is a bit better than the original actually)
That's a pile of sucralose fw grape soda is just grape sweetener. I like sweet but that looks like diabetes ville. 🤣
I found these flavors as the best reviewed grapes to make a grape soda. Iv still got them on the way so I cant vouch for them myself or give any recipe advice but might comment back in a month or so my own experiences with making a grape soda
wf sweet and sour purple drink flv grape pur white grape pur grape soda inw grapes
