I've gotten it in and have mixed it a few times. It's quite similar to TFA's. They both share the same type of strawberry mids / finish, where it's a bit more fresh and juicy, than syrupy like some others. The problem I have with it though, is that it seems to "fresh", and it's quite watery. Subbing into some of my favorite S&C's, the strawberry note just seems a bit off, and almost too natural. It's not terrible, nor even that bad. It's just a bit different, and needs a few different tweaks.

I get a "green" type of aftertaste at times. Like chewing on the stem or something. I used at 3.5% in a recipe that I usually use TFA Ripe Strawberry in. Just to see if there was a difference...there was a difference.

I have actually been enjoying it, teated at 3% solo and it was full flavored. Natural on the top, and sort of candied on the finish with a tiny bit of white flesh. Ive been mixing JF sweet strawberry 1% and cap ripe strawberry 3% and its a pretty complete strawberry. Its like a potent tfa straw. Ripe.

Well you can't do anything with it until it gets there anyways. CAP's newer offerings have let me down. I'm not getting my hopes up

Good to mix with cap sweet strawberry for a nice full berry flavor, with some FW yogurt some vanilla, and Whipped cream

Mine was delivered today. I have high hopes because I already like their Sweet Strawberry.

Its kind of tricky to mix with, but its a good strawberry on its own
