It depends what you want to use it for... If you want a accurate condensed milk flavor, you'll need to make one. Tiny amounts of flv coconut, tfa butter, and ooo powdered sugar might turn PUR into something more like condensed milk.

If you're using the one by FA add no more than 1 drop per 10ml otherwise you're going to have a bad time. It's nice in custard recipes this low though, I think it is anyway.
