Anyone else having issues? Has the site been hacked? What's the user name of the guy who runs it again?
My annual subscription was renewed on Jan 19th 2019 but today it suddenly says it "expired" on Jan 19th 1970!
I tried the "report a problem" function but it is broken too with a nonsensical error message: 1 ERROR PROHIBITED THIS CONTACT FROM BEING SAVED: Handled must exist
Apologies if this post is not an ideal for this forum, but I'm not sure how else to raise the issue with the relevant person.
Last weekend, I got surprised by a large Google authentication update, and I had to deploy a release I didn't expect to go live with yet. As a result, some of the code and infrastructure is in worse shape than I like to see it - entirely my screwup, caused by premature release.

I've been mopping up problems as I encounter them, but this week has also been pretty busy at my real job, so some of you have suffered. Sorry everybody, I'm trying to fix reports as I encounter them - but I didn't think the reporting mechanism might be broken, so I'll look into that next.
OK, caught the bug that was causing this problem. Last night, I was working on Google Play subscriptions, and I had to set the expiration to a number of milliseconds that Google passed me through an api call - but first, I was converting it to seconds by dividing it by 1,000. I accidentally divided it by 1,000 twice ... or 1 million, so everybody with google play was affected. That should be fixed within the hour.

Also, the 'handled' problem should be fixed in the same update.
All right, all of the affected subscriptions should be fixed - let me know if your issue isn't resolved.
I'm still having issues. My sub just renewed and online I'm fine but the app stays locked, even when I re-log using my Google Play account that the sub is under. It was like this a few days before my sub renewed, I thought it'd maybe resolve when I re-up'd but nope.

Thanks for pinging me.
