Hello fellow mixers, today I want to present you a favorite of mine.

This stuff is outright addictive to me!
Cap Greek Yogurt serves as the creamy base that helps to tame the agressiveness of the other flavors used and gives an unintrusive creamy vibe. Normally I dislike the slightly sour taste it leaves behind when used over 3% but in this case, it's there because it needs to be.
Cap Sweet Guava doesn't need an introduction as it's widely known for it's syrupy goodness, I love this flavor and use it quite a lot. In this recipe, it for once, is not the star of the show, but serves the perfect additive to bring some more of that "pynk" feel and a little sweetness. INW Rhubarb YC is a strong flavor with a lot of bite, I was tinkering with it for a long time until I came up with a recipe where it could shine, whitout letting it's floral edge take over. TPA Dragonfruit acts as an emulsifier and connects all the layers as well as pushing the "pynk" vibe I was going for to where I wanted it.
This has been in my rotation since october 18' and I hope you can enjoy it as much as I do.Feel free to leave out the Cap SS, I added it for the misses and it just stayed in there.

For those wondering: INW Rhubarb = Rhubarb YC, they only make one rhubarb flavor since 2018, at least that was the info I got from them.

I might try this but I'd need to lower that Rhubarb personally. My range for it is sub 1%, with most mixes around .3%, not the 3% you show. Then again, all our taste buds are different.
This is a strong flavor, I am aware of that. Most mixes, like my strawbarb shortcake use 1% at max, 1.5% was where I started originally for this recipe. The almost sour kick it provides got me and in combination with the guava it just fits for me. Granted, I probably became a little accustomed to it and maybe raised the percentage more than someone else would.
Feel free to tone it down to your liking, but I'd not go lower than 2% for this recipe personally.
This sounds right up my alley, I've been meaning to order Greek Yogurt, so I just need that and the rhubarb. Gonna order those and try it out, thanks!
Imo you can't go wrong with this flavor anyway if you like rhubarb.
Let me know what you think if you mix it up!
Finally, someone acknowledges inw Rhubarb! I’ve had it in my stash for years, always mixing it with some straight vanilla or seemingly vanilla (like custards, milks and caramel) notes. This stuff is potent, I mean freaking potent.
Was a bit shocked that you use 3% - but who am I to judge?
Definitely gonna try it with my next order. What do you think about replacing the sweetener with some tpa sweet cream or fa merengue/joy?
I‘m seriously in love with this flavor.
Feel free to tone the rhubarb down, it is a very potent one indeed.
I played with tpa sweet cream and didn’t like what it did to the recipe. I don’t have Fa joy but I may try FA meringue, I like the idea.
I’m not the one to tone stuff down - maybe tone it up a bit more to see where it goes 😂
but never again to 11%
