I'm keeping it simple this month. I'm sure lots of people have chased this profile, and here's my version of it.

Apples + Caramel.

Dunked Apples

|Flavor Co.|Flavor|%| |:-|:-|:-| |FA|Fuji|2| |INW|Two Apples|1.5| |DIYFS|Holy Holy Grail RY4|8| |FLV|Milk & Honey|1|

12.5% / 7+ Day Steep

FA Fuji is the King of Apples as far as I'm concerned. At 2% it's a solid, bright, crisp and sweet apple. It's fairly realistic, but works very well in this candy-esque profile.

INW Two Apples is tart and sweet. It's heavier on the green apple flavor and pairs exceptionally well with the Fuji to help flesh out our apple in this mix.

DIYFS Holy Holy Grail RY4 is absolutely fantastic. It's a thick and creamy caramel. I don't get much tobacco from this, just heavenly, velvety, creamy caramel with notes of brown sugar and vanilla. Super sticky, too.

FLV Milk & Honey is the perfect accent to our caramel. It's dark and creamy. You get touches of honey and brown sugar that play wonderfully with the apples and already very present and pleasant caramel.

Simple Mix, and it's simply delicious.

I'm always up for a good caramel apple but I haven't tried this exact configuration so I will have to try it out! I have mixed fa Fuji and inw two apples before and they are delightful

I really enjoy this combination. Normally you wouldn't think to mix a RY4 with apples but in this application I think it works really well. Let me know what you think!

by Justjasontmover 6 years ago

I'll have to try this for sure. I made a version of Fear's Cardinal with apple recently but I used FA Fuji and PUR Country Apple and kept the FLV tobaccos in it from the original. So I know apple goes nicely with that holy grail ry4 but I look forward to trying your version. Especially intrigued by the milk & honey in there !

Even without the INW, this is outstanding! That M&H really elevates this way above any apple 'bacco that I've tried. Nice work!

Thank you for your recipe, sounds delicious ! I also wanted to mix Four coco's of yours, but i don't have DIYFS RY4, would JF RY4 Double work as a substitute for it or is it too much of a difference?

3 points

by kindgroundover 6 years ago

DIYFS Holy Holy Grail RY4 is a lot different than JF RY4 Double. HHG is mostly caramel and also has a bit of creamy coffee thing going on. You can try the JF here at about 3% but it definitely won't be the same.

by FriendlyHurlyover 6 years ago

Thanks for the info, oh wow i didn't expect that much less ! Even if that would be a different recipe, do you recommend that % because we don't want too much tobacco or because JF is that much more potent ?

2 points

by xGRANITExover 6 years agoSilky

I haven't tried JFs offering. I just like the DIYFS so much I never bothered to try any others out, although I have heard great things about JFs. Try it and let me know!

Thank you for your reply, from reviews it sounds similar (maybe less creamy), i'll ask for advices toward % in question thread and let you know ! Got your Malted Vanilla Custard almost ready to taste first :D.

Key Lime Cookie, or [KLC]

|FLAVOR HOUSE|FLAVOR|PERCENTAGE| |:-|:-|:-| |CAP|Sugar Cookie|6%| |FA |Florid Key Lime|3%| |FA|Meringue|1.5%| |FW|Hazelnut|1%|

I know, i know. Another fucking cookie, but this one is good! Citrus, chew, frosting, it's all there and in only 4 ingredients. Give it a try and you'll see. ^(YOU'LL ALL SEE.)

This is a very mild and gentle touch on an awesome juice by Element E-Liquids, also called Key Lime Cookie. It sparked me to make my own KLC and this was born. I took a general approach of a more simple version and I think it turned out pretty okay.

I have used varying percentages of the cookie base and the lime to find a nice match and this was the best. Turning the cookie down made the lime too strong, and vice versa, but using less of either just didn't taste as good.

Our cookie base is a simple one, and I tend to use it for "plug and play" with apples, strawberries, and the like. 6% Cap Sugar Cookie is the main note here, turned up a little higher than normal to stand up to the very potent key lime elements to this mix. 1% FW Hazelnut adds a more grainy texture to the sugar cookie and a little more 'chew'. I reckon this could be accomplished with AP at around 0.25% but who doesn't like Hazelnut?

Our lime note is simple and strong. I have toyed with CAP Lemon Lime, FA Lime Tahity, and some others but I felt none of them quite fit the cookie base as well as FA Florida Key Lime. As a side note this flavor is bomb diggity and a must have if you're a citrus lover like myself. It stands out in a mix, especially at the 3% we utilize here. Nice, bright, and green in a good way.

Our final addition is FA Meringue at 1%. This is one of my all time favorites, and as I release more recipes you will see it pop up in almost any bakery, dessert type flavor that I mix. It adds a sweet baked note to the whole recipe and serves as our frosting/glaze element as well as an impromptu sweetener. To me it adds a faint note of crispiness to the frosting area of the cookie too, much like a day old corner brownie, again in a great way.

Skip the sweetener unless you have to have it, this is sugar laden and rich all on its own. I generally mix this at 80/20 but 70/30 seems to bring the bite of citrus out a bit more, so adjust to your liking here. I would suggest not dropping below 65% VG or the citrus of the lime combined with high PG will really bump up the throat hit.

If you do mix, please leave a review over on ATF. Thanks for reading.

This looks great! I have Florida Key Lime on the way. I've been working on a key lime custard and it's pretty tasty with a combo of TFA Key Lime/FW Key Lime Natural and a touch of Cold Pressed Lime Tahiti but I've been seeing Florida key lime used a lot in the top key lime recipes so I need to try it

I feel like the FA FKL stands up to creams and desserts pretty well. I use it in a cheesecake and am developing a lime custard with it too. CAP Lemon Lime is also pretty bomb in dessert type stuff for me, you may check that one out if you haven't already.

Coop34's Creamy Lemon Cheesecake is my favorite use of the lemon lime that I have found so far. Shit is cray delicious.

If you want something crazy different, ConcreteRiver's Mother Leeds is a cocktail using FA Florida Key Lime. I haven't gotten everything to try it yet but every order I place I get a little closer.

At what percent did you try Lime Tahity? I believe that’s the one I have, don’t have money to spend on new concentrates because I have a baby due in a week and need to save — but this looks right up my alley

1-2% was good, 3% if you want it front and center.

Thanks man, I’m a little sensitive to acidic flavors, the most tolerable to me is LA Lemonade with a small amount of FA (Vurve’s pink lemonade from forever ago) but I’ve used the FA lime at small percents without it bothering my lungs. Will go with 1%, as it steeps I’m sure it’ll fade into the cookie, which to me I’d prefer way up front. Thanks man!

In honor of Game of Thrones' final season coming out next month, I've concocted

RED WEDDING

 • FLV Cranberry 0.75%
 • TFA Dragonfruit 1%
 • FA Fuji 1%
 • CAP Hibiscus 0.75%
 • FA Pomegranate 1.5%
 • INW Raspberry 0.75%
 • CAP Sweet Strawberry 2%

As you can see, it's all red fruits plus a red flower.

Cranberry and Raspberry provide red tart,

Dragonfruit provides its staple fruit amplification,

Fuji provides that red juiciness,

Pomegranate and Sweet Strawberry provide their red sweetness,

And Hibiscus lends it's silky, red floral aspect.

All in all it's a beautifully full, silky, tangy, sweet rush of treachery.

Peach Kisses

Hello hello all. New to the community n read all the rules. A little history of mine. I been vaping now for over 9 years back when it read fairly new to USA. Within the first year and a half I got tired of buying juices from China when a few juice stores started popping up around the us. One of them in my hometown Kalamazoo at Kalamazoo Vapor store was pretty good but not expensive overall. A lot less expensive than smoking cigarettes, but more expensive than I wanted it to be. I was pouring a lot of money into my gear and used the best stuff around. So then i started making my own juice. Ihad one of the first videos to teach DIY on YouTube. It was called Fatman Vape Review. Anyway now you know me, I just Wanted to share a recipe of my own. I mostly like fruity flavors, so i look forward to seeing what you all got ! Hope you can enjoy!

TFA - The Flavors Apprintance

LAF - LORANNS Flavoring

I call this one - Peach Kisses

Juicy Peach (TFA) @6%

Strawberry (TFA) @0.15%

Peach Colorless (LAF) @1.75%

Appercott (LAF)@ 0.75%

Peach (TFA) @3%

I don't have Fuji so I can't mix it right now. I'm a novice mixer as well. I've always struggled when getting lemon Sicily over 1%. It seems to take over whatever other flavors I have in there. I just posted a different recipe where I found some success using LA lemonade which I found to be a little lighter while giving that lemon flavor. Not sure if you are happy with the lemon in it though. That was just on the top of my mind. I'll be sure to try your mix when I order some Fuji
Edit: corrected a typo.

A deliciously thick and creamy cheesecake blended with fresh mango & a drizzle of passion fruit.

Mango Passion Cheesecake

LA Cheesecake @ 1.5%

INW Yes, We Cheesecake @ 4%

FE Mango @ 4%

FA Passion @ 1%

A deliciously thick and creamy cheesecake blended with fresh mango & a drizzle of passion fruit.

I set out to create a thick and creamy European style fresh cheesecake, incorporating the magnificence of FE Mango...

INW Yes, We Cheesecake is my absolute favorite Cheesecake at the moment. The Philadelphia style cream cheese base is so so smooth and delectable that is is just about perfect. I added a touch of LA Cheescake to take this over the edge, without maxing out the INW. Combined, this is creamy cheesecake heaven!

As explained in Pango, FE Mango is the quintessential mango flavour to date and I predict that it will become the go-to mango very, very soon. It perfectly encapsulates the very best a fresh, ripe & luscious mango to be with zero, zip, zilch, nada room for improvement. The is the epitome of mango. Period.

FA Passion fruit is added with caution to cut the mango 'just so'. It imparts a delicious Passion fruit back note without detracting form our hero.

Give this baby 5 days or so to settle and enjoy!!!

This is just theory.... Drop the Alpine Strawberry to 0.5%, drop the cactus to 0.5%, and drop the Watermelon Candy to 4%. I'd also leave out the sweetener but that's personal preference.

I've been messing around with the recipe a while now. Early on I had it with CAP Concord Grape with Stevia and FA White Grape. First replace White Grape with Grape Juice, it gave it an odd flavor with the White Grape. Then I replaced the Concord Grape with Grape Soda and added some Sour Wizard. This really is delicious. I'm making up a 100 ML batch as we speak for next week.

#Banana Grandma

Co. | Flavor | % ---|---|---- FLV | Sweet & Smokey Tobacco | 2.5 FLV | Cured Tobacco | 1.5 FLV | Native Tobacco | 1.0 SA | Banana Flambe | 3.0 HS | Banana | 1.0 DIYFS | Holy Vanilla| 0.75

Shake & Vape.

Mixed Live on SaturDIY'ing with Fresh & Friends.

Set out to make a Phillies/White Owl Banana Blunt. This is not that. After version 1 came out tasting like eating a banana marshmallow in a tobacco shop, I whipped up this remix with help from Fresh and his audience. It came out too good for a bottom-shelf blunt. This is a top-shelf banana cigar. It's the Banana Abuela.

Some quick notes. I wanted to build something out of this tasty new Sweet & Smokey Tobacco. /u/AlfredPudding has some good notes up on it here. I used 2.5% after a single-flavor testing it at 2%. I wanted to make sure some of that smokiness came out in my mix.

It's a little wet, so I used Cured Tobacco to dry it out a bit and fill out the tobacco some more.

After the first version came out with 'bacco not being nearly as robust as intended, I added some Native Tobacco at the advice of MaxSavage. It worked. I didn't want to try simply increasing the Cured because it takes on a sort of laundry room note if you go too high. My first instinct was to reach for the Red Burley, but as Max pointed out, it could have wound up too dark and almost chocolatey with the banana.

SA Banana Flambe was suggested by my friend Dmilin from the audience and seconded as a great idea by Flavor Pro Jennifer Jarvis. This flavor is so new to me I hadn't had a chance to try it at all yet, though I did smell open it and smell it as soon as it arrived. That's how I guessed I was still going to need HS Banana, which I'd originally planned to use, to get to a non-Runts but still artificial banana flavor. That's a fine line to walk. Banana Flambe smelled like it might been too realistic by itself.

DIYFS Holy Vanilla is there because Fresh03 wanted me to use FA Vanilla Bourbon and I either couldn't find it or, more likely, used the last of it and forgot to order more. I'm sure if someone wants to try this and is missing Holy Vanilla (but not Sweet & Smokey and Banana Flambe? Unless you want to only use things you can buy at BCF), 1% FA Vanilla Bourbon would make a perfectly fine substitute for the 0.75% Holy V. Might even be better, I don't know. This obviously isn't a recipe that have been working for weeks or months, it was thrown together live. I'm just blown away by how well it turned out and wanted to share it in case someone else might like to try it or at least look at it and learn from it.

Probably the best lesson I learned from this exercise is that 1% of the new FLV Marshmallow Vanilla is A LOT of marshmallow. It seems like it might be a very good flavor (haven't tried it standalone yet), but it is potent and forward in a mix, and very powdery in the same way that marshmallows are powdery. The differences between V1 (eating a banana peep in a cigar shop) and V2 (top-shelf banana cigar) were just replacing 1% FLV Marshmallow Vanilla and 1% TFA Banana Nut Bread with 1% FLV Native Tobacco and 0.75% Holy Vanilla.

Eyemake Tropical Vanilla Ice Cream

This recipe might be a work in progress.

Co. | Flavor | % ---|---|---- LB | Vanilla Ice Cream | 5.0 TFA | Vanilla Swirl | 1.5 HS | French Vanilla Ice Cream | 0.75 VT | Shisha Mango | 2.0 FLV | Mango | 1.0 WF | Pineapple Candy | 2.0 CAP | Golden Pineapple | 0.75 FW | Sweetener | 0.75

Mixed Live with Fresh and Friends on 3/23.

Wanted three scoops of vanilla ice cream topped with fresh ripe mango chunks and pineapple tidbits. Tastes more like that ice cream with fresh mango puree and crushed canned pineapple, but I'm happy with it. I'll call it a work in progress and see how it steeps out.

Swiped The Trinity Vanilla Ice Cream by /u/eyemakepizza; it's a deeply satisfying shake and vapeable vanilla ice cream base and I never thought to change it.

VT Shisha Mango and FLV Mango. Muah! Perfection. Ripe sweet mango right on top.

The pineapple part was a bit trickier. WF Pineapple Candy is a flavor I opened for the first time today and haven't tried as a single flavor. It smells like a kinder, gentler TFA Pineapple. But I remembered that one of the first things I ever made that I liked when I started mixing was a pineapple ice cream that was mostly TFA Pineapple and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, with a little marshmallow to soften that sharp pineapple. I was advised to use it between 2 and 3% and back it up with another pineapple that would give it some body because it's a bit thin. I first tried it at 2.5% with 0.75% FLV Pineapple, but it tasted like pineapple candy in my ice cream, with some bits of underripe banana as well. This version with the Pineapple Candy down at 2% and swapping out the FLV Pineapple for CAP Golden Pineapple worked much better. I love it so much I set off my smoke alarm sucking it down greedily.

Don't hesitate to give the Trinity Vanilla Ice Cream a try, let Eyemakepizza know what you think, and pile your flavorite fruits or other ice cream toppings on it.

Man this is awesome! I’m definitely gonna have to grab those missing flavors and mix this up.

Hello all,

I'm slowly building my mixing chops. Still mixing fairly basic. Here is a recipe I'm enjoying at the moment. Interested if anyone has any recommendations on variations of it. Or if I have accidentally copied something already out there, let me know. Recipe first, some notes after.

Strawlemonilla cool

Flavor Co. | Flavor | % ---|---|---- TPA | Strawberry | 4% FA | Forest Fruit | 2% TPA | Vanilla Bean Ice Cream | 1% LA | Lemonade | 1% FA | Polar Blast | 0.5%

Notes
Background
I like light flavors, which is why I keep most of the flavors at a low %. I smoke out of a single coil RTA, which I've found to really highlight flavors for me.
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream I have tried Mustard Milk, and SVBIC (the one with the % swapped) and both taste too strong for me on the VBIC. I've found 1% is perfect for me to round out a recipe without overloading the juice with vanilla.
Strawberry The strawberry is there to work together with the Forest Fruit. I feel like it gives the strawberry a top flavor while still preserving the other fruit in the mix.
Forest Fruit Forest fruit is in there to add some variety so it isn't all strawberry all the time. This one is a new flavor for me and I'm really digging it. Different berries seem to come through on each vape and it has added a real variety to my all day vape.

Lemonade Lemonade, because I like a light lemon flavor, and for some reason lemon sicily was giving me trouble. Added bonus, lemonade seems to work better and taste great and is a little more forgiving for me (if I don't get the weights exactly right).
Polar Blast Polar blast is there to keep things cool. I'm new to menthols and coolants. I have some Koolada as well, but wanted to try Polar Blast, as Koolada has a very strong mouth sensation for me. I also have spearmint, and good god...... 1 drop will kill 100ml of juice for me. So it is rightfully sitting on the shelf right now.... where it belongs. Any comments or guidance helps. I'm willing to buy some new flavors and such, so I won't trouble anyone with worrying about what I already have.
Thanks.

I like how you're not going overboard with the TFA VBIC. People go crazy with VBIC %'s. Do you find that the strawberry fades over a couple of days? If you'd like it to be more prominant, this is what I'd mix to fit your profile:

 • LB Strawberry Cheesecake 3%
 • JF Strawberry Sweet 1%
 • INW Shisha Strawberry 1%
 • FA Forest Fruit 1%
 • TFA VBIC 1%
 • LA Lemonade 0.75%
 • Cooling to personal preference

I've been working on this for a bit. I don't think it's quite done yet but I'm satisfied to share it as is because it's quite delicious.

Butterscotch Cornbread Pudding

Co | Flavor | % :--------|:--------:|---------: JF | Bavarian Cream | 1.5 WF | Butterscotch Cream Pie | 2 FW | Butterscotch Ripple | 1.5 OoO | Cornbread | 2.5 TPA | Kettle Corn | .75 FLV | Vanilla Pudding | 2 CAP | Vanilla Whipped Cream | 1.5 FW | Yellow Cake | 1

For the CornBread I used OoO Cornbread+Yellow Cake w/ a bit of kettle corn to boost the caramel-y corn note. (I used Jungle Flavors yellow cake in a past version and I think I prefer FW)

Butterscotch Cream Pie is the main butterscotch note , also lending to the creaminess of the pudding with it's "cream pie" notes. A bit of butterscotch ripple to boost the butterscotch note as it's just my favorite butterscotch.

Lastly for the pudding I used a combo of Flv Van. Pudding+Bavarian Cream. I went for JF Bavarian over TPA as I feel it's a bit thicker and "darker" of a cream. The Cap Vanilla Whilled Cream is the topping on top of it all while also boosting the vanilla of the pudding.

The marshmallow, Bavarian Cream and Vanilla Swirl all have an abundance of Maltol in them. This coupled with sweetener is probably what is killing your coils.

Boston Cream Donut.

Australian Chocolate(Hangsen) .75%

Bavarian Cream(LA) 3.5%

Yellow Cake(FW)1.25%

Cookies n Cream(SCRF)1%

Zeppola(FA)1.75%

Honestly my first recipe I think is finally perfect. Well for me at least. The combo of Australian choc and cookies n cream make a great chocolate topping with la bav cream filling it up and finished off with a nice balance of fw cake for a bit of sweetness on top of my favorite donut flavor zepolla.
Hope someone enjoys this.

A nice sweet and juicy mix of berries with the dominant note on strawberry. I'm a none strawberry taster, but this combo I've worked on forever works for me. This reminds me of a from concentrate juice were no quite enough water was added. The dragon fruit and super sweet really makes the strawberries pop. My first ADV I've constructed from scratch that I'm proud of. Not good the first day really, the dragon fruit and forrest mix really need a few days to settle, and thats when the strawberries move to the front.

Bactus

0.75% FLV Banana

1.25% WF Banana Puree

1% INW Cactus

A fanciful combination of banana and cactus, what else?

Banana and cactus? Is this guy even serious? Well, one word: yessiree! When I first started with this mad combination, I was intrigued by the absurdness of the concept but it turned out, to coin a phrase, absolutely fabulous! The sweet, runty banana notes are kept in place and stunningly enhanced by the contrasting cactus, resulting in a one of a kind flavour combonation...

The banana combo is compliments of @Tootall and is, by far, the best banana combo around. The distinctive ‘fake banana’ FLV, with its natural, ripe banana creaminess blends perfectly with the equally ripe and runty WF Banana Puree to create a decadent banana ‘pudding’.

INW Cactus is such an intriguing flavour that it just fits here as if it was meant to be paired with banana all this time! The inherent, albeit slight, hints of pear and citrus is the perfect companion to blend with the banana base. INW has noted that Cactus pairs well with banana and a few recipes are about, so this is not a total hairball idea...

This is good off the shake.

I'm honored and humbled by the Recipe of the Month award, but of course the recipe is entirely due to u/AlfredPudding's flavor alchemy-- I just had the good sense to document the great blend he whipped up for me! Thanks, my friend!

I don't have any new recipes to contribute this month (though I've got some promising testers I'll be developing for April). I just wanted to thank you all for your support and for being so giving with your mixing wisdom, I've learned so much without even trying, thanks to so many of you!

Mellon blastERD

Another simple one. I posted a little bit about myself on my peach kisses recipe above. The only thing I left out is there is a Fatman Vape who is active on YouTube now but I'm the Fatman Vape review who hasn't been active for about 4 Years. Anyway I wanted to share this one it's very interesting quick and simple one. First one i ever taught myself.

PYNK

|Co.|Flavor|%| |:-|:-|:-| |CAP|Greek Yogurt|3.8| |INW|Rhubarb YC|3| |CAP|Sweet Guava|1| |TPA|Dragonfruit|0.5| |CAP|Super Sweet|0.2|

Hello fellow mixers, today I want to present you a favorite of mine.

This stuff is outright addictive to me!

Cap Greek Yogurt serves as the creamy base that helps to tame the agressiveness of the other flavors used and gives an unintrusive creamy vibe. Normally I dislike the slightly sour taste it leaves behind when used over 3% but in this case, it's there because it needs to be.

Cap Sweet Guava doesn't need an introduction as it's widely known for it's syrupy goodness, I love this flavor and use it quite a lot. In this recipe, it for once, is not the star of the show, but serves the perfect additive to bring some more of that "pynk" feel and a little sweetness. INW Rhubarb YC is a strong flavor with a lot of bite, I was tinkering with it for a long time until I came up with a recipe where it could shine, whitout letting it's floral edge take over. TPA Dragonfruit acts as an emulsifier and connects all the layers as well as pushing the "pynk" vibe I was going for to where I wanted it.

This has been in my rotation since october 18' and I hope you can enjoy it as much as I do.Feel free to leave out the Cap SS, I added it for the misses and it just stayed in there.

I've mostly been following recipes and tweaking them a bit since I started DIYing, this is the first from-scratch that I'm happy with, wanted to share as this community has been a big help for me to get into mixing :)

Works well as a S&V and is my ADV at the moment. No name because I'm not creative like that but basically it's a nice creamy dragonfruit!

I came up with this to try my hand at mixing. I just received my first order and wanted to make something from scratch. It feels like it's missing something though. Input is appreciated.

The cream mixes nicely with the berries and it's definitely ADV material in my eyes, but I guess I should let it steep before I vape all of it.

Try adding a very very small amount of Coco Extra. Old trick to enhance creams is to add a undetectible amount of coconut. Coconut Candy is usually used or Cap coconut but worth a try to boost the cream and meld it with the fruit.

I tried to create something that tastes like fruit salad, so I took everything I had were I thought "yeah, I'd put this in a fruit salad", and the outcome tastes quite good imho. There's definitely room for improvement, so if you have any ideas hit me up anytime :)

Have you tried adding any kiwi or strawberry flavorings into the mix? Honestly at low percentages they can do wonders as boosters if not added up-front flavors, but I love kiwi and would probably over shoot it like a mf.

Thanks! I thought of Kiwi too and strawberry is a really good idea. I gotta get some kiwi in my next delivery. Any suggestions what company makes the best kiwi?

Honestly, not sure. I'm not too good personally at finding good concentrates, but my buddy knows his stuff and puts a kiwi in a bunch if stuff and makes everything better lol. But again, not sure which he uses, I wanna say it's FA though

Hi reddit, so with a short back story, been trying to crack a recipie with tfa pear and a raspberry for a while. Tfa pear can be pretty dry, and I've been recommended a few other pear flavours, but there's a certain something to tfa pear that really appeals to me and I wanted this recipe to use it. I found fa pear good (actually more like a fresh pear), but it steeps out weakly flavoured and sweet - sort of like fa grape. I use these 2 fa flavours as a sweetener in fruity mixes, rather than to give their actual flavour.

This is not the final flavour that I'm aiming for for, but it's a sweet fresh vape so I decided to share. I will repost later after I finalise what I was looking for. Please add comments and suggestions in the meantime.

Raspberry Lemon Thing

Ingredient|% :---|---: Cake, Lemon (INAWERA)|2.00 Dragonfruit (TPA)|0.50 Lemon Meringue Pie (CAP)|6.00 Raspberry (Malina) (INAWERA)|0.75 Raspberry, Sweet (TPA)|3.00

Flavor total: 12.25%

Mixed this on 3 Feb, so it's had a while to cook. The lemon has faded now into practically nowt, but it started out pretty zingy. I've got new lemons since then so I'll see where it goes.

Bill D. Lemonade - A super simple 3 ingredient, 5% flavor, sweet/tart lemonade base without using any lemonade flavors. This has a really natural base up front with a sweeter powdered lemonade finish. Very tart and sweet. Add your own berries, iced tea, creams, or coolant to your liking. Shake and enjoy.

Tamin' Strange

Flavor House | Flavor | Percentage ---- | ---- | ---- LOR | Mango | 3% CAP | Sweet Strawberry | 4% TFA | Milk | 2% FA | Meringue | 1% FW | Sucralose | 0.5% TFA | Vanilla Swirl | 1.5% CAP | Juicy Orange | 5% CAP | Orange Creamsicle | 1.5%

70/30; 7+ day Steep

This is a variation of my Strawberry Mango juice. I was just experimenting and wondering what it would taste like if I added some Orange in there. What I ended up with was a nice smooth amalgamation of the three fruity flavors. You can taste them all simultaneously and pick out each flavor, but together they turn into something that is strange and wonderful; hence the name. When tasting this you get an initial light strawberry flavor with a mango punch in the middle finished off by the citrusy tang of the orange.

Lorann Mango is a bit of a strong flavor. So it has to be used at a lighter percentage than the other fruits so that it does not overpower them. This adds a very fruity mango that kind of tastes like those mango ring gummy candies. Sweet strawberry is my strawberry of choice for this recipe as I love the candied sweetness and light strawberry flavor that it adds. The combination of Juicy Orange and Orange Creamsicle is also one of my favorites. Juicy Orange has a very bright and strong flavor, and when combining it with Orange Creamsicle it adds a light creaminess that tones down the juicy orange.

TFA Milk was added because it has a slight coconut like flavor to it. Used at a light percentage it just backs the fruits and enhances the strangeness. The low amount of Vanilla Swirl is used for a similar reason. Both of these together lightly layer on top of the fruits and combined with the Meringue they add a delicious creamy note over the whole recipe.

Can someone explain to me why the Table does not work?

EDIT: I figured it out....

by Southern_Strangerover 6 years ago

I'm liking this blue raspberry I just mixed.

I've tried a few recipes but found them too sour or otherwise that they seemed acidic after vaping for a couple of hours. I was thinking about how most of the recipes were based on something like tfa citrus punch and realised that I could get the freshness from cactus rather than citrus or lemonade. So I went with

Cap blueberry 5%

Tfa raspberry sweet 2%

Inw cactus 1%

I mix everything max vg, 6mg nic salt.

Vaping it freshly mixed (literally shake n vape with 5 minutes in pocket to warm and mix a bit more) while the cactus is still on the cooler side and hasn't mellowed out yet, seems pretty blue raz to me. The blueberry doesn't stand out that much, you could definitely add more if preferred.

by Southern_Strangerover 6 years ago

Still good after steeping a few days, raspberry comes through a bit stronger. It's a tiny bit cactus-ish for a true af blue raz but I still prefer it to the highly acidic recipies I've tried in the past and it's pretty close
