You want CBD isolate... and you want to avoid VG.. CBD isolate does NOT dissolve well in VG.
Personally I do 1000mg at 80% PG, 20% VG, 30ml, with emulsifier as well. I use flavouring not terpenes.
You can get terpene profiles that taste a bit like weed but you will be disappointed if you expect a 1:1 weed taste.
Making a juice from full spectrum paste will prove tricky, most people who do this use MCT oil and personally I wouldn't vape that.. you will have no luck trying to dissolve it in PG/VG.... and you don't want to vape "oil".
..and those oils you are looking at are diluted hemp paste.
Also no idea how these people are getting full spectrum paste to dissolve in VG, must be magic... or just another one of those brands that have VG written on the front but really contain MCT oil..
EDIT: Okay, took a look and the juices you were looking at are not full spectrum , they are isolate and terpenes...
..and use the exact same ratio of PG and VG I said I use in my original comment above.
If you need any isolate hit me up, I have the cheapest prices in the UK as far as I'm aware (1g = £19, free shipping).
Very easy to recreate the juices on that website for a fraction of the cost. I'd go with some of the NYCD terps for a skunky type of taste, if you are going to go down that route... hope this all makes sense, bit drunk.
Mixing it at the ratio you described, how many MG would the final product be? I've been looking into DIYing this and can find nothing that gives a good formula to figure it out.
The figure you see on CBD oil or CBD e-liquid is the total... it's not measured in milligrams and to be honest it seems this trend started to just be misleading and has stuck... it's not like nicotine e-liquid where a 3mg bottle is 3mg per 1ml and the same strength no matter how big the bottle is.. a 10ml 1000mg CBD liquid will be ten times stronger than a 100ml 1000mg bottle. At my ratios it's roughly 33.33mg per 1ml or 3.3%. One of my pet hates in the CBD industry.
I am buying the full spectrum CBD oil already pre-mixed with VG oil, so that shouldn't be a problem. I am getting it from this website, and I know it's legit as it's a friend of a friend who runs it and I know plenty of satisfied customers. Do you see any reason why that still wouldn't work if it's already pre-mixed with VG? Cheers for the terpene recommendation by the way:

I dunno man, I mean I'd personally be suspicious of that site/product for a few reasons.. firstly I don't understand how it's possible to get a full spectrum hemp paste to dissolve in VG, I mean try it.. you will see exactly what I'm talking about. Secondly not a single lab result on the website.. and too cheap/lazy to build their own website...
Not only that they are operating illegally on a couple of levels, making medical claims on the website and I'm assuming that website accepts PayPal? It's against their terms of service to sell CBD products, also against big cartels as well..
..all that aside it's up to you, but you won't be able to dissolve extra CBD isolate into that product and as you say it's going to end up stupidly diluted. The best method for CBD e-liquid is what I said in my first comment and similar to how those people have done it on the first website you showed me.
If you are paying retail for everything it still won't cost you any more than £25-30 to make a 30ml, 1000mg bottle using isolate, with some terps in (you only need about 0.5% they are very potent)......
..if you really want to get a decent strength full spectrum e-liquid you will run into multiple problems, you firstly need the undiluted paste, which will have over the allowed amount of THC and a problem to import.. then back to the dissolving issues, maybe it is possible to somehow get it to dissolve in VG.. I'd love to be educated on this but it just doesn't make much sense to me, by rights it should not dissolve, it will dissolve in PG/PEG though, using an emulsifier.. as I said above most full spec CBD e-liquids are made using MCT oil as it will dissolve no issue, but personally I wouldn't vape it myself.
TFA sells straight terpene flavoring. If you can source what you want in unflavored, you could mix terpenes in.
Note - experiment with terpenes mixed with VG to get the flavor you like, then usevthe recipe replacing VG with your unflavored liwuid. Much cheaper to experiment that way.
probably a stupid question but what's TFA? couldn't find it on google, do you have a link?
TFA = The Flavor Apprentice, the vape side of The Perfumer's Apprentice. Occasionally you'll see them switched as TFA/TPA pretty often, here.
Here's the link to the terpenes they're talking about: https://shop.perfumersapprentice.com/c-265-terpene-flavor-concentrates.aspx
Might have some luck in /r/oilpen too
Completely different
How so?
There's still probably people there who'd have an idea on how to answer his questions
