Prices are a little higher than other places but they make up for it with a RIDICULOUS selection. When you're taking a deep dive into a flavor profile and trying to find something that's just right, you're desperate and can't find that one thing you need to be perfect, DIYVS has something you haven't tried yet.
No trouble with shipping time. It's slower than BCF, but who isn't? I order from there about once every four to eight weeks and I don't think I've ever waited longer than a week.
I've called their customer service and they were very helpful and forthright. This is the vendor that was getting threatened with a blackballing by the FANA anti-diketone gestapo if they didn't stop selling those delicious Milk and Custard Premium flavors, and you know the rest of that story.
Packaging is solid, but I do wish they'd rethink their relabeling. I care a lot more about what a flavor's name is than where I got it from and don't need "DIY Vapor Supply" to be the most prominent thing on the label. That's mildly annoying.
I'm quite serious when i say you'd have my vote if you ever wanted to be Prime Minister of Australia.
I'm hereby announcing my candidacy for Prime Minister of Australia.
If I win do you think they'll let me emigrate? Because at the moment I don't think meet any of the requirements for a permanent residence visa.
Their selection is crazy good. I'm looking at their Inawera page and I see ten things I never heard of, and two I was looking for. Prices on the high side but that's fair in my opinion (inventory costs money).
Always fast enough and no problems when I've ordered.
I've been shopping with them for a LONG time now as they're local to me. I can confirm that in the shop they're great people. If I pop in and have to wait a bit for them to bottle everything the other employees will actively try and be cool with you, talking about this or that. And I've witnessed in person them steering a new customer to a device that better suits their needs vs. something more expensive.
I'm completely new to diy, and have gotten flavors from here. Called them to ask some questions and the guy who answered the phone was able to answer all my questions and even made some suggestions I had not considered. Due to their broad selection of flavors and pricing, I'll definitely continue using them. They do repackage flavors from the manufacturers, but I don't consider that a negative. (If a flavor sucks and I don't want to use it, I'm only out a few bucks for a 10 more bottle instead of a 4oz bottle for $15 from the manufacturer.)
I like this place a lot. Being local, if there's something I want to try and don't want to wait for shipping, it is likely that they will have it in stock. I've gone in there with a list of 50 different requests and it did not take them very long to bottle them up and bring them out to me.
