I'm sure many of you received this email from Bull City, but if not:
To Our Valued Customers:
We are excited to announce that Bull City Flavors will be moving to a new facility! The new warehouse will be much larger, more streamlined and will allow us to provide you with even better service and selection!
As we go through the moving process, please be aware that there may be slight delays with our shipping times. Orders placed through Tuesday, February 4 will ship out as they normally do. Orders placed after that may take slightly longer than usual to process as we get our new shipping department up and running. We expect to be fully operational no later than Sunday, February 10.
As always, we thank you for your business and in advance for your patience as we go through this journey to help serve you better!
-The Bull City Flavors Team
Great to see they're doing so well but I gotta say, the only way they could have better service is if they hand delivered the flavors to my house and then mixed up a few recipes for me!
Wish they would expand their options a bit more. If they are big enough to afford it they could make a killing if they were really a one stop shop for flavorings.
More streamlined?
Y'all usually are able to get the package to me a day or two before your estimates. What's it going to be now? Someone doing a drive by with a package as soon as I click order? :p
Drone shipping?
Their first move a couple years ago was flawless, no disruptions that I noticed. I'm sure/hope this will be the same.
If it happens that your package is delayed for a day or 2, no whining people!
How dare you entitlement-block all the snowflake mixers out there?
I’ve never used them. Can anyone state why they’re recommended? Good service is key but I also look at prices fist, typically.
Their prices are very competitive, quick to ship, and they send the correct order. I've used them for 4+ years without a single complaint. Not needing to talk to customer service is the best customer service. Edit: Great selection as well
I second everything that redhotmonkeyluv said. They're the only company I order flavors from unless they just don't have what I need—which is super rare.
One reason I like them is I've never received any leaky bottles from them - properly sealed & bone dry. It's irritating getting sticky, leaking bottles from the other vendors.
I sometimes like to ask for some samples with orders to see if I want to really try some new flavors. They come in tiny little bottles that can make enough to sample a few different strengths of the flavor. Those are the only bottles I've ever had leak on me but I don't care because it's already pretty awesome they give out such useful samples.
I ordered on Saturday. Should be here tomorrow I'm on the east coast...thats pretty fast. I almost never leave reviews so for me to take the effort just to type this up speaks volumes. Ecigexpress takes a week. That sucks. I'd gladly pay a few more bucks to get my flavors in a day or two. Just think about the time you'll save not having to check USPS tracking hourly lol
