That looks excellent! As far as input goes, I personally would only have the big section at the back every second or third unit - and just have another tier for the smaller 30ml bottles.

Thanks! This was of course tailored to my own cross-section of bottle sizes. I am considering either dropping the 16 oz rack, or redesigning into a modular system.

Makeup organizers work great for those without 3d printers.

Don't forget dollar tree. There's some good organizers.

But for me, I organized mine in a huge tackle for portability and stuffed in a closet.

This week I finally got some nail polish holder racks in..so excited, I dunno why I waited so long. I ordered one of them off Amazon and they sent me 2 =P

The nail polish racks are great because they utilize space efficiently, are aesthetically pleasing (as opposed to clutter), and I'm able to quickly locate virtually any flavor I'm looking for. Definitely feels like an upgrade coming from various plastic containers/candy tins/shotgun shell holders.

Now the only thing I'm having trouble with is transportation. I frequently go over to my brother's place and we'll mix all night. The shotgun shell cases travel fine but only fit the smallest of the small 10mL bottles, I usually just stuff them all in a box or two and organize when I return.

If you're looking for inspiration, there's always this epic thread with 784 posts and counting. A lot of the earlier images seem broken (at least for me), but there's a ton of good content further down.

Good ol' shipping box haha jk.. that's what I started with. The make up organizer shelves are good for small vials

That's basically a nail polish rack. I'm sure buying the rack would be cheaper! I have 3 that I got from Winners for 10 bucks a piece. They're awesome, have a lip around all the edges to keep from falling out

+1, That's what I did when I was into diy. But if you're feeling creative & have extra wood laying around show us pictures when you're done!

OP's comment with the picture looks like it'll be 3d printed actually, which is pretty cool still. I personally just use nail polish organizers but this could be a great thing if you have the same bottle sizes as OP!

I posted this a few months back but I use a Stanley Sortmaster STST14027 it has enough room to hold over one hundred 10ml bottles. Dimensions are roughly 17"x13"x3.5" https://www.amazon.com/Stanley-Consumer-STST14027-Master-Organizer/dp/B079NDQDG8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1533777367&sr=8-2&keywords=Stanley+Sortmaster+STST14027

That’s true, as a workaround, I sort the flavors by type, fruits, desserts, drinks, creams, etc in each of the different sections, and alphabetize each section. It’s not perfect by any means, but I’m able to retrieve any flavor(s) I need fairly quickly.
