I'm just about to get into some DIY juice making. I'm blind/very low vision and am wondering if anyone has a scale that works good for DIY but also has a screen on it that is easy to read? By easy to read I mean something that has a black background with lighted numbers, like an old school alarm clock by chance? I'm perfectly okay with putting my eyeball on the screen to read it, just as long as it is high contrast. Getting a talking scale is out of the picture 'cause they only measure down to .1 grams.
Thanks in advance for any answers.
As long as you are looking directly at it, the scale we normally use should do for you. That's the AWS-lb501
Thanks very much. I've seen it mentioned a lot but didn't know if the display would be usable for low vision folks. I'll go ahead and get it and update the post when I get it in case anyone down the road has the same issue.

Dang, I might have to try and pick out another. I'm too damn blind to do anything on a white background, would need that blue lettering on black or something equal. Thanks for that pic though. I'll have to keep looking around.
When i was a kid who liked to destroy things i used to dismantle calculators and theres a film over the top of the numbers and if you take it off it should turn to a black background and white numbering, it could be the same on these? Expensive experiment but it might work
Maybe one of these?
