The spices in this seem a bit weird for a graham crust. The spice notes don't seem to be welcome here but do you think this could make a great pumpkin pie crust?

Yes, the spices do for a Graham Crust. I would imagine this would work well for a Pumpkin pie crust because of these spice notes. The WF Cannoli is very similar in taste and texture, but the Graham Cracker Pie crust is deeper and a little bit fuller. If you compare side by side the WF Cannoli & WF Graham Cracker Pie Crust you will notice very similar characteristics, so that may work well as a Pumpkin Pie Crust as well.

I get no anise or clove in Cannoli shell, thank God.

I didn't get any of those notes, I got a mild Graham crust, with hints of vanilla and a light buttery note on the exhale @2.26 %

Hi u/DaddyKane91. Cool and noted. I'll try testing it lower to see if I don't get any of those notes also. You should def post your flavor notes here so we can compare contrast.
