Phone support is excellent. Example - I was late on a special due to a small misunderstanding of the terms on my part, amended and extended easily over the phone. Shipping is pronto. Prices are competitive give or take nickels. I have no problem recommending this business.

Excellent vendor. Not the greatest selection, but it's prone to expanding. Not the greatest prices, but well within norms for Canada. Good labels, good packaging. Gold standard customer service. I've made multiple orders from Danny, and will order again next time I need only things he stocks. /u/thebrokevaper is probably the best vendor in Canada.

the very first diy supplier i ever used, and I bought some of their juices as well. Very friendly to deal with, shipping was fast, very helpful. Selection when i was using them wasn't brilliant, but it may have gone up since. I stopped using them because i discovered a very large DIY supplier about 30 minutes from my home, so i just drive and pick up my stuff. Otherwise - i'd probably still be using the broke vaper for at least some of my stuff.

Prices: very competitive, if not the best in most cases;

Selection: seemingly always getting better, and will listen to your requests for certain manufacturers or concentrates (have to add in the special instructions if you want larger bottles though);

Shipping time: Danny and his crew are extremely fast, even during big time sale events;

Customer service: I've had a couple of mishaps (wrong size bottle shipped or a missing concentrate here or there), but after you contact them they go out of their way to make it right. While they were in Markham I contacted him during several holiday weekends (sorry!) and Danny was incredibly accommodating;

Packaging: fairly standard IMO, strong purpose built boxes with proper interior protection (air bags and ziplocs).

All said, I cannot recommend Danny and thebrokevaper well enough. Clearly he's gotten bigger and better but each order I make still leaves me with that feeling that my order matters and will be fulfilled with care. I generally only order from DIY-ejuice and TBV.

Diy has a better selection for flavors and empty bottles are cheaper than they once were, making their high quality 30&60ml gorilla bottles cheaper than my old knock off chinese unicorn bottle source. If you buy 4L of base at a time this is practical because it's a pretty good discount at this quantity. Diy also puts their flavors in high quality gorilla bottles if you buy 30-60ml quantities. 10ml bottles are the old style dropper bottles again. I recieved two bottles of spoiled flavors on only one occasion and they replaced both of them.

I occasionally buy some flavors from thebrokevaper, and if you want more than 30ml flavors you have to email them, and they will competitively price it. They put their flavors in an older style childproof dropper bottles for 10&30ml quantities but if you order 60ml or more they have a non childproof lid like a cough syrup bottle, but unlike cough syrup it's not child proof. I've never had to send anything back from them, but I'm sure they would.

The price difference is negligible enough that I don't worry about it too much for flavors. Coupon codes for both can be found on their Facebook pages around holidays, which is when I stock up. Buy enough so your only buying with coupons. Pretty sure they have coupon codes on the sidebar of the subreddit. Shipping time depends on how far you are from the source, so I recieve my package from diy within 5 days usually and the broke vaper around 8.
