Anyone have a favorite lychee recipe?
submitted over 6 years ago by fourleggedpython

Been looking to get my milk tea fix somehow, and I've been trying Icee Lychee from All the Flavors, but was wondering if you guys have any favorites.

I was hoping to make this a 3mg nic recipe if that's possible, and as sweet as it can be.

Thanks /u/ediblemalfunction for the page.

OP, give this a shot:
Sweet Lychee (CAP) 2.0%
Lychee (TFA) 1.0%
Sweet And Tart (TFA) 2.0%
Cactus (INW) 1.0%
Sour (TFA) 1.0%

The end result is a dead ringer for a Japanese lychee candy

I'll give this a shot, how long would you suggest I steep it, and do you have a recommended ratio for vg/pg?

Would 3mg nic be fine with this as well?

Steep? I treat it as a shake and vape, but a week isn't going to hurt it.

I usually go 70/30 for DL mixes or 50/50 for pods with this recipe. It works fine in both cases.

3mg is all I use personally for DL, I can't see it being a problem for you.

Lychee Blossom is pretty good. I've mixed it 3 times and it's queued for another test run. Last try I changed the sweetener to Sugar Daddy and it seemed a bit dry though.

It's a flavour I hadnt thought about before..may have to try it sometime. Seems interesting enough.

The one I tested was okay, but the flavor was lacking. I mixed some extra sweetener and it tasted like diluted 7up. Don't have the measurements anymore though, that was a few months ago when I was first getting started

Looks like some research is going to get done tonight lol

Was the Icee Lychee what tasted like watery 7up, because I've tried the one-shot and it was super strong, lychee in your face.

purple cactus was pretty good, not sure on a recipe though. grape, cactus, lychee, weird combo but surprisingly good, had one with menthol as well same blend.

This topic makes me think of the movie Rocknrolla. Lenny tries a lychee and says, "mmm it's tasty and exotic". I've never eaten lychee or even seen one.

They are definitely a weird fruit. If you are near an Asian market, they usually sell them. They are red hairy fruit, but a white inside. You eat the inside and then spit out the seed. Or get lychee milk tea, that works to

Oh I'd try em if I could. Unfortunately I live out in the sticks, northern MN. I can't even get fast food without driving an hour haha. Can you explain what the texture is like while eating them, or chewing?

Texture is probably closes to a peach or nectarine. And in terms of sweet, I would say it's as sweet as an orange, so kinds citrus(?). Hard to explain that part.

You may be in luck though! I found canned lychee on Amazon. I would honestly get it canned because it doesn't stay fresh long. That's mostly why it's used in drinks instead of the fruit itself.

The canned ones are just as good, plus they are de-pitted.

It's also a very nice vape. Super refreshing

Edit: found a better way of explaining it from Google that's more accurate. The texture is that of a peeled grape, and they are crunchy like a pear. You peel off the red skin and the flesh is white. Very sweet unique flavor.

Also there's another funky fruit called rambutan, which looks like it came from Star Wars. Similar taste
