I've purchased a lot from them even before they had a DIY site. REALLY good customer service, owner seems to be a genuinely good guy. Responses are always quick. Shipping isn't always the quickest but I've never had a problem or mistake with my orders. Not the biggest selection but I always check gremlin first. Highly recommend.

Pixie dust and BS(one shots) is something I mix just to have as always on hand.

As a manufacturer, I will say that we like working with Gremlin and hope they continue to have the good standing they deserve. Rich keeps good track of his inventory, ships fast and is accessible if you ever have a problem. He vapes, makes his own juice, and educates his customers personally, so he actually participates in the DIY community. That's the opposite of some companies.

I ordered from Gremlin mid 2018 when they had a wild sale on RF flavors. Shipping time was reasonable, packaging was good, no problems with the order so I can’t comment on customer service. I’ll do business with them again.

Gremlins has been very good to me over the years. Never an issue here. Somewhat limited selection but if they have it they have it.

Price is comparable with the top vendors and I think shipping is cheaper with them if only purchasing a few flavors.

I love them. I once asked if they had any old bread pudding mixed up (a juice they no longer sell but I'd read about it somewhere) and they mixed a bottle for me AND sent a 10ml of the flavor, both FREE of charge. Along with a recipe.
Who else does that???

I mean, I will buy flavors elsewhere if they are on sale or Gremlin doesn't carry them, but I always check their website first because of the bread pudding experience.

These guys have hook me up on multiple occasions. Medium size order extra flavors. Forget to order a juice during a large order, give me a code for free shipping so they can put it in the same box. Got that email at work and realized I forgot my credit card, figured I was screwed and it was my fault so I was willing to let it go. I got another email that they included the juice for free in my purchase so it would go out at the same time without delay. I will always buy from gremlin. No offense to anyone else, cuz I haven't tried you because I haven't had a reason

You don't see people making complaints about Gremlin much, and for good reason. They are a great company, ran by good people. Definitely recommended for anyone DIYing

These are good people who seem to genuinely care very much about the DIY community. Which is why it pains me to report that I've had an order ruined by multiple very leaky bottles. TFA Cranberry EVERYWHERE. The bottle decapitated itself. But I'll use them again, because, fortunately, no other real complaints. Selection isn't as large as it could be what but often they have things that you don't see in stock elsewhere. Some of those LA flavors aren't safe to vape, but can't really hold that against them since they also sell candy-making supplies. Prices, shipping, no other issues.

Had one order with the Gremlins.

Flavours were all quality, I could tell they were fresh and hadn't been sitting on the shelf for long. The smell when I opened my package was incredible, haven't experienced that with other companies.

There was no leakage and the individual products were packaged nicely.

Customer service was very friendly, great to work with.

I distinctly remember buying a 60ml of FA cola in this order. I loved it, my friends loved it. It was refreshing and tasty. I would of Vaped nearly 2l of the cola. Last year i ordered 60ml of FA cola from bcv, and I don't know what's happened but it isn't vapeable for me. I might as well toss it. Perhaps the manufacturers' recipe changed. I'm confident it's the same product according to the name. Whatever the reason, the Gremlins gave me a vastly superior product.

Now, the reason I opted to write this review: I left an additional information note on my order stating that I live in a geographically isolated country where concentrates are difficult to find and extremely unreasonably priced. I said that I would appreciate any free samples. So what do they do? They gave me 8-10 different, free 5mls concentrates. They also gave me a free 30ml of their flavour shot "red, white and blue".
