Living in the US, BCF is my go to for most of my diy needs. I can find most of what I want there with comparable prices to other vendors and they often run 20% off sales for holidays.

Shipping is ridiculously fast. I'll submit my order and usually it'll get shipped the same day unless it's a big holiday sale (even then, it's always shipped within two days).

Packaging of the order is great. Flavors will be lined up next to each other in plastic bags. When I order glass bottles, they'll be wrapped in bubble wrap and wedged in a box which gets surrounded by more packaging in a larger box.

The only time I had an incorrect order was over a large summer sale and my order was missing a tip on a 35 cent plastic bottle. I didn't bother them about it since it's such a small item but I have no reason to believe that they wouldn't fix the error if they knew.

Overall, a great place to shop that sets the standard of what service should be very high.

• Prices: I would say they are pretty competitive. It’s a big plus that they rebottle Flavorah in 10 ml so you can get them a little cheaper if you’re just wanting to test the flavor.

• Selection: Decent. Used to be about the only place I had to go for all the best tobaccos, but they stopped carrying flavors that are derived from actual tobacco, so now I go there a little less.

• Shipping Time (Out the door - don't blame the vendor for UPS or the USPS): Fantastic. Probably the quickest out of everywhere I’ve ordered.

• Customer Service: Haven’t really had a whole lot of contact with them, however they did offer to get me one of my old favorite flavors a while back just so I didn’t have to deal with ordering from Inawera direct. After we discussed it a bit, it was decided it wouldn’t really be worth the trouble, but it was really nice of them to offer. They were also pretty cool about when I would place an order and then 10 minutes later place another because I forgot something. They’d ship together and give me store credit for the cost of shipping. I’m not sure if they do that anymore, but it was nice that they did it at all.

• Order Problem Responses & Resolution: Never had a problem that needed resolved.

• Packaging: Never had any issues.

Exactly 50 orders placed since June 2015. Zero mistakes, and always the fastest out the door shipping. Always packed to insure any possible leaks are contained (but I still haven't had a shipment where there was anything leaking).

Shipping is incredibly fast usually 2 days and it is at my house, Packaging is secure, Prices are good, Have never had to deal with customer service.

Only thing I could ask for is nicotine and they would be a 1 stop shop, they have the largest selection of concentrates and I have never had a problem finding what I'm looking for.

I've been using them for about a year and a half (maybe longer) and so far, every order has been great. Shipping has always been fast, usually out their door within a day or two (even over weekends most times), and having each flavor sealed in its own bag (or two) always makes me feel sure even my mail carrier won't cause anything to leak. Pricing has always been right on par with other places or cheaper for larger quantities. So far, I've never had a problem that required interfacing with their customer service, so I can't speak to that. Overall, they've become my primary place for all flavoring purchases, mostly since their selection is bigger than the other places I've purchased from.

I personally have nothing but great things to say about Bull City Flavors. Great selection, fast shipping. Being on the east coast probably helps me there, but they're always right on time with everything. Even get a hand written "Thanks" on the invoice!

I've only used them a couple times recently. I get most of my stuff from diyvaporsupply or ecx but I've been going to bcf more lately as I've been impressed with them. Great selection, fast shipping. No issues whatsoever!

Bull City is my usual vendor for flavoring. So far they have had everything I need, time out the door is consistently fast. Prices seem very competitive. Stuff arrives sealed in bags, inside boxes, generously loaded with packing peanuts, never had a leaky anything arrive from Bull City.

I've never had to contact them to resolve a problem, so I can't speak to their customer service department but I don't imagine it would be a bad experience at all.

Pretty much the only vendor I use for flavoring and bottles. They ship fast and pack it well. Never had any issues in the 10 or so orders I've made.

I am brand new to DIYing, and played my order with Bull City Flavors last week Monday. My order came in yesterday and everything was packaged nice. My 250ml beaker was cracked due to it being packed extremely tight but aside from that everything was great.

Took them a few days to ship it out the door, but I attribute that the Black Friday/Cyber Monday influx in orders.

All in all I am happy with them and will use them again.

I once had an order sent to an old apartment and could not get it...I called them to see if I had any recourse and they re-sent the order to my new place at no cost...above and beyond what I was expecting as I was prepared to eat the costs. 10/10

BCF has been my go to store for the better part of 3 years now. Have had zero issues with them and shipping is always unreasonably fast! Price and selection is always on point! I always reccomend BCF to anyone I know that wants to get into mixing.

I order pretty exclusively through them because they have demonstrably supported the community. Their prices are fair and I have never had a botched order or slow shipment.

My only (and this is a petty grievance) is that they don't ship the same flavors in consistent bottle types each time.

Personally, I haven't experienced the fast turnaround with my orders. Generally it seems to take an extra day or so to get my package out vs. Other vendors.

That said, I'm pretty patient, and usually order during sales, so I don't have any issues with this.

All around great vendor, and has been my go to for years.

My go-to for flavors for all the reasons already mentioned here and one that no one has mentioned: Their support for the community, from offering prizes for contests, to sponsoring flavor reviewers, to selling community recipe packs that give a generous amount of proceeds to creators.

Prices: Competitive, and their many holiday sales help, too. Don't forget to use the coupon code REDDIT6 for daily purchases.

Selection: Good. This is their biggest weakness to be... I'm annoyed that I still need to go to other places for a few other flavors and supplies, but I can get most of what I need from BCF. And it's the only place to get Vape Train in the U.S.

Shipping Time: Super Excellent. I think they use black magic to get this stuff out fast. Although, I have noticed they slow down a bit when the boss is out of town.

Customer Service: More black magic. They'll combine my orders when I forget something and have to order again later the same day, without me even having to call and ask.

Order Problem Responses: I have no experience here because I've never had a problem with any order. It's amazing really, because there's been something wrong with my order at least once from every other vendor.

Packaging: All good. No problems.

Customer Service: Don't need customer service when you do it right the first time every time.

If only these guys carried nicotine, better prices/selection of non-flavoring supplies, a handful of flavors they don't have.

I've placed 3 or 4 orders from Bull City, and all have been shipped quickly. I'm a state away so I usually get em in 2-3 days. Packaging is great, no complaints there. Bottles in bags in a box. No problems. Selection and prices are great. Out of all the flavors I've even wanted, there's only one they didn't carry. I haven't had any problems with any orders so I haven't had to deal with their customer service. If these guys carried Nicotine, I'd never shop anywhere else. I will be a repeat customer, and I appreciate what they do.

BCV is my go to vendor. I have been ordering for nearly 5 years and not a single problem. Fast shipping, well packed, good sales and a very large selection. Customer service has always been wonderful and knowledgeable. I also agree about their community support!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with BCF. Great selection that keeps growing. I've never had an order screwed up. Very fast processing times. Quick shipping from the east coast to St Louis. They're definitely my top choice for flavor vendors. The only reason I order anywhere else is to get flavors they don't carry or to order nicotine.

Just getting into DIY and after getting stalled with NicRiver (Bank doesn't like them so couldn't order) I went with Bull City. My first order arrived yesterday after being ordered Saturday, so nice turn around there. Bottles came intact in bags in padded envelope, handwritten thank you on the invoice (nice touch). Price and selection were amazing, and since I'm new to this I haven't had a chance to sample all the various vendors but honestly I don't think I will for a bit. I'll add my voice in to the 'if they carried nic and base' they would truly be a one stop shop.

As for problems or customer service, hadn't had any which is a good thing, but based on the various threads here including this one I don't think I'll be worried in that respect.

Only started dipping my toe into the DIY vjuice waters as of a few weeks ago. Found Bull City Flavors' website after someone had mentioned them as a go-to for concentrates. Just like for many sites, I had picked a few things to add to the cart, filled out some prelim info and got the shipping rates. Unlike most places that charge a minimum of $6.00, found that their shipping rates are very reasonable. Matter of fact, my first order of two 30 mL and two 10 mL was about half that six dollar starting point for a transport fee.

Since then, only placed one more order but this time for three 30 mL's and a 10mL. Happened to buy it on CyberMonday, so my savings pretty well paid for the shipping. The total was around 13 dollars. For anyone not wanting to spend $40-$50 for free shipping, just to try a few concentrates, this is a great option. It did take them about 72 hours to ship out my last order, but that was following the holiday sales and a long weekend.

The shipping does get pricey after you add 16 oz bottles of PG or VG, so putting together a sizeable order to get free shipping is a good idea for those. They were comparable for those rates of Nicotine River on postage.

I plan to use them again for sweeteners (marshmellow, cotton candy, etc.) and possibly the RY4 Double [TPA] on my next order... maybe even a baked flavor of some kind.

I remember one time I made two decent sized orders in one night.

They refunded me one of the priority shipping charges and made it one order. Something they didn’t have to do.

Ordering from Australia I have found them excellent supplier. Wide range, good prices and reasonable shipping charges. The concentrates are still in their prime and process and despatch are timely.

What great timing, my first order with them arrived last night. Of the vendors I’ve used, Bull City offers the most affordable flavorings, with their repackaged Flavorah 10mls giving me cheaper access to some of my new favorite flavors. Selection is excellent, I haven’t gotten into NETs yet so they’re one stop flavor shopping for me. Site is a little slow but well organized. Their discounts on complete recipes are just one more way they make my wallet smile. Overall, if they sold nic and base, this would be true one stop shopping for me, and it’s the first place I will look for flavors in the future. Very impressed with Bull City; definitely will order again.

Great vendor, good prices, while I've never placed a large enough order to get free shipping, it's very reasonable and I've never had to wait more than three days for my order to arrive. My only gripe, which is minor, is that they used to throw in free flavor samples and my last two orders didn't have any included.
