This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the November Recipe Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread
Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.
If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.
Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping!
Happy Vaping!
Been getting pretty buck wild on my Bottom of the Hill lately. One of the few lucky recipes that gets to be mixed in a 120 ml bottle.
While I don’t have any in the tank right now, I’ve also been enjoying my True Kentucky. Works well in a restricted lung tank, and then I’ve had a Peter Stokkebye Dark Fired NET in my Siren 2 so that I could make some comparisons.
Not a whole lot in progress at the moment. I had a cold for about a week and a half, so haven’t really done a lot of mixing new things. I did come back to a vanilla chestnut tobacco thing that I’ve toyed with for over a year. Still not sure if I like where it’s at. Maybe Christmas 2019 I’ll finally be happy with it.
That True Kentucky looks really interesting. I've been diving down the diy NET rabbit hole myself, and I've got some HH Old Dark Fired steeping as we speak. Just last week I sampled some PS314 Dark Fired after a month steep and the results were fantastic. If you can mimic that sort of flavor with synthetics well then color me impressed. Wish I had all the flavors to mix that up and see what it's all about.
My inspiration for the True Kentucky was a mixture of HH Old Dark Fired and C&D Dark Fired Kentucky. The HH got me wanting to get an accurate Kentucky with synthetics, and started playing around with the INW Smooth Leaf. Then as I was working on it, I was using the smell of a tin of the C&D to narrow it down. Then I was doing a taste comparison with the Stokkebye Dark Fired. So it’s basically just trying to fit somewhere in between all three.
You in the US? I can send you some to see what you think since you’ve got some experience with the inspiration.
Yeah, I'm in the states. TN. Pm me, I would greatly appreciate a sample. I just realized I've seen your posts in the ELR NET thread(s). You seem to really know your shit. Pretty sure it was you that inspired me to pick up a tin of Solani Aged Burley Flake (got a tin of their Virginia Flake too, as it seems highly regarded.). Haven't started steeping it yet, but the tin smells divine (smokes pretty great too. Picked up a cheap corn cob pipe to compare smoked vs. NET).
I've been on slight one track mind the last week. Currently working on an Apple ice cream kinda thing so I've been focusing on that. Got a few separate bases/components to the recipe I'm working on before I worry about blending them together. This is a bit tricky as I haven't done much SFT. But I'm comfortable enough with the flavors from mixing other's recipes over the past year to year and a half. Though I am hitting whatever feels like a bit of a road block where everything is starting to taste the same. I think I'm gonna need a break and profile change for a little bit before diving back in. Plus that'll give things a chance to steep out their differences and develop a little more.
One the other hand, I've really been enjoying the wonderful pairing of grape and mango in Granjo in my tanks. And my own Dusted Strawberries recipe.
I've also been tweaking a very cold recipe for use in my suorin drop. Nothing too crazy just 2% WS-23 and 1% FW Extreme Ice. I may add a touch of lemon to it for a little more perkiness but it is pretty nice where it's at right now.
A bunch of pecan and praline single flavors. Someone please tell me I'm not the only one who tastes dried mushrooms in FLV Praline?
Let us know if you discover anything like FW Pralines & Cream. As much as I like it, 'tis a bit dry.
Edit: Haven't tried FLV Praline, can't comment.
The only other Pralines & Cream I tried was CAP. It is quite inferior to FW's. IMO you just have work your way around the dryness.
Unless you want to build your own Pralines & Cream out of a pecan, pecan & cream, or butter pecan/butter pecan pie/butter pecan ice cream flavor.
Trying to nail down a pod juice.

Just a quick note here: "Vanilla Bourbon" has nothing to do with whiskey, it's just a style of processing vanilla, originally the vanilla from Réunion, but more commonly Madagascar vanilla. The "Bourbon" is from the French dynasty - who, coincidentally, also wound up lending their name to an American spiritous beverage.
Had to buy 60ml of FW Green Goblin to make a 120 of /u/AlfredPudding's Blitz after burning through the first two 30ml bottles I made. It's fantastic.
I’m extremely happy you enjoyed it! I wasn’t sure anyone would hunt down the obscure flavors to give it a shot.
Pretty straight forward. •CAP Vanilla Custard 5% •VT Creme Brulee 3% •FW Bavarian Cream 2% Shaken not stirred
Looks interesting. I've only got INW Creme Brulee but I may give this one a mix at some point this week.
Did you end up trying this with the INW Creme Brulee? I’m curious about this myself, but I was wondering if the INW might be too potent for a 1:1 substitution.
Got a flu with fever and sore throat so last night I loaded up Juicy J's Strapple Mint mixed 7 weeks ago. This stuff just seems to get better and better the longer it ages and the watermelon really comes out. Love it.
Also just finished a 100ml of one of my ADVs - Queen's Cookie Jar. My palette is getting a bit tired of it after 2+ years of vaping it on the regular, but this is just one fantastic juice here.
I've got another squonk filled with my mostly finalized Orange Creamsicle recipe that I can't put down.
On my dripper I'm testing first-shot versions of a few INW Creme Brulee mixes - Banana Creme Brulee, and Apricot Creme Brulee. These both need a lot of work but so far the Apricot one seems more promising.
Going to mix CBV's Bottom of the Hill recipe today after his post reminded me of it. It's been in my queue for a month and I've got all the concentrates, really looking forward to trying it out.
I just started Purple Dragon and tbh it's ok. It's not bad, but I'd say it's not the best. Very decent and very vape able. If you have these, I recommend giving it a try.

I'm also just about to finish dillinger's dairy, and this also isn't bad. Despite the lack of creams this is slightly creamy, but i suspect these extra flavors enhance the ry4 flavor profile, and elevate it to something different entirely. It's different from goofy's juice, which is predominantly ry4. This mix takes away some of the tobacco part of ry4, but not entirely as it leaves a bit on the back end. Perhaps I'm just agnostic to pistachio, but i never could taste it in a mix lol. I wouldn't rave about this, but this also goes into my pile of vapeable mixes.
