Weekly 'What are you vaping?' Thread - Week of October 15, 2018
submitted almost 7 years ago by c5b4c91772c729fc7d0a

This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the October Recipe Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread?

Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.

If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.

Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping!

Happy Vaping!

Usually I don't post mixes. My stuff is nothing special, it's just what I vape. Stumbled across something though, can't seem to put it down...

It's called late to the party, yes it's yet another strawberry/milky vape. For all I know someone else has already made this exact recipe. All I can say is it's delicious, and I've never been big on strawberry, so take that for what you will.

Started out as a 3-2-1 recipe, and hasn't changed too much since.

3% cap sweet strawberry

2% cap cake batter

1% RF strawberry SC

1% cap vanilla custard

.5% tfa dragonfruit

. 25% cap super sweet

Torally derivative, totally tasty. 🍓

This week it’s Casino Night.

Haven’t really done a whole lot of mixing lately. Maybe lazy, maybe uninspired. Hard to say for sure. I did, however, do a little something last night for a cologne type of flavor. Really, I just want to make a cologne commercial when I release the recipe.

Apple Blossom. Light, delicious, sweet but not too sweet. Loving it even on a snv, we'll see if it lasts long enough for me to evaluate it at the recommended 7 day step time!

Right now it's Budderstotch by /u/feartx

  • 6% FW Butterscotch
  • 1% FLV Cured Tobacco
  • 1.3% CAP French Vanilla
  • 1% TFA Marshmallow
  • 1.75% FLV Red Burley

So sinfully rich and satisfying I'm fanning myself like a Southern Church Lady and saying things like "lordy!" every couple hits

Before that it was 15 different single-flavor butterscotch flavors. FW Butterscotch and Butt Rip and FLV Butterscotch and Smoked Butterscotch are the winners in my book, not that FA isn't a wonderful ingredient (that doesn't really taste like butterscotch) or that Real Flavors and several others aren't decent, but FW and FLV are just better. But I still haven't tried that Solub Arome Caramel that received such a passionate endorsement in the Butterscotch FOTW thread; I might change my tune once I get around to trying that one.

I really need to start buying some of these FLV tobacco's. I've recently been using a juul for convenience and discretion while joining smokers in my HVAC classes and I am surprised by how much I enjoy the Virginia tobacco pod flavor. I'm fully aware that this flavor is probably extremely boring in comparison to the many awesome tobacco recipes out there. I plan on starting with Cardinal and going from there.

Do you know of any tobacco + coconut or RY4+ coconut recipes? I might be stupid but I can’t find them on the phone

  • 3% FLV Wild Melon
  • 2% CAP Harvest Berry

While I'm at it. I have also been vaping some Nola from Lane Cove. Bought it for the fact I want to clone it somehow.

Never went down the alcohol route but I'm going to pick up the Kentucky Bourbon as I have everything else for the drunken pears.

I just saw that today and it looks good. He said you tasted it gave him the approval but you think TPA pear is the way to go over FA in that mix? Like you I don't have the Wine Champagne but I'll mix it up as anything with Guava + Cactus is an instant mix.

Mexican Prickly Victory: https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/share/5c3145fc-2ba1-45d6-b797-1bd7e6a9331a

I've been playing around with MB Mexican Cactus and with Prickly being one of my ADV's I tried it in here and turned out excellent. Then I got a little funky with it and I'm digging it more than the original.

  • Guava 4%
  • INW Cactus .5%
  • MB Mexican Cactus 1%
  • MB Funky Pineapple .5%
  • WS-23 .7%

Trying some stuff I whipped up: Raspberry Jam, Tea Time (out of my pod), and Banana Cream Pie. Not feeling fruity flavors lately, trying my hand with some desserts.

I've been polishing off a load dregs from one shots but recently mixed up this Prickly Victory remix (I guess that's what it is?) and I can't leave it alone, it's so delicious. I honestly think it works better than the original.

A friend of mine did a mix we haven’t named yet.

80/20 VG/PG 6mg Freebase Nic

All flavors are the original fruit, not the “candy” flavor if that makes sense?

He mixes all flavors before adding to the overall bottle Equal parts •Tangerine •Strawberry •Blackberry •Raspberry

•Banana. Just a little after the other flavors are mixed. I think this is so he can proportion it right.

Equal mix of tangerine, and the berries. Then just a little banana at the end. Beware : The banana tends to overwhelm the mix, so he only uses a very small amount in this mix. Just enough that you can kinda tell it’s there on the exhale.

The end result is like an awesome fruit by foot flavor.

I’m not a mixer (yet) and I don’t have the exact flavor names(just what they taste like) and I don’t know his measures other than how I put them above... I just have the end result numbers he gave me.
