Weekly 'Suggest a Recipe for my Flavors' Thread - Week of October 12, 2018
submitted almost 7 years ago by AutoModeratorBootylicious

Got a bunch of flavors but not sure how to make them work together? Post your list here, and our team of semi-professional mixologists will make suggestions for you! Don't forget to include manufacturers' names for all of your concentrates, and make your list easier to read by using bullet points or at least listing each of your flavors on a new line by hitting return twice after each flavor.

There is also a few resources in the sidebar where you can register a free account, input your flavors, sort by rating, and either mix something up or be inspired to make something with your ingredients.

Happy Mixing!

DX flavors (except peanut butter) go to hazardous waste site. Same with TFA cheesecake. Coffee probably as well...unless it's Kona and you want to mix it with TFA Mary Jane. You may have some luck with a pistachio ry4, maybe.

Hey, where do you get your concentrates from? I’m guessing you’re from the same country as me.

/u/ID10-T posted a load of suggestions for cereal based recipes for a while ago, still haven't made them all but the ones I have made have been amazing. Might give you some ideas for flavours to get.

You realize TFA is the flavor apprentice, right?

Anyhow... You could try a coconut almond kinda thing. Not sure which you'd prefer as the main note. Or maybe a pineapple orange... Except FA pineapple. Interesting trivia the Mk2 grenade was known as a the pineapple. And most would prefer it to FA pineapple

Give it about 10 days

Trying to make a butterscotch apple, this is what I got so far.

FW-Butterscotch ripple-3%

FA-Fuji-3%

FA-Soho-2%

TFA-Sweetner-0.5%

TFA-Marshmallow-1.5%

Cap-Vanilla Custard-4%

It has been a 7day steep and 70/30 VG/PG

The apple is spot on but the butterscotch needs work. I'm not sure if I should increase or decrease the butterscotch ripple.

Try increasing Butterscotch Ripple to 5% and reducing Vanilla Custard to 2% and Marshmallow to 1%.

I will definitely try that. It steeped for about a week and then within a day of vaping the butterscotch showed up. I need more Fuji but as soon as I make the adjustments I'll let you know how it it.
