This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the September Recipe Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread?
Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.
If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.
Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping!
Happy Vaping!
Seven Irish Creams, six Bavarian creams, two Devon creams, two Vienna creams, HS Italian Cream, and WF Hollandaise Cream. AMA about creamy flavors named after places in Europe!
And some pod stuff I'm still working on, a strawberry vanilla cream and a Cuban cigar. Flavorah's super strong and super pricey Smooth Vanilla is really justifying its existence in that strawberry cream but I'm having trouble with the strawberry part. Cuban cigar still has the slightest hint of a bell pepper-like off note and I'm not sure if it just needs to steep longer or if I've used too much of the flavoring responsible for that.
And my own September submission for Mixers' Club, which is really /u/alfredpudding 's recipe for a Back Nine or Dirty Palmer - 50/50 lemonade/tea with a big splash of Bourbon. We're waiting on critiques from other members of Mixers' Club and seeing how it holds up over time before sharing it on ATF, but I think it's perfected already and you can see it and notes for it on the EJM website, along with other submissions.
And, finally, variations of the secret recipe I'm hoping to use to take down ConcreteRiver in an upcoming DIY competition in Vegas, baby!
edit: a word
What are you using in that Cuban? FA stuff tends to have that weird note, you're probably aware but just making sure.
Yeah, it's FA Cuban Supreme. Other things too, but I know it's the Cuban Supreme's fault. What I don't know is whether it's something that's going to steep out or whether I've used too much of it.
Stop saying it’s really my recipe or I’m sending you my INW Creme Brûlée. I missed the beginning of Noted, which Irish cream was the best?
I have WF hollandaise cream but I haven't tried it yet. Excited to see what you think!
It's a dumb name for a pretty nice flavor. It doesn't taste anything like "Hollandaise." It's super smooth and reminds me more than anything of one of the heavier, non-fluffy whipped cream flavors, like FA Cream Whipped if you've ever had that.
I couldn't wait for it to steep, so I tried PB Cardinal by /u/kindground (from the September Recipe Thread) and it's amazing. FW Hazelnut and the two Peanut Butters do wonders with Cardinal, which is already great on its own. Guess I'll have to mix up another bottle that I'll let steep.
Apart from that, I'm steeping two versions of my Rhubarb Cheesecake, one with TPA Strawberry Ripe to add some sweet- & tartness that works really well so far and another one with OoO Rhubarb Crisp in an effort to achieve the same (and thus establish the holy Rhubarb Trinity of INW Rhubarb, VT Rhubarb Compote and OoO Rhubarb Crisp). I'm confident one of them will make it into the October Recipe thread.
Holy Rhubarb Trinity. Three words I never would have guessed would be used together.
I will get around to trying that PB Cardinal eventually. It looks terrific. FLV PB and I have had our differences, but I think the tobaccos will easily smooth those over.
1.25% INW Mint Mix
1.25% WF Double Mint
1.5% INW Plum
0.5% FA Blackcurrant
2% WS-23 30%
Cold and refreshing, as summer is right around the corner for me.
oooh this sounds good. I'm missing the mints though :( Did you try this with any other mints/menthols with success? I may have to play with this combo. I really like INW Plum.
Not really, i just felt like vaping something fruity, but not too sweet and that didn't really need a steep so i threw this together.
If you really like INW Plum i'd say you should try it a bit higher, the mints cover it up a bunch.
WF Double Mint is a super clean mint, Mint Mix is a bit earthy for me, a bit 'vegetal' if that makes sense. Sorry if i can't be more helpful but it's what i got haha
Right now I’ve got some of my Fett’s Reward in tank number 2. About to rewick and throw some Bottom of the Hill in there. It’s a nice one for a chillier day.
I’ve been trying some new things out with Dark for Pipe. It used to be an older favorite of mine, but I haven’t used it a whole lot lately. That Bottom of the Hill recipe got me back in to it. Last night I mixed it up with some Gold Ducat, FW Hazelnut, FLV Pumpkin Spice, and HS Smooth. Turned out kind of weird. Probably going to do some major tweaking to it. HS Smooth kind of tastes like Honeycombs cereal to me a little bit, but my original idea was to use a HS with some more dark fruit notes. Probably going to revisit it with that back in the blueprint. I’m thinking either Magic Mix or Eastern Tobacco. Wasn’t a huge fan of FLV Pumpkin Spice when I first got it, so I might take that out too. We will see.
That white chocolate piña colada apple thing I was doing for Mixers Club might end up getting scrapped. After trying a couple things with it I realized that even if I were to nail it, I’m not sure it’s something that I’ll even care much about. We will see, I suppose. Got a couple of flavors coming from Nic River to try out with it, but I’m not super hopeful.
I have exactly one of the flavors for Fett's Reward. But I have everything for Bottom of the Hill and it looks NICE!
Remember when I said I was going to "fix" INW Falcon Eye so it tastes like a combination of what INW says it tastes like, what you told me tastes like to you, and what I wanted it to taste like? I've finally gotten around to mixing something up for that, but I'm letting it sit a bit before trying it (actually all my wicks are fresh and busy - I'll give it a taste when I need a new wick).
Falcor V1:
2% INW Falcon Eye Tobacco
2% MB Shape Up Pear
1% FLV Virginia Tobacco
0.75% FLV Kentucky Tobacco
0.75% NF Ginger
What do you think, just from looking at it? I'm a little concerned that I've put too much Virginia in there. Anyway, that will be my October Mixers' Club submission if the cinnamon watermelon zombie apocalypse thing doesn't work out or second submission if we reach that level of participation, so you'll likely get to try whatever I finally come up with without investing in MB Pear or NF Ginger.
> without investing in MB Pear or NF Ginger.
When you mentioned trying it out with those two, I picked them up. I’ve just been waiting patiently for what you came up with. Now I can mix that bad boy up tonight and see what I think. I think the Virginia looks fine. I usually go a tad bit higher than that with it because it’s pretty mellow for my tastebuds.
I’m getting the remaining flavors in today to try out dinner lady lemon tart remix. Can’t wait. The original is by far my favorite commercial juice I’ve tried.
Also trying to figure out why my Purenic brand nic is trying to kill my lungs, even at 3mg. I have some chemnovatic and smoothsalts coming in as well so I can compare.
Still chasing a good pink lemonade. Thanks to u/hashslingingslashur for graciously sharing his recipe with me.
working on a cookie butter and vaping a Pumpkin Spice Latte in my pod device and a Key Lime pie out of my mod.

Saturday Morning Macaron by /u/ID10-T. So glad I picked up that Milk (just to make this one). Most true to it's name that I have had.
I've also been playing around with WS-23 some. I never got on with koolada, but this stuff is so much better IMO.
Strawberry Breeze
3% TFA Strawberry
2% INW Shisha Straw
3% Cap Sweet Straw
.5-1% WS-23
Simple enough on it's own, but a little coolant put's it in a whole other place.
:)
Oh man, Coop on the WS-23 train, I can’t wait to see where this goes!
I'm very new with it. So new that I haven't gone much beyond strawberry and blueberry. Getting so bored with everything, but this has injected new interest. I did mix Kiwi "Cheesecake", and went 2% on it. Probably never do that again:) Throat hurt when drinking ice water. But at .5% it is interesting.
Have you used it much? I was surprised at how quick I took a liking to it, given that I never smoked menthol cigs, and hate any kind of mint juice.
There is a friend who always wants artic winter at 2%. Now I'm am also adding 2% WS-23 30% to it. Tough hombre. Wait until I get INW Eucalyptus/mint and slip 2% of that in there. Call it "Sub-zero".
I'm also excited to see what you might do now that Milk has been added to your arsenal.
I think if your friend likes that 2/2/2 Arctic Winter/WS-23/Euc with Mint in it, then you might need to consider the idea that your friend is actually a White Walker or other previously-thought-to-be-fictional ice-related creature.
Have I used it much?
>and went 2% on it. Probably never do that again:) Throat hurt when drinking ice water. But at .5% it is interesting.
Man trust me. I started on WS-23 at 0.3% and was like omg it's so intense - but i love it. Then you find yourself adding 0.4%. And it just keeps going up. It's the 'blue crystal' of the vape world lol. I'm now at 1.25%. I'm sure I'll hit 1.5% soon. If I could only have 1 bottle of flavouring on an island somewhere, it would be WS-23 without a doubt. (...but I would try and trade a crab for a touch of FA Forest Fruit to go with.)
For today i have Solubarome - hindenburg, ftr#5, take a chill pill - popcorn and donut, kings crest - blueberry duchess and kings crest - don juan reserve
Is that popcorn and donut made with their Beignet concentrate do you know? How did you find it? I've finally made an international order today so I'll finally get the chance to taste it in a few weeks.
Misty by DIYORDIE and I added 1% or 1.5% WS-23, I can't remember lol and also hash's Apple Waffle recipe. I wouldn't say it tastes like Golden State's apple waffle (the apple is different, FA apple seems too sharp imo here), but the waffle is close enough. Misty was something on the knuckle taste I wasn't sure I'd like coz I tasted some bitter notes there, but I was very genuinely surprised at how tasty it was even without INW Cactus. I think the Marshmallow really helped a lot rounding the flavor profile. It does seem a bit dry, so I wonder how adding 0.5% cactus there would affect things.
I'm still a noob, so I'm not doing anything all that exciting.
- Is boysenberry (Flavorah) with a touch of blackberry (FlavourArts), & a little Cotton Candy for sweetness. Nice, but a little perfumey for my taste from the blackberry.
- A couple of variations on a NET tobacco & coffee mix, which has great potential, but is very much a work in progress. The big weakness is that I'm struggling to find coffee flavours that don't taste like crap, & don't burn at more than 7 Watts.
Oh, & some might be interested to know that I'm making all mine with 50mg salt nic, rather than typical nic.
Mate, I hear you on the perfumey blackberry. I was there a couple of months ago. Secret squirrel here is my new dark berry recipe which i fucking love love love and is now one of my ADVs - it's cold, juicy, and darkberry delicious. I switch between 0.4 and 0.5% for the TFA Blackberry. Don't take it higher though!
Secret Squirrel In The Woods (Behind the Log in a Small Grove)
FA Forest Fruit 2.5%
FW Blackberry 2%
TFA Blackberry 0.4%
INW Raspberry 0.4%
LA Lemonade 0.25%
VT Fizzy Sherbet 1%
TFA Marshmallow 1%
WS-23 1.25%
CAP Super Sweet 0.5%

Steep for 3 days - during this time the citrus notes from the VT Fizzy Sherbet and LA Lemonade blend fully into the mix - and gives the TFA Marshmallow time to be TFA Marshmallow. The top 2 ingreds can be upped/lowered pretty easily without effecting the profile.
Sounds nice! I love a good berry vape.
Edit: How does FW blackberry compare to TFA blackberry?
TFA Blackberry is very concentrated and if you add too much it does turn on you. So I never go above 0.5% with it. FW Blackberry doesn't have the complexity of TFA Blackberry, it's more candied and tame but still quite an accurate flavour - and you can pump it up if you need to without any weirdness. They complement each other well.
The one you tried in your berry mix (FA Blackberry) is one of the most terrible concentrates known to mankind - it's a soapy florally stinky mess.
Edit: If you want this recipe to be more blackberry and less 'darkberry' you can bring down the INW Raspberry to 0.25%, raise the FW Blackberry to 3-3.5%, give the whole 0.5% of TFA Blackberry, and bring down the FA Forest Fruit to 1.5%.
Another gnarly concentrate that works in this profile is INW Black Fruit Mint. In Australia we have a cordial called Ribena, and it is dead on Ribena.
SA Irish Coffee. It's not really proper coffee, there's something other than coffee and Bushmill's there, but you could add maybe .2% FA Espresso to give it a bit more coffee.
- Forbidden Fruit by Ckemist. Very nice cherry vape but a little too throaty for me.
- Apple Bottom by Kopel. Mixed back in April, still perfumey. Won't mix again.
- SFT of SC/FE RY4 at 3%. Another robust SC tobacco blend, goes great with coffee.
This week I've been vaping u/mlNikon's Strawberry Cake 3-2-1, which is an excellent recipe that really nails down an actual princess cake. I mixed up some Watergate Salad by Demented76: a very authentic recreation of the pistachio pudding dessert. Finally, the true highlight of my week is folkart's The New Sweet Potato Pie. If you have the flavors or even if you need to order some to make it, please try this one out.
