This is the thread to share the mixes you're proud of and want other mixers to mix. If you want to share your recipe as its own post, it should have development notes, variations, and/or the thoughts that went into choosing the flavors. But don’t forget to share it here, as well!
We also have a Weekly Questions thread for new mixers or general questions that also has links to all the other weekly threads. Check it out if you’re not sure where to post.

Congratulations to the winners and a big thanks to Chefs for going all out with the prizes and exceeding my expectations completely. I knew they were awesome people over there but I had no idea they would be that generous.
Happy Mixing!
My father recently suffered a small stroke and it has been pretty rough on my family because he's always been such a strong man.
He is 79 years old , and he still planted a garden , mowed his own grass , a very independent fellow.
He is going to be okay , but we don't think he's going to be 100% the same , maybe 80 , 85%.
He loves butter pecan ice cream and because of him so do I , so this is a tribute to him.
Paternal - A butter pecan pie ice cream -
Butter Pecan - FW - 3.5%
Butter Pecan Pie - Wf - 1.5%
Butterscotch Ripple - FW - .75%
Vanilla Ice Cream - LB - 4.5%
Tahitian Vanilla Cream - WF - 1%
Hazelnuts & Cream - WF - .5%
The Butter Pecan Pie - FW Butter Pecan provides the main Butter Pecan note , the first time I ever tried this flavor , I wanted to make a Butter Pecan Ice Cream , just never got around to it , until now. It pretty much nails that profile. WF Butter Pecan Pie fills out the butter pecan and adds some slight crust notes. I was looking to go for a butter pecan ice cream but also some bits of pecan pie as well , I had a version with 1.5% Fa apple pie , and it was good but I decided to take it out , and let the Wf bpp do the job.
The Ice Cream - Lb Vanilla Ice Cream is probably my favorite ice cream and the one I chose here. It hits that store bought vanilla ice cream note pretty well and doesn't bully like say Tpa VBIC. Tahitian Vanilla Cream helps fill out the Ice Cream and I dont know if its just me but I get a slight bakery note , which helps with the pie profile as well.
The Wild Cards - Butterscotch Ripple adds a little bit of its caramelly thing and some gooey to the profile. Wf Hazelnuts and cream add to the nuttiness and cream.
I usually give bakeries , creams and such 2 wks , on a shake its mostly butter pecan forward , after about 7 days it seems pretty complete. Not much difference with another seven , maybe a bit more crust note , so 7-10 days should be good.
Between this and ID10-T's Longing, I wish every recipe had a meaningful slice of life backstory for me to contemplate and appreciate while I mixed.
Yeah usually my recipes are just something I wanna throw together and see if I can get something good together. This is the first one I really thought out and had a reason behind it.
Good looking recipe. Also I can empathize, my dad had a massive stroke last year, he was in a coma for 2 days. He will never be able to talk, read or write again. Sometimes he cry's because he is still all there but he can not communicate with anyone. It will get better though man. Hang in there.

This is my chef-d'oeuvre, my opus, the main reason I started mixing over 2 years ago, and would be my ADV if I had to be stuck with just one profile. This recipe is my tribute to one of my favorite juices of all time that was made by a friend who worked in a vape shop.
Duh Apple Cinnamon:
For me my favorite go to for an apple cinnamon combo has been a combination of FA Fuji, TFA Dragonfruit, and CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl (Thanks /u/ID10-T for your Cinnamon Roll Apple Danish). For a long time I actually didn't use TFA Dragonfruit in this recipe because I really didn't feel that it was needed. The issue I always ran into with this recipe is after about 3 weeks steep you would still be able to taste the apple cinnamon, but FLV Vanilla Pudding became too forward in the profile. TFA Dragonfruit serves two purposes: 1.) To help boost the apple cinnamon in the recipe to keep it strong and 2.) To help FLV Vanilla Pudding stay in check.
Dat Bread Pudding:
The main flavors in our bread pudding base are a combination of TFA AP and FLV Vanilla Pudding. AP helps give our bready notes with FLV Vanilla Pudding making up a portion of the pudding. I spent a long time trying to find the sweet spot for FLV Vanilla Pudding because of the issue of long steep times mentioned above. For the longest time it was at 2.5%. Going down to 2% the AP would be too forward, 2.5, it took over the Apple Cinnamon, so I eventually arrived at 2.25%. CAP Sweet Cream serves a two purposes in this recipe as well: 1.) To support our bread pudding base and 2.) to help support our ice cream that's on top.
Dis Ice Cream:
From CAP, to LB, to HS, to all of the other Vanilla Bean Ice Creams out there, TFA's VBIC is still my favorite. At 3% it works great in this profile and gets just a little kick from CAP Sweet Cream. For Pepper tasters I would suggest swapping TFA for CAP VBIC 1:1, but honestly it's just not the same.
Dafuck is FW Hazelnut doing in here?:
Long after my friend stopped working at his shop he gave me some clues as to what he used in his recipe, and one of them is that he used a Hazelnut flavor in it. FW Hazelnut really does an amazing job anyway in flavor, and it really blends well with our bread pudding base and the ice cream.
Man, I just love this recipe, after so many iterations and and tinkering I think this is as good as it will ever be. It's sweet, it's bready, it's creamy, it's nutty, it's got apple cinnamon in it, what more could a guy who loves this profile ask for? With fall coming up I think this could easily slide right into your rotation. I hope you are willing to give it a try and leave me a review. I'd love to hear feedback on what you think.
Wish I could try this but don’t have FLV. Pudding. Didn’t like their VC so I gave up on their Vanillas. Same with a lot of their flavors sadly, I went wild when they came out, and all the recipes using them, and most sit unused. I hate to be that guy but — any good sub you tried? If not no worries I know that shits annoying and it won’t be the same 😂
Unfortunately I can't really think of anything that would replace it. It's really been an integral part of this recipe since the beginning. I know it can be frustrating when a flavor doesn't pan out, especially since FLV is not cheap, but FLV Vanilla Pudding is one of their top 10 flavors IMO so I would suggest giving it a try.
This sounds fantastic but I don't own Vanilla Pudding and have a million other similar profile flavors, while I know it wouldn't be quite the same I might try seeing if I can sub anything that would work well. I've been loving a cinnamon bun juice and snickerdoodle lately and want to keep trying other uses for it where it's subtle but definitely there.

This is a pretty tasty donut mix. Disclaimer, I have never had a cronut irl but I hope they taste like this. The croissant and sweet dough make the bakery base with lots of rich flakey, buttery goodness. The Vienna Cream and Vanilla Cream Extra acts as the delicious cream filling. Lots of sweetener here but it’s a sugary donut and you need it to pull of that sugar glaze on top.
Going to second this one being tasty af, made a few remixes of it and it has found itself into my rotation pretty regularly. It's deliciously buttery - and I also have this recipe to thank for a new vanilla finding it's way into my most used.
WF Vanilla Cream Extra is phenomenal. As is this recipe.
Thanks for that Granite, I am glad you liked it. I love it when people take my mixes and tweak them. Its a high compliment.
I haven't tried that WF Croissant yet - maybe because it hasn't come up yet for FOTW profiles, maybe because I haven't yet fully recovered from my run-in with FA Croissant - but if this tastes anything like that the picture you used for the ATF recipe, it needs to GET IN MY FACE HOLE!
Oh hey, I got 25 weird symbols! Wonder how many freedom dollars that is...
Gonna throw out a bit of a weird one. I’ve sorta taken a little vacation from the tobaccos since I’ve been diving a little deeper in to NETs. But I have found that the stronger tobaccos have been giving me some pretty strong olfactory fatigue, so I mixed up a lil bit of INW Eucalyptus W/ Mint to try to clear things up. I’m not a fan of the cools, so it was really intense for me at .5%. Like, feel it in my eyes cold. Did the trick, but I wanted to get a little bit more going on, so I did this:
Guavalyptus
- INW Eucalyptus w/ Mint- .5%
- INW Aloe- .75%
- FLV Pink Guava- 1%
It’s strange, but it gets me back to tasting things real quick.
$29.05 lol
Does FLV Pink Guava have a heavy floral note a la CAP sweet Guava? Or is it more syrupy like LA Guava (colorless)? I haven’t tried mixing INW Toothpaste In Your Eyeballs with any Guavas yet, but my interest has been piqued.
Compare guavas- I can not. FLV is the only one I’ve had. I don’t really get anything floral from it personally. Pretty much tastes like grapefruit to me. Then again, I’ve never had guava IRL, so maybe that’s what they actually taste like.
They are mildly grapefruit IRL. If you’ve never had guava nectar before, they sell cartons of it in the Hispanic, or juice aisles- it’s super delicious, especially with a splash of Sailor Jerry and Malibu.
CAP Sweet Guava has this revolting fresh mowed grass note, but it’s also a popular concentrate, so I guess it’s just a personal thing. Thx for the reply.
What's that Aloe like? I just got it in today and haven't had a chance to try yet
I’ve only had that aloe water like once, but from what I remember it seems like a pretty accurate aloe flavor. Seems to be a bit more usable than Cactus, but works sort of the same way. I haven’t played with it a whole lot though. Did a SFT and an Açaí green tea, then threw it in this Eucalyptus thing.
So, not having INW Aloe... You figure Wrecka Japanese Aloe Vera would be a reasonable sub?
I haven’t tried it, but I think it’d be worth a go. If it sucks, I’ll just blame it on that substitution :)
Simple, cheap and tasty berry blend. Currently in my ADV rotation.
Co. | Flavor | % ---|---|---- INW | Raspberry | 1 INW | Blackcurrant | 0.5 FW | Blackberry | 1

I love berry vapes. I wanted to see if I could come up with something where I could get the various notes and this took quite some tweaking. INW stuff is REALLY strong. Any higher than the amounts I've posted and one either overpowers the other or the flavours go off completely.
Using WS23 from any company at 30% is fine, I use a generic one but will be looking to make my own with the powder soon as it's so much cheaper. 2% is cool without the brain freeze but adjust to your liking. For me I don't use Koolada any more, just this stuff, it's great.
I've been really into my INW stuff recently and have some custards I'm working on which I'll post if they turn out ok.
2 percent WS-23? You're wild man! I stick to 1% at most if I want something to feel really cold to me. 2% pushes it towards like Naked 100 menthol juice levels of cold which has always been way to intense for me!
Depends on the juice for me, I sometimes go as high as 3, particularly over the summer. Cooling is very much a personal preference I think but I do definitely have limits haha.
Hi all! Here is my recipe for Bluebery Chocolate Glazed Muffin!
Co. | Flavor | % ---|---|---- FA | Chocolate | 0.5 FA | Cocoa | 0.5 TFA | Acetylpyrazine | 0.5 FA | Cookie | 1 FA | Meringue | 1 FA | Joy | 1 TFA | Butter | 1 TFA | Cotton Candy | 1 FA | Bilberry | 1.5 CAP | Graham Cracker | 2
Background One of my top ADVs, along with Strawberry Shortcake I will share when I'm satisfied with it.
The recipe is good straight after it's mixed, although with longer steeping some of the harsh notes, especially some of those TFA "sparkly" chemical notes disappear after about a week. A month later this mix is just right and tastes very round with no notes peaking or shadowing the rest of the mix. Although after a month, some of the fresh pastry notes may go a little muted, especially the CAP Graham Cracker cinnamony note I love about this mix gets a little weaker. But the mix was very good two months after mixing, too, so it lasts for quite a while.
I have been working on this recipe for quite a while tweaking percentages and playing with different brands, especially the chocolate was very hard to get right. I finally settled with FA for chocolate, because it induced minimal, almost none of that synthetic gasolineish offnote.
This mix, although it may seem complex, is constituted mainly of minor notes that I wanted to introduce to replicate the taste of freshly baked muffin. Down in the post you will find why I used the flavors I used. The percentages are fairly weak to avoid ending up with a overpowering mix. I also wanted to avoid oversaturating the sense of smell.
Flavors
FA Chocolate, FA Cocoa and TFA Acetylpyrazine - A friend of mine suggested this combination and I can't get enough of it in my recipes. I have pre-mixed 20mils of 1:1:1 and marked it Belgian Chocolate, because that's exactly what it reminds me of. I don't get pastry notes from AP at all! AP for me is more like a thickening agent for the flavors. Cocoa and Chocolate by themselves are great, too, but feel too thin on the palate - introducing AP sort makes the flavor much thicker, almost sort of a melting chocolate taste and it also eliminates the gasoline chemical offnote I get from it.
FA Cookie - This one was the choice for this mix simply because it is plain and on spot. I tried Cookie Dough flavors, I tried biscuits flavors, but they all had that "doughy" raw feeling to me. Almost as if there was no "baked"-ness in it. FA Cookie is loveable for it's simplicity. It just adds the baked flour and sugar with no other notes and that's what I need to be able to put more flavors in the mix later.
FA Meringue - This one I added just because I add it everywhere where I add FA Cookie. It lifts the bakery notes even more and promotes the freshly baked flavor. It really helps to build a solid bakery foundation in a lot of my recipes.
FA Joy - Joy for me is the yeast in the recipe. The flavor that fills in the fluffy bakery foundation and makes sort of a bridge between the rest of the flavors. Without Joy it tastes more like a cake than a soft bread muffin. When added at 2%, the mix then is more like a donut or a bun.
TFA Butter - This was actually the last one I experimented with in this recipe and took me a while to get it right. I feel like it promotes the chocolate in the mix even more, but in the melty soft way. It also rounded the recipe beautifuly. When I tried it at my usual 2%, the mix was too soft and .. well.. buttery. When I tried less than 1%, some of the other flavors started peaking a little.
TFA Cotton Candy - This one adds the sugar to the recipe. I don't know, without it the mix just wasn't sweet enough. With Sucralose based sweeteners the mix was too sweet, almost unvapable - felt too juicy, too muted.
CAP Graham Cracker - This one was very hard to discover actually. I tried several muffin/dough/cake flavors, but when I added this one, with it's soft cinnamony notes, it hit me. This was it. And I loved it. Just for the curious ones, I tried FA Nonna's Cake - it tasted more like a shortcake. I tried CAP Biscuits - too doughy.
and finally
FA Bilberry - FA Bilberry just hits the sweet spot between candy blueberry and slightly floral blueberry. It is subtle, but still fills out the space with that beautiful european mountain goodness. It brings freshness, rounded fruit notes and soft calming aroma of blueberries. I have tried 2% in the beginning and I was alright with it, but I found out over the many trials, that it sort of mutes the bakery notes, so I lowered the percentage to 1%. 1% was on the other side of the thing. The blueberry flavor was there, but was lacking the juicy. It just didn't have the Berry in it. 1.5% was a go then and I'm sticking with this percentage since then.
I really hope you like this recipe as much as I do and also any tips, ideas or improvements are very welcome.
I dunno if this sounds good to me or not , but I'm sure it's good if you like chocolate vapes , I haven't really found one I like a lot. I may give yours a try.
Anyway it looks like a good recipe , and I like that it's a bit out of the box. Have an upvote my man.

Pink Guava is a favorite amongst those of us who've tried it. At 3% it has a nice tropical citrus/grapefruit feel that serves as the driving point for this recipe.
When I want juiciness, my main go to is INW Cactus. But I wanted all the juiciness. CAP Cucumber and FA Pear both bring some more wetness to the table, and the 3 combined really make this grapefruit burst with flavor. They all work in tandem to make it very refreshing and enjoyable. INW Lemon Mix is used for some brightness, and really makes the grapefruit pop. I love this flavor and use it in most of my fruit mixes, it's super potent and effective. If you don't have it, check it out.
Last but not least I have /u/mlnikon to thank for the last part of this recipe. She commented in a thread about juiciness a few weeks back about CAP Hibiscus and how it can transform fruit mixes into syrup. I had never heard of this. This is the first mix I attempted to use CAP Hibiscus in as a blending tool, and sure enough it worked.
That's it! A thick and juicy Citrus Mix. A non dessert, non cream recipe from me is weird I know, but I work in the desert and it gets hot. This quenches my thirst and is super tasty when the sun is blaring down on you.
Now we need /u/juthinc to post a custard and this can be the bizzaro recipe thread.
Oh. Em. Gee. This is good.

I was finishing up a PB&J sandwich one day and took a vape of Cardinal. That when I had a peanutiphany. We have a chocolate Cardinal thanks to u/ID10-T. There needed to be a PB Cardinal.
The obvious choice is TFA DX Peanut Butter, but I give it a helping hand (to not fade so much) with a touch of FLV Peanut Butter. The FW Hazelnut adds a little creaminess and complexity to the PB part.
I vape Cardinal right away even through the fade and reappear dance of the FLV tobaccos. I enjoy that red burley so much fresh. Then after a week I'll let it sit for a week until they get over their shyness.
Oh yeah, that's gotta be good! On the mixing list it goes.
About a week ago I had the very tasty Banana Nut Bread Pudding by u/xGRANITEx in my tank. Reached for the bottle to top off but picked up Cardinal by mistake. Hmmm... added it to the tank for a 50/50 mixture. Result: Banana Cardinal, and I like as much as either of its parents.
Here’s my favorite (CHEAP!!!) shake n vape for when all my other juice is steeping. Sour strappleberry, based off an old wrigley’s gum that was only ever a thing for like a year in the mid-oughts:
http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/2495907/Sour%20Strappleberry
Co. | Flavor | %
---|---|----
FA | Fiji Apple | 3%
TPA | Dragonfruit | 2%
TPA | Sour | 2%
TPA | Strawberry (Ripe) | 2%
TPA | Strawberry | 3%
Total flavor 12%
Edit: can’t format table on mobile, I’ll fix it later
I dont have regular strawberry, or sour, but I have everything else. What percentage would you recommend to change if any?
I ask because I have tried before to make my best guess judgement and always end up with something just too harsh to even vape.
Have any other strawberries? INW Shisha Strawberry should be a direct substitute. I don’t know if FLV has any good strawberry concentrates but remember that’s going to be mixed at a much lower percent if they do, max 1%. You can also just increase the dragonfruit to make up for it, but you’ll have a more subtle and “blended” flavor. Should still be good but will taste more like a sweet fruit medley than pronounced apple and strawberry.
The sour is important here. I recommend picking some up if you like sour fruit recipes. I mix it above average here, so if you’re using it in other recipes it should last you a while.
Edit: I will say I have INW strawberry (concentrate) not shisha strawberry and it sucks in this.
|Co.|Flavor|%| |:-|:-|:-| |FW|Blood Orange (Natural)|1| |TPA|Honeysuckle|3| |TPA|Vanilla Swirl|4| |ECX|WS-23 (30%)|1|

I was first turned onto this profile after mixing "Longing", by ID10-T.
Vanilla swirl is used because I find that its subtle, creaminess without excessive vanillin, or buttery notes found in many alternatives to pair well with TPA honeysuckle's more ethereal qualities.
WS-23 (or an alternative cooling agent) is probably optional, though I like to use it because it adds something interesting to the experience.
Those three flavors alone make for a pretty good vape, but I felt that, while great at first, got muted over time, so I felt that it needed something tart, and slightly bitter like an orange zest, so I added some FW blood orange.
I'm definitely mixing this.
Awesome! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
I mixed this up a week ago and was hoping to give you some feedback. Unfortunately my vapers tongue has returned and although it smells great I just can't cant taste well enough to give you anything constructive. It's a pity because I bought the honeysuckle to mix "Longing". I found that mix unvapable; I get a very strong taste of burnt rubber from something in it. I have been looking for an excuse to try out the honeysuckle in something else and hoped this would be it. Hopefully in the next few weeks my taste will come back and I will be able to give you something then.
Backstory first:
I'm a huge fan of Eric Clapton. So over the past two weeks I've been listening almost exclusively to his unplugged album. The acoustic version of Tears in Heaven on this album is one of my favorite songs of all time and for me it's evocative of a somber, rainy evening at home. Maybe a cup of tea or coffee and a good book. I decided I want a vape that evoked the same sort of emotion and this is my first iteration of what I've come up with.
I'm calling this Clouds in Heaven because I am 100% incapable of naming things (I called my dog "dog" for 4 months, and also someone please name this recipe for me)
Co. | Flavor | % ---|---|--- FLV|Black Tea|1.0 FLV|Red Burley|0.5 CAP|Hibiscus|0.25
I used the red burley because it pretty much fits that somber tobacco note that I wanted. It's got that little bit of sweetness and fruitiness so it sort of keeps a bright feel despite the body that it carries.
I used FLV Black Tea mostly because I just wanted to use it in a recipe to be perfectly honest. I was looking at what I had trying to figure out what would be cohesive with the Red Burley while maintaining the profile I want and black tea was the stand out. It's got a very floral note right up front with some sweetness to it and a little bit of darkness. It complements the burley exceptionally well in my opinion, though I'm not sure I needed a full 1% of it.
CAP Hibiscus because it helps meld the other two together. It brings it's own "wetness" and a touch of sweetness and brings out the fruity and floral notes of the black tea and red burley without adding anything extra to the profile. I'm honestly not sure if it's doing anything for the mix at this low of a percentage but it seemed like a good idea.
Now I just mixed this up tonight and it definitely needs a steep, but even right off the shake the profiles I was looking for come through pretty well. This is the first recipe that I've shared in public and I would GREATLY appreciate any feedback or thoughts on it. I know a lot of recipes use Red Burley higher than I did, but I didn't want it to absolutely take over the mix. I wanted that floral note from the black tea to be forward with the red burley bringing in a more bold body and a nice back end to the flavor. The one modification to the recipe that I know I'd like to make is adding something to bring a slight ashiness on the back end, but I don't have anything for that on hand at the moment so this is what I've got for now.

Every October the family goes to the local apple orchard to pick a basket of apples, and then takes the hay ride back to the pumpkin patch. When we have all our stuff ready, we go in to the little shop area to pay. This recipe is what that little shop smells like.
There’s spices unknown all blending together in the country air. There’s apples, obviously. So many apples. Is it the fresh squeezed apple cider? Apples from the orchard? Pies? Maybe some coconut candles or jam that was probably made by someone’s sweet old grandma. There’s so many different things hitting your nose, but nothing is offensive. There’s no off notes, but you’re not quite able to pick out every subtlety.
That’s the inspiration for this recipe. I usually don’t post my non-tobacco recipes because I usually find that I’m just bumbling around with fruits in my hands, but I’m actually pretty proud of this one- not just as a fruity recipe, but just in general.
Hmm. Don't have a number of those flavors. I sense a remix comin' on....
You have that Spicy Biscuit? That’s really the thing that I like the most about this.
No. No apple cider, so probably Red Burley there... no Spicy Biscuit, so I'm thinking Dark for Pipe... no Two Apples, so Nugat, I think. I may make some adjustments beyond those or other than those, but... a full-bodied dessert tobacco sounds about right there.
My first recipe I am happy enough with to share! I wanted a vape to pair with coffee. Lately I’ve gotten a bit carried away with the biscoff cookies so that was the flavor profile I was going for, only I wanted a coconut top note to give it some dimension. To date all my recipes have been very mediocre. I have been trying to clone a ‘lemon fraise’ juice for months and I can’t get near it. Somehow, this one, was delicious first attempt. Every tweak I made only screwed it up. Maybe I got lucky, maybe fruits are just harder. Either way, I am eager to get your impressions.

The almond and meringue round out the biscuit base with sweet, nutty, eggy notes. The creams fill out the middle and the oba helps draw out that vanilla and hoping it enhances the overall mix and adds a slight citrus creaminess as it steeps. The coconut top note is subtle and pleasant for a nice toasty finish.
Very tasty straight off. Can’t wait to try it again after a week.

I'm getting a good popcorn vape that's well coated in caramel with a light nut exhale. It's just slightly sweet but pretty accurate to the actual CJs. Every flavor is essential with no room for subs (sorry).
A little sumthin extra... Real Baked Apples... This will make an excellent apple filling in those apple pie and apple turnover mixes...

This is a spot on Baked Apple mix. The addition of Honey adds a glazed caramelized effect to the Green Apple MF, which is the best apple flavor I have tried for vaping. The Green Apple MF has a very sharp flavor and a bit of tartness that makes for a good simulated cooked apple. The Pyure and Frosting FLV adds the Sweetener and Vanilla and helps to create a saucy, syrupy taste and mouth feel while taming the tartness of the Green Apple... also at these percentages it's not overly sweet. Cinnamon and Butter is a given... what would baked apples be without butter and cinnamon. Mix it up, shake it up and BOOM... Baked Apples!
Add you favorite crust flavor and then you have apple pie.

I mixed this up after trying u/ID10-T sweet tea mix. This recipe is crazy addicting but is pretty heavy on the berry. You can sub the fruits for whatever tickles you fancy but these were the fruits I had on hand. This tastes kinda like a snapple.

It tastes very tobacco heavy, which i like, with a very light smooth vanilla taste to it.

I'm really proud of this donut recipe, it came out pretty good first try which rarely happens for me. I tried a few variations afterwards, but the original is better. I've gone through almost 180ml of some iteration over the last month!
It's a cinnamon, blueberry and cream donut. Very acceptable SnV but extra doughy after 1 week, and to my tastes doesn't have much if any of the play-doh flavour that people complain about with CAP Churro. The blueberry and apple are really bright and in your face, while the dough and cinnamon leave a pleasant aftertaste. The creams and custard bring it together well for a nice rounded 'texture'. I'd love to hear some feedback if someone's willing to try it.

This is a fun mix. It really dazzles my palate with berry and melon highlights. Similar to a berry punch, it's just full of flavor... big batch worthy. Blueberry is sometimes tart, but there is no tartness to this at all. I spun this off my Cukeberry Salad mix that has more of a throat hit, which I was hoping to alleviate and it worked out perfectly. It's just a bright happy fruit mix.
Anise (FA) - I like using Anise in low percentages to enhance and sweeten fruit flavors. At this percentage it doesn't give a candy type flavor, it only sweetens and lift the fruit flavors.
Blackberry (MF) - There is no tartness to this Blackberry at all. It has a slight sweetness and a very light note for Blackberry. It kinda remind me of a Grape/Blueberry mix. I've had trouble in the past trying to create a Blueberry that I really like. I pair this with Blueberry to get a very good Blueberry note.
Blueberry (TPA) & Blueberry (MF) - These two gives the best BB I've tasted. BB TPA isn't a full BB note (IMO) and BB MF is too much and slightly tart. These two meet in the middle to create a very good BB flavor.
Liquid Stevia (Pyure) - I can't praise this sweetener enough. This sweetens and rounds out the rough edges bringing this mix together.
Sour Wizard (FA) - I use this to make the fruits pop. I never really used any sours before this one, but now I see why some mixers like to to use sours to enhance fruit flavors. This make the fruit flavors explode in your mouth.
Watermelon (Medine Flower) - IMO it's the best Watermelon for DIY use. This takes on a secondary note in this mix, but not by much. It pairs perfectly with the BBs. Just the perfect layer to compliment the BBs.
Steep 45 days for peak flavor... use no heat when steeping.
Frost Factory Crisp Apple (Remix): I used Reds Apple clone done by DIY or DIE as a starting point. It's pretty close, but it would need more WS-3 to get it to 100%. I haven't steep it, but it may need a day or two. Crisp Apple (Frost Factory Clone)
Co. | Flavor | %
CAP |Double Apple | 3.5
CAP |Fuji Apple | 5.5
CAP |Green Apple | 1.25
CAP |Super Sweet | .75
PUR | WS-3 | 1.25
The original Frost Factory juice is good except I felt it had too much of a cooling effect for my taste and wanted a toned down version. I been vaping it since I made it last night and it is getting better with time.
Here's Version 2 which I feel is better and closer: Crisp Apple(Frost Factory Clone V2)
Co. | Flavor | %
CAP |Double Apple | 4
CAP |Fuji Apple | 6
CAP |Green Apple | .10
CAP |Super Sweet | .5
PUR | WS-3 | 1.0
I SnV this and also tried this out after a 7 day steep. The WS-3 gets a bit stronger after steeping, so that's why I dropped the percent on this version.
I’ve been DIYing for almost two years now but due to repetitive vapers tongue, developing anything half decent has been a long frustrating experience. Most of the time I’m using flavourless juice as it’s the only technique I find that works for me to reset my olfactory system. The point of this sob story is to excuse the lack of detailed personal development notes here. It’s really hard to “develop” a recipe when you stop tasting it within 10 minutes. It come and goes so I’ve had to develop when I can.
A while back I ordered a whole load of concentrates to make up some of the top recipes here, including “Plum Smugglin” by /u/Philosaphucker. As well as being delicious recipe it introduced me to the wonderful Inawerea Plum. The order I also included Inawera Raspberry and after tasting both I thought that they might work nicely together.
I played around with both for a while not getting anything I liked, however after throwing aside any creams, custard or ice creams (most taste like burnt rubber, egg or off milk respectively) came up with the recipe below.
I don’t know if it’s the combination of concentrates or my recent purchase of a Merin Mini but I’m getting a lot of flavour and its sticking around. So, after about 70 attempts at an original recipe here’s one I’m finally happy with.

Raspberry (Malina Koncentrat)
Thanks to /u/wh1skeyk1ng for your great review on this; that’s what enticed me to add it to my order in the first place. It’s a really nice candish raspberry flavour.
Plum (INAWERA)
I’d call this a jammy plum, like a conserve. It works to back up the Raspberry and bring it back to a more natural fruit, rather than candy, flavour.
Bourbon (Vanilla Bourbon)
I like this a lot. It’s subtle vanilla with a warming sensation similar to TFA Kentucky Bourbon. Thanks to /u/ConcreteRiver for the hint in his review to pair with a cinnamon.
Rich Cinnamon (Flavorah)
If you want a really kick ass cinnamon this is the one to go for. I use it high because I find that it fades fairly quickly. After a week or so it stops bullying the other flavours and settles down to a nice warm richness that complements the Bourbon (Vanilla Bourbon) nicely.
At 4.5% it is in the “less is more” camp but it’s all that’s needed. Let it steep for a week to be at it’s best but shake and vape is still pretty good, just be ready for some full in cinnamon.
This looks dope. I will most definitely be mixing this.
I was quite skeptical about the amount of FLV Rich Cinnamon. I have also rarely used INW Raspberry that high. This was a pleasant surprise.
I enjoy how the plum informs the raspberry here, deepening a pretty top-heavy flavor. This is, primarily, even after a couple of weeks, a cinnamon vape though and have taken to appreciating it as such. I think the tie-ins of TFA KB and the vanilla are good choices, with that in mind. The warming effect is nice and the vanilla helps meld it all together. This is definitely an interesting recipe that tastes great and is worth a mix on its own merit.
It might have room for something else at the base notes of the vape, though. If the cinnamon is pared back (even by 0.1% or so), I think some kind of caramel note or even a cookie flavor could slot in nicely to add some more dimension.
All in all, I am glad that I mixed this enjoyable recipe. Have fun developing the next one!
I know this is an older thread so if you have this posted up anywhere else and want the review reposted to there, it would be my pleasure.
Thankyou so much for your input on this. I'll have a play around with the cookie and caramel angle and see what happens. I do have INW Biscuit and CAP sugar cookie so I'll start there. Thanks again.
Holy shit. I mostly hadn't meant to release anything... and this?
And yeah. They're awesome at chef's. Although if they could stop with the "black text on dark purple background" for some of their labels it would be more awesome.
Also, just to stay on-topic, here's a developmental version of something I'm working on. I have a couple tweaks I want to make, so it's definitely not the finished version. Unless the tweaks actually don't improve it, I guess...
Also... when do we get /u/apexified's assessments/reviews of all the recipes he mixed last month?
I'm digging how the honeysuckle substitution looks, I can fucks with marzipan, but the cherry flavor is a bit of a wild card for me. Gotta grab that one.
Hey guys, I'm trying to get a super realistic Blue Moon ice cream flavor. This is the first recipe I whipped together, and as a shake and vape it's actually pretty spot on, definitely good enough that I'll be saving this version of the recipe. Still feels like there's something missing(maybe a bit of blueberry or pineapple?), but it's pretty damn good as is. Lemme know what ya think if you decide to mix this one up! :)

This was just a winging it type of thing. I got the New York Cheesecake a while back, but never used it. I figured I’d try to do something with it. INW Marzipan is pretty tasty, so in it went. Meringue just because. And Dark for Pipe because it’s got some of those dark fruit notes that goes really well with the Marzipan in my opinion. So this isn’t really supposed to be anything. I wasn’t shooting for a cherry cheesecake pipe or something weird like that. Just picked some flavors that I thought would work well together.

Welp, off to order some flavors.

This looks very interesting. How is that chocolate custard? Do you think I could swap it for a non chocolate custard, I am not a big fan of chocolate vapes.
Well, I just got the chocolate custard, and skipped the SFT because I was called out to do a custard. And honestly, most custards are tainted with vanilla, which chocolate nicely covers up. I have a banana custard on order, whenever my order from chef's arrives I could try swapping that in and seeing how it goes. But if you have a custard that doesn't have those awful components in its flavor (vanilla, egg) then feel free to swap it in. Or punch up the cinnamon enough to cover them, I guess. I think if I were to go with the banana custard, I'd try adding some coconut as well. Figuring out which would depend on how 'wet' the custard is.

https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/120243
Having spent quite a while working on my DIY game by mixing other people's recipes, experimenting with percentages, building up my stash and mixing gear and starting to look into profiles, I have finally created something of my own which I feel is worthy of sharing.
I have been enjoying banana milks recently, but noticed a lack of available banoffee profile recipes when a friend asked me to make one for him.
I started off simple, but kept adding more to the profile until I had the complex beast you see before you (of which I went through 30ml in a day after a 7 day steep).
I won't do a huge breakdown of all ingredients and how they add to the mix as it would take way too long, but would love any suggestions for improvement.
