This is an older recipe from last year that I remember being quite tasty based around TFA Orange Cream Bar - one of the first ingredients I bought early in my DIY-ing. I don't often see this ingredient and others have pointed this out too. I think TFA Orange Cream Bar to be quite delicious and versatile.
Orangutam Slam is an orange and berry syrup drizzled over spiced coconut and vanilla bourbon ice cream. Rich, creamy, sharp and refreshing with just enough spice and booze to keep it exciting.

I don’t have that cinnamon or the infamous Flv Rich Cinnamon yet but I have fa cinnamon, here’s my question: I don’t really care for the boozy tastes so if I leave the booze out do you think it kills the recipe and do you have any thoughts on my cinnamon? Skip it or use it ? Maybe you’re not familiar w it and can’t say? I luv the orange cream too thanks for the recipe....;)
Hmm... I say ditch the bourbon if you're not in for it. I find that particular bourbon to be almost acrid in taste, and I've no idea why I chose it initially - maybe the challenge, lol, - but I think why it's okay in this recipe is the sharpness of the bourbon is probably subdued just enough by the orange, raspberry and strawberry combo working together with cinnamon. Sure, the bourbon adds an element of alcohol to it but I don't consider it to offer much in the way of flavor (unless you really love the taste(??) of 190 proof grain alcohol!) so it's probably fine to ditch it.
Unfortunately I can't offer advice re your cinnamon as I've never used either of the two you mentioned but give it a go and let me know - I'd be interested to hear how it sits. You might need to up the amount slightly but that's just a guess. Thanks.
