Thought this might help somebody out so updating on my nic shipment. My suppliers were really helpful and nic bottle just stated 100% PG and the invoice on the package which is a must for customs when shipping internationally didn't state the nic either. So no taxes paid and package arrived in 12 days from Arizona. 550ml 100mg/ml nic, 1L VG 1L PG, scales and some large flavours received with absolutely no hassle. Hope this helps someone :)) Anyone needing details contact me directly :))
While I have no personal issue with them intentionally omitting the nicotine on a customs invoice, it probably wouldn't be the best idea to advertise that they do this, as it's likely against the law.
Who said they did it intentionally??
Concentrated nicotine is classified as a dangerous/hazardous good as it is extremely poisonous. Any vendor dealing with mail service should know this, but (playing devil's advocate here) even if they did not realize this - they declared the package as 100% PG which they know is not true.
I'm sure this will be downloaded but I have a problem with a company deliberately lying on Customs forms. I'm glad you got what you wanted but I feel the seller was wrong to do it.
you wouldn't download a comment
Why do u care what someone else does on a shipment not about you in any way? Assuming you’re neither customs agent or Big T ( you’re prob a law dog? ), just curious why u think u know they did something wrong? I see something right when the powers that be are making it so difficult all over the world for ppl to choose to vape instead of tobacco, tar, nicotine and 3k chemicals in a cigarette. Maybe you just see the glass half empty and I see it half full? Either way, scares me a little you’re on my team....😩😂
Exactly how I feel and the naysayers ought to check up on their facts before they launch in with a comment. Anyone that acts like they never do anything wrong is by definition committing a falsehood...its been a control question on psychology questionnaires for years as a liar check!!
I'm sure they didn't do anything they weren't supposed to do. Your statement's a bit ''holier than thou''.
The OP said the seller marked the nicotine bottle as 100% PG (unless I read it wrong). That's clearly illegal.
I've learned that when people / companies are shady in some ways, they're usually shady in lots of ways. If that makes me 'holier-than-thou', so be it.
As a former professional shipper of controlled substances: they can easily lose their operating license for this. If you're happy with what they did, remove their name before a busybody reports them.
Edit: I said operating license, I meant ability to export. Same deal. Shit's illegal af.
Shipping 100mg/ml nic to europe is illegal (by your laws, euro) and it's also not handled by a number of air transport firms so there's a few things they weren't supposed to do.
Now, yes the argument can be made that disobeying bad laws is a political protest... however, principled protestors generally accept arrest/charges for the opportunity to fight the law in court, and to get publicity. I rather doubt you or your supplier would be willing to go to those lengths.
Sniiiitch
Heey......I think that they said all they needed to on the package.
I’m all for doing some illegal stuff, don’t get me wrong. But it’s kind of like posting on someone’s Facebook page, “Yo, thanks for being a really awesome drug dealer. If anyone is reading this, this guy has some nice drugs. Hit him up. No cops please.”
With that much nic you’re gonna be needing a lot more VG & PG ;) Nic is a controlled substance (poison) so I get the concern of other posters. If I worked mail and that shit got on me without knowing what it was, it could lead me to the hospital. That’s criminal negligence.
