This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the July Recipe Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread?
Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.
If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.
Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping!
Happy Vaping!
This has been my go-to this week:
- 0.5 (FA) Bilberry
- 2 (FW) Blueberry
- 3 (TPA) Blueberry (extra)
- 0.5 (FA) Lemon Sicily
- 0.75 (FA) Polar Blast
- 0.25 (FLV) Sweetness
I wanted something fruity and cold for the ongoing assault the sun has decided to visit upon the UK. I realised that I had never tried the blueberry trinity, and thought this would be a nice way to test it out. This is fruity, cool (though I did add another .5% Polar Blast because it wasn't quite cool enough for my tastes) and refreshing. A lovely thing to vape on in the sun. Thanks /u/EdibleMalfunction, the trinity is gorgeous!
I also made up 60ml of this last night:
- 3 (FA) Custard (not premium)
- 1.5 (FA) Custard Pi 3.14
- 1 (INW) Shisha Vanilla
- 2 (TPA) Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
I have had these two custards for a few months and hadn't tried them at all, due to having just too many damn things to try. Off the shake, it's a very pleasant vanilla custard with a hint of lemon. I'll keep you posted on how it develops in the weekly threads, and add the recipe to ATF with notes if it seems worth posting.
That sounds like a great way to try out the Blueberry Trinity. Been meaning to mix it up so I can sample before developing my own blend but haven't gotten around to it yet. I'd probably mix this with WS-23 personally. It's my favorite cooling agent and I haven't got any Polar Blast.
Yeah it's pretty good. I might suggest lowering the lemon to .4 or .3, as sometimes it can be a bit raspy on the throat.
I would have used WS-23 too, but Polar Blast was all I had!
I'll keep the part in mind about the lemon. I'm not a big fan of throat hit.. I like nice smooth and cool clouds.
Off topic question.. Do you find the polar blast fades at all? I made a mix using Extreme Ice and while the stuff in the bottle is still good after a month, I found when in my squonk bottle the menthol fades entirely within a week. Maybe something else is going on that I don't understand.
Mostly these lovely recipes:
- 2% (FA) Blood Orange
- 1% (FLV) Cranberry
- 3% (TPA) Nectarine
- 2% (FA) Berryl (raspberry)
- 3% (FLV) Cranberry
- 0.75% (FA) Pomegranate
- 1.5% (INW) Shisha Raspberry
- 0.5% (INW) Shisha Vanilla
- 1.5% (FW) White Chocolate
- 1% (FLV) White Chocolate
- 1% (FLV) Brie Cheese
- 0.5% (TPA) Brown Sugar
- 1.5% (FLV) Cranberry
- 0.25% (FA) Orange
- 1% (INW) Shisha Vanilla
- 1.5% (WF) Almond Cookie SC
- 1.25% (FLV) Apple Cranberry
- 3% (VT) Honeycomb
- 1% (FA) Meringue
- 3.5% (FE) Sweet Rice
- 0.25% (FLV) Wheat
I posted reviews of all of them on ATF.
I also tried a bunch of singe-flavor cranberries and basically if you want cranberry, FLV Cranberry is it. Might be some creative uses for some of the other cranberry flavors but FLV Cranberry is Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice flavor and the others are just... not. I did not try Capella's, though, maybe that one's good? FLV Apple Cranberry has a lovely juicy red apple flavor with a bit of a more raw, whole cranberry flavor. By itself it has a pretty vicious throat hit even down at 1% but I don't get any harshness from the Cheery Morning recipe so it seems to be something that might be easy to mitigate in a mix.
Pod vape recipes are coming along nicely and I finished off a big bottle of my Retaliatory Tariffs and am now eyeballing the "give away to juice beggars box" and thinking about digging out one of the earlier versions that I'd tossed aside.
I have exactly 1 trillion flavours now - and every time you post I realise i don't have shit.
I actually do have roughly 1,100 flavors but when I was looking for something to try FLV Apple Cranberry in besides Cheery Morning, I found four recipes by This Guy and I thought, wow, Mech Mod RN really likes FLV Apple Cranberry, I should try one or more of those. But I was missing at least one thing to make any of those four recipes.
Also I have 39 mango flavors and I've just learned that I desperately need 2 more ASAP.
It just never ends.
What is this give away to juice beggars box you speak of
For a long time, I resolved to vape every last drop of every thing I mixed, which meant hate-vaping a lot of failed attempts... That will teach you not to make such bad mistakes. I think that brand of work ethic served me well.
Around the beginning of 2017 I decided to try something new: Mix something new every day. Whether it's something completely new or only a slightly different version of something I'm working on, or someone else's recipe, or a new single flavor, I mix something new every day. Obviously that leads to a lot of extra juice in half-empty and sometimes even less than half-empty bottles. I just put it all in a box and give it away to people who want free juice.
I would love to try that Brie and Bourdain, but the flavors seem hard to get in europe
Pod vape recipes you’re making, made or just vaping? I vape a lot out of a breeze. Have you just made simple 1-2 flavor mixes for your pods or using reg recipes until u develop or try other pod recipes? I’ve been just using reg recipes because I don’t know how to properly raise %’s on one like I’ve read some say to do, but some pod recipes from you would make me 😻.
After tinkering with a summery (and COLD) blend I came up with this:
0.50% Raspberry (INAWERA)
2.00% Strawberry (Ripe) (TPA)
0.50% Super Sweet (CAP)
4.00% Sweet Strawberry (CAP)
1.00% Vanilla Swirl (TPA)
3.00% WS-23
it's not a complicated flavour profile. Fruity and sweet, the vanilla makes it a little reminisant of a chewy sweet and adds a nice thickness to it - works as a shake and vape but comes out best after a couple days. I think the raspberry could be played with as the INW raspberry is very strong, either as 0.25% or a different brand to make it less candy-like.
That seems like a ton of WS23, I only ever use it at 1 - 1.5%. It's not overly cool or crisp to you?
Right now, I'm vaping Coconut cocaine by Santa714mixer.
http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/671313/Coconut%20Cocaine%20by%20SANTA714MIXER
It's an okay recipe, a little on the sweet side, and a little too light on the coconut for my tastes.
As soon as my new RDA get here today, i get my first taste of Mother of Dragon Milk by /u/ID10-T
Oh jeez now I'm going to be nervous all day. What if graystorm01 doesn't like MoDM? Is my sword sharp enough for seppuku? Who will be my kaishakunin?
Which new RDA did you get?
I recently picked up VT Fizzy Sherbet, so I have been messing around with that quite a bit to see how I can better use it in the future. Right now, I took my Loveless Orange Milk recipe and changed it up to attempt an orange soda float. It completely missed the mark on accuracy, but it's damn good for whatever it ended up being.
- 2.25 (FA) Blood Orange
- 2 (VT) Fizzy Sherbet
- 2 (TPA) Orange Cream
- 1.75 (CAP) Juicy Orange
- 1 (TPA) Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 0.5 (FA) Vienna Cream
What it ended up being is just a brighter orange mix with some creaminess to it. It isn't necessarily "carbonated," but the Fizzy Sherbet does a great job at brightening up citrus notes, obviously because it sort of tastes like a lemon lime soda by itself. I think this concentrate will be a benefit to anyone that likes fruit recipes, because this seems to do wonders to things like strawberry, citrus, and apple. It might be my replacement for TPA Dragonfruit as an additive.
Very handy notes! I haven't opened my bottle yet, and am looking at recipes etc. Do you think it would be something you'd add to a Cola recipe?
Maybe some of the RFSC soda base w help...? I’ve seen it in root beer floats for that.. was just trying to mix up my own root beer float that’s how I know lol... I have that soda base and I’ll try it and let u know. I think .5-max 2% but I’ll probably go .5...I’m sure u could make it work w even less it’s strong but my palette not sophisticated enough tbh I can’t tell the difference 1/4 or 1/2% and let’s not even go there, haaa🤦🏼♀️
I did a little addition to my INW Oriental recipe that I’ve been testing out this week. I think it’s probably good to go because I’m not sick of it after almost 60 ml in a week. Good thing because I already got a 30 ml of INW Oriental to shove massive amounts of it in to my lungs in the coming months. Probably release that sumbitch soon.
In my other work tank I’ve had /u/civinsko ‘s 555 Pistachio recipe that I mixed up a couple weeks back:
INW 555 Gold- 1.5%
INW Custard- 1.5%
TFA Pistachio- 4%
TFA RY4 Double- 3.25%
TFA Turkish- 2%
It’s pretty tasty.
Really glad you enjoyed it, my 30ml didn't last long.. as did the second one.
I mixed 60mls of it and try and steep it a bit longer haha
Oh, btw, i dropped RY4d down to 3% and INW Custard to 1%, and added 0.35% of Shisha Vanilla - nothing groundbreaking, but i feel it's a bit less sweet.
I was going to add some more thoughts on it when I was typing that, but my kids were going crazy so I had to be super brief.
I really like it, but it does kind of turn the way a lot of RY4 stuff does for me and after about 10 ml it starts to just taste like sweetness. I was thinking I would maybe play with it a little and try out one of the HS RYs with it. RY1 will probably be my first go. Still pretty surprised at how much that Turkish lays kind of low at 2%. But it was definitely a tasty treat!
Oh man, i really dig their RY1.
1.5% RY4D and RY1 each might work well.
I'm surprised at how little Turkish shows it's spicy face aswell, but i like the way a hit once in a while just packs a lot of spice, and the next is just a nutty-caramelly goodness.
I'm waiting for that Oriental recipe to drop, hopefully i have everything.
I got an order of a bunch of fruits, florals, and teas that I’ve been working with. Here’s what I’ve been vaping so far. This is about the fourth revision of each of these recipes, getting close to finalized.
#Pink Chai An in-your-face spiced tropical fruit, chilled.
Chai Masala (VT) 1.15%
Mango (FLV) 1.33%
Pink guava (FLV) .75%
Sweet coconut (FLV) .66%
Ws-23 (30%) 1.75%
#Mango Matcha A delicate, floral and fruity green tea.
Almond (FA) .5%
Cactus (INW) .15%
Eisai Tea (FLV) 1.33%
Mango (FLV) 1.25%
Rose (FA) 1%
#Old Fashioned Decided to try and use the chai masala as an angostura/aromatic bitters for an old fashioned. Low % citrus flavors to get the zesty notes for the twist.
Blood Orange (FW) .5%
Bourbon (FLV) 1.5%
Chai Masala (VT) .33%
Rich Cinnamon (FLV) (10%) .2%
White grapefruit (INW) .33%
WS-23 (30%) 1.75%
This week it's been Phat Chance's Dragon's Royale
Blood Orange (Natural) (FW) .08
Dragonfruit (TPA) 6.00
Juicy Peach (CAP) 3.00
Raspberry v2 (CAP) 1.00
Red Bowl (FW) .50
Sweet Lychee (CAP) 3.00
White Peach (FA) 1.10
And /u/Skiddlzninja
Cliché
8% TFA Strawberry Ripe
5% TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
3% TFA Raspberry Sweet
1% FA Fresh Cream
1% FA Forrest Mix
Been vaping this and it's pretty nice actually. Got to give my pallet a refresh so I can taste FA Soho again. Any thoughts on something else or a tweak that might make it even better?
- 6% Hangsen RY4
- 4% DIYFS Holy Grail
- 0.5%-0.75% INW Biscuit
- 3% TPA Vanilla Swirl
Replace the INW Biscuit with FLV Rich Cinnamon (same range), and the TFA vanilla with some ginger or clove or something like that. Or maybe some chocolate. That should cover up the vanilla off-taste a lot of RYs have.
I’ve been vaping through a 6 week aged bottle of Kreed’s Custard, which is a fantastic and simple recipe that I don’t see mentioned enough here.
I have also been enjoying Abuela, and Native God, which are two very different yet excellent tobacco mixes.
> Kreed’s Custard, which is a fantastic and simple recipe that I don’t see mentioned enough here.
What's the recipe then mate?
maybe I’ll catch fire by u/chemicalburnvictim
At 2 weeks it was the only one of the recipes I whisked up that I couldn’t get behind. It’s been a month now and I think the sweetness of the bourbon and the dark for pipe have smoothed over the smoky ashiness. It’s turned into a real treat for when I want to sit and vape pensively and pretend I’m a stoic old man who is hip enough to use a computer but manly enough to smoke some bourbon and drink some pipe.
Also, been playing with dark on my own and currently vaping it with tpa black honey. Dtl.
Mtl I’ve been messing with flv Connecticut shade trying to bring out the chocolate notes and mix it with ‘spicier’ tobaccos.
Also been enjoying revenge remix by u/kemmo (not sure if s/he’s here). I was looking for recipes with super sweet with one flavor forward I could mtl and I like it. It’s like a berry nondescript sweetness. Mtl it’s quite light but not wispy like most fruit standalones are to me.
That one is actually one I still can’t fully get behind. It’s decent and all, but too intense on the bourbon and campfire for an all day type of thing. I made that recipe for a guy at work that really likes drinking and was struggling to quit smoking. He liked it a whole bunch, so I figure I’d share it in case anyone else would like it a whole bunch.
Glad you didn’t have to dump it out at least!
For real, I don’t even dump my own disasters. I just revisit them way later. I have a full drawer of ‘failures’ that I vape occasionally and I’m usually genuinely surprised. Some taste good. Some are weak like when one flavor fades way too much but some really mellowed out and became tasty. It’s not often but it happens.
That might get all vaped up but I think it’ll be my go to for camping in the future. I can totally see this as a pitch black campfire vape.
I'm still pretty new to mixing, but I threw something together that I think turned out pretty well.
- Fuji (FA) 1%
- Cactus (INW) .25%
- Dragonfruit (TFA) 10%
- Lemon Lime (CAP) 2%
- Lemon Sicily (FA) .25%
- Pina Colada (TFA) 3%
- Strawberry Ripe (TFA) 3%
- Sour (TFA) .5%
- Sweetener (TFA) 1%
This started as an idea of how to use my INW cactus. This is a take on Voltfruit from the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Voltfruit is an in game item that looks a lot like a dragonfruit. It grows on a cactus in the desert, so I threw in some pina colada for a tropical taste and cactus for obvious reasons. The "volt" is supposed to come from the lemon sicily, lemon lime, and sour. I sort of just threw stuff together that sounded good and it turned out alright. Very good SnV. I haven't done single flavor tests with my fruits yet, so I'll come back to this recipe once I've done that. For now, I'm satisfied with how it turned out.
Remember those ice burger ice creams? Plain vanilla ice cream sandwiched by a dark shortcake biscuit wafer? I loved these as a kid and still do as a kidult in his mid-forties.
Pretty plain ice cream flavours here buttered up with a few drops of .50% LB VIC, which works wonders as opposed to using CAP VC, the usual ice cream additive. Had LB VIC at 2% than 1% originally but it over ran everything. TFA Vanilla Bean Gelato is a new one for me. Really like it. I used CAP VBIC as it's a plain ice cream but gives decent body combined with TFA VBG.
WF Shortbread Cookie and FA Cookie make for a mild buttery biscuit flavour. I had used CAP Sugar Cookie but it didn't taste right. Overall this recipe is not too heavy or rich and is nothing new. Only been steeping two days but tastes pleasant.
ICE BURGER
2% TFA Vanilla Bean Gelato
4% CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
0.5% LB Vanilla Ice Cream
2% WF Shortbread Cookie
0.5% FA Cookie
0.35% FLV Sweetness

With occasionally this:

Love the cappuccino, but i need a break from it every few days. I found the second one on ATF named Rappleberry but it's from this subreddit originally, so i linked the original. It's... ok
So far this week i have relapsed on Fears Abuela. Vaped a super tasty Lime Tobacco from CBV. Finished off Concrete’s S&V Tobacco Custard . Been on and off vaping Cheeba’s Masterpiece . Also been playing around with some rums and tobaccos for a recipe i have been working on.
Lemon drop:
- Juicy Lemon (CAP) 5%
- Lemon Sicily (FA) 5%
- Lemonade (LA) 1%
- Sour (TPA) 3%
- Strawberry (Ripe) (TPA) 5%
- Super Sweet (CAP) 4%
Do not steep. And as with many of my mixes I’ll add a drop or two of inawera sometimes (lemon this time)
Tastes just like the old fashioned lemon candy with the dusting of sugar on it.
