[RECIPE] TWISTED "Berry" LEMONADE
submitted about 7 years ago by nstant404

Hey everyone, first time poster, long time lurker.

I've been in DIY for about 2 years now and what really got me to make this step was such a simple flavor from one of my local vape shops that I've been trying to recreate. I haven't bought the flavor in who knows how long but I remember what the main profile of the flavor was that I wanted to achieve.

That profile was a mix between [LA] Lemonade and [FLV] Boysenberry.

|[LA]| Lemonade|6%| |:-|:-|:-| |[FLV]| Boysenberry|2.5%| |[INW]| Raspberry|0.5%| |[WF]| Sour Blue Raspberry Candy|2%|

Personally, I like a bit of extra sweet and sour, so I added 1 to 2 drops of Super Sweet and 1 drop of Super Sour to the mix.

I aslo have this on recipe on ELR - LINK

Let me know what you guys think!

This looks quite good. I will definitely screenshot this and mix it up later, and I'll try to give my feedback once I do.

From the initial glance, I corroborate others statements that a little bit of FA Lemon Sicily would help the lemonade portion, as it's used in conjunction with FW/LA lemonade all the time to great result. It's almost considered a staple for lemonades.

I also might add ~.25% of either TPA Dragonfruit or INW Cactus to punch up the juciness. The dragonfruit will be more in line with the berry aspect of this profile, but I absolutely love cactus with lemonades.

Also, and this is to preference, adding a small amount of cooling helps emulate the cold aspect of drink juices. I like to use .25%-.5% of ws-23 (30%). Not enough to make it a noticeably cool vape, but just subtly add that impression of ice.

I usually save a comment or post I want to keep for later. this way the link is clickable and you can reply to it also. but I'm just assuming you're printing your screeny to take to your mixing area. I use RIF, a mobile app, and I can look up saved recipes I found on r/diy_ejuice wherever I may be

>TPA Dragonfruit or INW Cactus to punch up the juciness.

these are very juicy

Is that an iPhone app? I searched for ‘RIF’ and didn’t find anything exactly that.

Try around a half to 1% Fa Lemon Sicily along with la lemonade to fill out the lemonade. Looks good though.

Thanks for the comments/crits guys, just so you all can see the revisions that I had made from the last version, I did have FA Lemon Sicily in there; however, I think I may have had to much of not just that but another flavor too so i just omitted them completely as so flavor muting started to happen. u/DreadPirateSnuffles u/Bassmutt

I'll try adding it back in at 0.5 increments

6% la .75% Sicily is a solid lemonade base I use all the time.

Lemon Sicily turns to lemon pledge for a day or two once you hit 1%. Of course, INW Lemon Mix does the same at a slightly lower threshold... but again if you steep for a day or two it's great in the mix. But better to just keep the level low enough. I tend to vary the level from recipe to recipe tho...
