I believe so, in an email from the Broke Vaper it says "HEALTH CANADA HAS DEEMED NICOTINE CONCENTRATIONS 66MG/ML AND ABOVE 'VERY TOXIC' AND BANNED FROM CONSUMER SALE. BEGINNING JULY 1ST 48MG AND 100MG OPTION WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AND ONLY 60MG/ML WILL BE OFFERED"
