So I mixed myself 25 oz or 740 ml of 3mg ry4 double at 8.5% to let steep for a bit (and turn orange lol).
The total price? Less than $20 including ground shipping and all materials (even bottles). I can’t even get one 30ml bottle for that locally!
How can anyone NOT diy? It’s madness!
DIY is certainly the way to go. Welcome to the wonderful rabbit hole of mixing. If you like RY4 double, try Kriswk (u/AnthropicPanda)'s Dillinger's Dairy. It's an absolutely fantastic sweet, rich, creamy dessert tobacco with a hint of caramel. Awesome stuff.
Currently making wick liquor boulevard for about £30 for 500ml and anachist black for around £25 for 500ml including all vg and 3%nic... gotta love diy!!!
Oooooh i'll have to check out that wick liquor one been wanting to clone it for ages. My favourite juice by far.
Yes mate guy at work had it and I was hooked first time but for £25 for 150ml it was a joke... only problem I had was getting the loganberry, only available from Germany if it in stock but I subbed it for blue raspberry as it spose to be the same... I got all the flavors from here
I'm a truck driver and practically live in my truck. Keep my stuff in a room at my mothers house. So around twice a year when I stop by to visit for a few days I mix myself liquid to bring on the road with me. 18x 240ml bottles of various flavors and a 1 liter bottle of vanilla custard.
Had spent tons on over a hundred flavors but for the past 3 years now I've only needed to buy Nicotine and VG when running low. Buy VG 4 gals at a time from Essential Depot and buy Nicotine 1 liter at a time from Vapers Tek.
How do you store your liquids in your cab?
Best decision ever!!! It is amazing how much mark-up there is in the e-juice industry, for what was originally costing me $60-$90, now, typically costs me about a dollar or two to make on my own . . . Winning!
I sell my liquid on the side, and I can kinda understand the markup. Depending on the recipe it can take up to 10 minutes to make, and that's a lot of time for someone who doesn't have a lot of free time.
Now, I undercut the shops here with my prices, but people aren't paying for the ingredients, they're paying for my time to mix them.
RY4 double was one of my first diy loves. I made so many different RY4 mixes it was insane and finally settled on one that was my ADV for almost 3 years. It makes a killer base for desert flavors.
Hmu with that final product recipe :) I was/am in the same boat. Ry4 everything but nothing has seemed to stick quite yet
Be warned, this is a shake and vape recipe that's quite a coil killer. You can just about halve the percentages on everything if you plan to steep it although I'd still leave the Dry4 at 10%. Also, I've never mixed it with the DA/AP free versions of these flavors as vaping has always been about not smoking for me and I can't be bothered to give a damn about a bit of diacetyl.
10% - RY4 Double TPA
5% - Caramel Candy TPA
5% - Bavarian Cream TPA
2% - Vanilla Bourbon TPA
1% - Graham Cracker Clear TPA
The initial price can be steep but it pays for itself many times over. My roommate and I went in half each and we haven't even rebought nicotine once yet since we both vape 3mg.
I can't wait to get to this point. My initial investment is around $65 and I know I'm going to be able to make tons of juice. But around $12 of that was shipping from wizard labs. So I need to figure out what I like, quick. So I can order larger bottles of flavor in bulk and just coast
8% RY4 Isa pretty good range.
Yeah I agree. And 2oz of sauce can get you 25oz of juice!
Now you did pick a simple and easy to not mess up flavoring/recipe to go with...
IT can get alot more costly once you dig deeper and start mixing recipes with several flavors added in and higher priced flavorings like FLV...
