I was going to order everything from bull city but an extra 10% off got me interested in ecig express but is it me or is the site typically this incredibly slow and the sort/filter and search functions are so bad, it makes me want to squeeze a puppy?

Their website has always been moderately clunky and awkward to use, and yes, that extra savings will probably end up steering some business away from Bull City. Gremlin did something similar on Black Friday or Christmas and I know Bull City missed a LOT of business because of that extra savings on top of already competitive prices.

When I use Memorial25 I only get $0.50 off... that's on a $40 order with 240ml of nicotine. When I remove/add items it remains $0.50. Weird.

I ordered 27 x 30 mL flavorings from Bull City during the sale, late in the day on Memorial Day itself. I expected the order to take a couple of days to ship, since they had an entire 3-day weekend of holiday orders to process which came in before mine. But it actually shipped out this morning. That's pretty impressive.
