TLDR?: Unless otherwise noted 3 day or less turn around from time of order till they give it to shipping. Also a reduction in all of their nicotine offerings. As an example a liter of their non armour nicotine for 100mg/ml is now $60 dollars. That is a fantastic price IMO for very quality nicotine. I believe it use to be around $120ish if i remember correctly. Their salts are now priced very close if not exact price match to Nicotine River's.
Like most people the only issue I ever had with NN with their horrendous turnaround time. They made everything to order so it took a bit longer than all the other vendors who kept stock on the shelf ready to go. As of the last few years that turn around turned into almost a month. If they are able to fix this issue and remain consistent I think they can win back customers. I will certainly give them another shot for the price to quality they are now offering.
Thanks for passing this along. AFAIK, Nude is one of only 2 formulators in the US. Everyone else are re-sellers. I look forward to seeing if their ship out times improve.
If they do I'll probably switch back to using them again. Their new pricing puts the lower than even some of the worst quality nicotine out there. They always had great nicotine.

I hope Nude really has stepped it up. Even knowing they are slow to ship isn't a big deal to me. I only wanted to try Nicriver since I was pushing people who want a kit to try them. Lord help, would you believe I still haven't gotten my order straight? Currently waiting on the 3rd shipment from them. Live and learn.

I ordered from NR once and it was fine just didn't have the kind of nicotine I prefer so i never got it again. Sucks to hear about your story though.

According to /u/cjinct they don't actually formulate/extract their own and are resellers like the rest. Perhaps they can comment on how they know that...
A few years ago they made a big post bragging about how a huge batch of nic they purchased didn't meet their testing procedures so they threw it out on their own dime and that's why orders were delayed that go-round. They continued on that they were paying even more for faster air freight from China to get pending orders filled.
This was.... 2015. I want to say summer-fall time frame.
Not sure about now but at that time they were certainly resellers. The chemistry was only to test batches for quality.
We will see if they ship in a timely manner to anyone buy wholesale customers.

In the past, they've printed shipping labels but the parcels didn't actually ship for a week or more after the label was printed.

I vaped their smooth salts for over a year and had a chronic cough, especially in the morning, like I was still smoking which I've been smoke free for 5 years now.
I went though Nic River and it's gone but I'm done with salts now that I know that unless you go high MG like MTL or whatever the stupid popular things are called you don't want that and stick with the nic base.
Since they changed I went through Vaporstek again who still carries the premium line that River used to have and getting a sample from Caronlina Extracts so I can do it 100% proper.
FYI Vaperstek carries Chemnovatic and NR used to carry NicSelect. NR plans to offer Chemnovatic in the future, though but didn't have it listed until dropping NicSelect.
Ahhh ok, I misread the thread about them posting about the changes a few days ago because I thought they carried Chemovatic too but again I didn't pay attention because I got their salts besides their 15ml sample a few years back.
It looks like VT hasn't changed their nic packaging over the years because I took a break, along with big batches to hold me over and when I got the bottle to shake it from the freezer it was bone dry. Do some just use amber bottles with a top cap or is there something else I should be looking at? It's probably good to break it up in multiple units anyways and I can create SFT batches also.

I decided to order from them again. I think I made a mistake.
Placed my order ~~5~~ 6 days ago. Got a shipment notification ~~4~~ 5 days ago. MY PACKAGE HAS STILL NOT EVEN BEEN PICKED UP BY THE CARRIER.

Thanks for the information. Maybe their show of good faith were just empty words. I'm not seeing anything on their website to indicate a longer lead time more than 3 days.

Just now got a response. My order went in on the 6th. Got a tracking number on the 7th.
They are just now shipping my order, probably because I asked them where it is. So, 6 days to process the order WITH a reminder that they own me something.
Not good. That's for sure. I just about filed a charge back for non delivery. I don't understand how you can give your customer a tracking number and not ship for a week.

I've had a pretty bad experience with Nude Nicotine besides just order turnaround time. Had 2 orders that never showed up and 3 orders with incorrect items. I called them back 5 times over the course of 2 weeks after the last incorrect order and left messages each time making sure I clearly left my phone number and email and was never contacted. I have lost a lot of trust for this company and have had more consistency with Nicotine River since then.
