As always, the purpose of this thread is to gather the community to explore a flavor and its many uses. And it's also to have FUN!
Post recipes containing this week's Flavor of the Week, as the star or in a supporting role, with or without development notes. Talk about other people's recipes that use it. Compare and contrast different manufacturers' versions of the FOTW. Ask for help using that flavor in general or to achieve something specific, offer advice, brainstorm ideas, consider substitutions, suggest pairings... really anything at all as long as it's on topic.
#This week's flavor is: CINNAMON PASTRIES
You know, Cinnamon Rolls, Cinnamon Danish, Snickerdoodles, Churros...
How did that get to be the FOTW?
It was requested. If you're not interested in this FOTW, please take this opportunity and comment to request one that interests you (or send me a PM to do that).
Past FOTW posts can be found here
The NOTED podcasts, which are bascially video FOTWs, are listed on this sheet, maintained by /u/apexified

Anyone that doesn't have CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl should buy a bottle right now. Especially beginners. It's easier to work with than 99% of cinnamon flavors. Toss in a little LA Cream Cheese Icing and you're really cooking with gas.
Don't get me wrong you can make some incredible juices with other cinnamons. There are oodles. I just like that there's a lower chance of throwing away juice with cinnamon danish swirl.
I don't care much for cinnamon but cds is pretty good. Throw some Fuji or cap double apple and that's a pretty good recipe on its on. I love simple and cds is a good one to have.
3% cds
4% ry4 double
And 2% Fw yellow cake or jungle flavors if you don't wanna use cancer cake. Its very close to the juice I quit cigs with.
V1 is preferred, right? I don't have this concentrate but I've had some vape wild/Mt Baker cinnamon danish juices that I'm pretty sure are just straight flavors.
I already have the CCI so I may pick this one up for some simple mixes. Would just those two alone be good enough of a recipe to enjoy or possibly build a base with?
You mean it really is just a cinnamon flavor and doesn't pollute a juice with bakery off-notes?
There is definitely more than just cinnamon. Its used it quite a few recipes I've seen at low %s to get the non-cinnamon notes.
Then there's no reason to get it instead of FLV Rich Cinnamon, or FA Cinnamon Ceylon even.
I mean seriously, am I the only person ever who's seriously creeped out vaping solids flavors? It just feels wrong... I mean, I love baked goods IRL, but not for vaping.
Personally my favorite cinnamon pastry is FW cinnamon roll. It's a less abrasive cinnamon than that of cap CDS. Its sweet and fluffy and the cinnamon is just right. It has a nice backbone for a bakery, but have to use it a little bit higher but that's okay. One of my go to recipes uses it with cream cheese icing and if I'm feeling saucy a couple drops of rich cinnamon.
Check out Cinnamon as FOTW two years ago
And again one year ago,
Where highlights include Mr. Botboy's comment:
"FLV Rich Cinnamon
That is all,"
and a very helpful ConcreteRiver "bullshit short take on a bunch of cinnamon flavors."
It’s been awhile sense I’ve posted on this sub. Just wanted to say that ID10-T Cinnamon roll apple danish is one of my ADV for the past year and you should give it a try. Best cinnamon pastry juice I’ve ever had and never gets old to me.
Aww, I'm glad you've enjoyed that so much.
Have you ever tried Returnity's CinApple Fritter?
I see both the Cinnamon roll and Fritter and raise you an Apple Buttah:

Is there any way to tone down the cinnamon in CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl? To mute it I suppose but keep the other subtle notes in it?
Have a gander at this little gem from Apexified - posted just the other day - FAQ Friday: Additives/Enhancers
Big fan of FW Caramel Cinnamon Roll. Think the cinnamon aspect is closest to actual Cinnabon rolls plus that caramel is ridiculous. Usually mix it with a little CAP Chi Tea for some added spiciness.
I've messed around with FW Cinnamon Roll a lot. It tastes like...cinnamon rolls! You can use it at a low percentage to add some greasy bakery cinnamon, or jacked up pretty high for a cinnamon roll base. It's not the most complex flavor ever, but it's darn good. I like the unhealthy taste it has lol. I just can't handle vaping it for very long, because it's really heavy to me.
Cinapple Fritter [DIYorDIE: returnity]
Been mixing a couple years now, over 200 flavors, and this is top 3 of all time.
Most people say CAP CDs is overly cinnamony but I rather enjoy it. Shake and vape, definitely super strong. But it tames itself pretty fast and IMO CAP cds offers a really unique buttery note to it that I haven't gotten from other concentrates. Love it paired with Catalan cream and some ry4
Here is my Blueberry Cinnamon Pastry recipe. This mix is what helped me come up with the Blueberry Trinity. The original was slightly more simple, but I have updated it for some added experience and tastiness.
Blueberry and cinnamon are two of my favorite eliquid profiles, so I'm really excited about this. I have all of this, except FA Lemon Sicily instead of CAP, and TFA Vanilla Cupcake instead of CAP. Any advice on how to adjust?
Cap Cinnamon Danish swirl 6%
Cap sweet cream 1%
FA Zeppola 2%
FA meringue 2%
Fluffy cinnamon roll with powdered sugar on top, you don't really taste the cream but it does help with the dryness of the CDS and Zeppola
FLV rich cinnamon .25% FLV root beer 2% FA Cola 3% TFA Cotton Candy 1%
Cinnamon Cola reminiscent of a brand we have here in South Africa, the ethyl maltol in cotton candy is essential unless you want to feel like you're vaping a cinnamon cola flavoured cheese grater
FLV rich cinnamon is ridiculously strong and I get a prominent cinnamon flavour that starts to overtake a mix from about .4%, would recommend diluting to make it easier to work with
Remember when /u/Vurve and I had to kill ourselves with CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl? Yeah, I remember.

Well, since this month looks like a pretty sad selection of FotW topics... I guess I should suggest one. So since the listing page you showed seems to not have florals...
Juthinc seems grumpy a lot. I like it.
Older florals FOTW here: https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/6l8i26/a_peony_for_your_thoughts_about_this_flavor_of/
But, it's been 10 months and several more will pass before we get around to it again, so I'll add it to the list now. FLV had not come out with Cherry Blossom, Sugar Orchid, or Blackberry Blossom when we last had a flowery FOTW.
