Alright so I have tfa bavarian Cream and fa Vienna cream and i am needing some help with what percentages I should use them at to make the cream part of my strawberry and cream recipe. 3% bav cream and 1.5% Vienna?
I really wish this sub was back to the way it was a while back... people asking, people helping. I know there is a sidebar and all that but if every new mixer is turned away from a little help, what’s the point of even having a sub... just turn off everything but the sidebar.
That being said YES try it there in small 10ml batch, then adjust accordingly to your own tastes. Nobody is really going to have the perfect answer as everyone has tastes that differ. People all the time talk about this it that recipe that when I mix it I just can’t see what all the fuss is about. My tastes are different than others so everything I do is for ME first, if someone else likes it then so be it.
Not sure where you are coming from in your first paragraph. There’s an entire thread posted every week for questions and every single one gets answered.

No one goes without help here. Things are organized in the sub for a reason. I don’t actually think you understand why that is. We don’t need a bunch of the same posts in the main sub. That’s why we have splintered threads.
There are a noisy few of you that think we need to have 30 of the same questions every other day. Truth be known, the majority of the subscribers prefer designated threads and the basic info about mixing already compiled in one place to avoid repetitive questions about how to use a couple common creams. The little amount of effort put into some posts gets a bit tiresome for those who are here to share info and discuss newer things.
There's always /r/diyejuice where I'm pretty sure you can post/ask whatever you want.

My only advice is that Creams need to steep longer than other flavors. A week is NOT enough.
I'd suggest listening to automod. Automod took away both of my children for violating the rules here :(
In my experience a balanced cream percentage in terms of your strawberry percentage can make or break your recipe. Try to do maybe a percent less than your strawberry percentage; 5% strawberry and 4% cream, for example. If you’re mixing cream flavors, do half of one and half of another to start, and then balance the creams to your preference afterward.
Vienna Cream works better for adding a sweeter, sugary cream note to your recipe, while Bavarian Cream will add more body, more complexity, more richness. It's slightly eggy from being based around a custard-y dessert, so if you're looking for something more that profile, stick with Bav. In my experience, using both of them at that kind of percentage will really smother any strawberry flavour you may get from the first few days off the shake. Try using them separately and using other flavours to accent the cream of your choice. For example, with Vienna Cream, you can create something more fruit forward, focus on accenting the strawberries with some TPA Dragonfruit, maybe a touch of FA Apricot, or even some FW Hazelnut if you're feelin frisky. With Bav Cream, you're gonna want to focus on that custardy, thick mouthfeel, as you're gonna get a more cream focused recipe with accents of strawberry. So maybe some HS Ice Cream, CAP Vanilla Custard V1, or again, some FW Hazelnut to make it slightly malty. Just play around, but try to focus on how you want your cream element to sit in the recipe.
