I'm new to ejuice mixing, so thought I would ask the experts here for some help. My favourite cocktail is a Negroni - which is made from equal parts gin, sweet vermouth and campari. I'd love to try and mix up a negroni flavoured ejuice. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Vape train do a bitters flavour concentrate. I haven't tried it but that's where I would start if I were you.

For a bitter orange I highly recommend FW Blood Orange at 6-8%.
As someone who has consumed plenty of negronis and mixed a fair few juices based on FW blood orange, I agree with this. Definitely the place to start, dunno how one would go about achieving the subtle augmentation from the dozens of botanicals in all 3 negroni ingredients though. A tiny dash of anise and juniper? Do such flavours exist for vaping?
Edit: anise flavours are plentiful, juniper not so much. But apparently the flavour of juniper 'berries' is predominantly pine! Unfortunately searches for pine flavour yielded only pineapple in my brief excursion. Anyway, tagging u/DangerMoose99 in case this is useful.
Gotta be honest, at first thought was that this was some kind of backdoor slur. But after reading about it, I want to try one. Good luck in your search.
Ahaha as an italian i must say i respect ur passion and dedication for such an italian cocktail, but idk, isn t it a bit too bitter and tangy for an e liquid?
Also i don t think there is a lab making campari e liquid..... right?? I also wouldn t try to make it... there's sugar and every spice possible inside, might not be a good idea to inhale.
There's plenty of sweetness in Campari, and as another user suggested, blood orange flavour would work as a great base for a negroni flavour, bitterness and all.
Beyond that, I agree that this would be quite challenging to get close. All three ingredients in the negroni have a loads of different botanicals, so getting a close match would be pretty much impossible. Fortunately though, the orange flavour from the Campari and the orange twist on top very much dominate, so I think OP could get something that hits the spot starting with a good lug of blood orange, and experimenting a little.
Negroni doesn t taste like orange at all, you just put a slice inside for decoration......idk, i wish OP good luck but i m not sure he/she ll make it.
I believe traditionally it is served with an orange twist, ie you squeeze a thin slice of orange peel outward onto the finished drink, which coats the top with orange oil, and the resulting aroma forms a very prominent part of the flavour profile. That's how I was trained to make them anyway, and the guy who trained me was an extremely knowledgeable traditionalist bartender. But hey, I won't argue with an Italian about this, lol. I'm Australian :) I agree that it would be a very different drink if you just dropped an orange slice in there.
edit: however, Campari definitely has a heavy orange/blood orange/grapefruit essence note to it. I've consumed plenty of negronis and a lot of Campari, and mixed with FW blood orange flavour, and I definitely think that it would be a good place to start to get something negroni-ish. I agree that getting something genuinely very close may be near impossible though.
