Actually, just wipe it up with rags and water. You don't even need soap, just semi-wet rags to soak it up. The PG breaks down naturally, the nic will oxidize and break down naturally, but soak up as much as you can for now.

Rent a carpet cleaner - it's your best bet, wear a mask and gloves, those fumes can make you sick if you inhale enough of it. You can get a mask for 'fumes' at your local hardware store - I often work with 100% pure nic and it works great

Good thing about PG is if you spill it you can just say F it and move on with your day.
