Would take out the sweetener and use some cotton candy but that's just me

Is cotton candy a good replacement for sweetner? And what other benefits would it have? I'm pretty new to this.

It'll sweeten it up and add some extra little flavour notes. Another commonly used sweetener substitute is marshmallow, although that one is better suited to desserts.

Cotton candy (EM) adds a perception of sweetness, as well as "wetness", something a beverage mix would need.

Replace any sweeteners with FW Natural Lemonade and maybe a touch of TFA Strawberry (not ripe).

How much would you say is a "touch" of strawberry? Like 2%?

Have you considered Lorann's lemonade?

LA Lemonade is great @~5%. Add maybe .25% INW Lemon Mix and it's really better. Use TFA Blueberry Extra and you won't need sweetener. And lemonade is betterwhen cold, so add WS-23 or FA Polar Blast. And you could probably use a touch of menthol rather than the spearmint, get a touch of extra cooling that way. If you want a more sour lemon, up the lemon mix to .75%

I would use flv lemonade (the citric acid in la lemonade mites and gunks)

I would use fw blueberry as it's the best blueberry I've found yet.

Then dump the sweetener, just personal preference though and see how that turned out.

Tried this mix tonight. It's good, I cut the sweetener by half (I know spearmint is hard to work with) and added 2% EM. I also used TPA lemonade because that's what I have available. I will need to play around more to see about bringing the profile up to a fuller experience.

What benefit does ethyl maltol have over sweetner?

I notice a more "wet" sensation. It also acts like a sweetener but, not as pronounced.
