i have some that was made and i no longer want, i need the jars for making more. what do you do with your e liquid to dispose of it?
Pour it out
where though? advised not to empty down the drain or toliet.
I usually start at the top of the big slide, then transition to the curly slide, finishing on the monkey bars if there's any juice left.
Just curious... have you ever used Drano? Any toilet bowl cleaner?
That shit is way worse than ejuice.
Who advised you not to put it down the drain? And why? The 3 basic parts are in all kinds of stuff that goes down the drain. Nicotine is in other vegetables, VG and PG are safe for use in foods. And are in all kinds of things that can, and do, go down the drain.
Wherever you want to. Stop thinking about It so much.
By whom, and on what authority? That is silly.
You can actually be charged by environmental agencies for pouring concentrated nicotine down the drain. It's likely not going to be noticed when dumping 30mL or even 1L, but it's a very big violation if dumping drums.
Simply pour into the toilet or the shell. There is nothing dangerous for nature. With the removal of the smell from the bottle, there can be complications. Usually enough detergent for washing dishes. If the smell is too strong, I rinse in a weak solution of vinegar. If smell and stayed - throwing out a bottle))
so this got busy overnight. i dumped out the stuff i had that was only about 20ml left, i do have full jars but i think i'll just chuck them in the bin. they have been sitting for over a year and have went very dark coloured.
So this is a little late, and probably majorly overkill. I had to dispose of quite a bit of old juice recently and I didn't like the idea of putting a bunch of nicotine down the drain, or some random person / animal finding old juice in the garbage and using or ingesting it. The chances of anyone finding or using the juice is probably pretty low, but I don't think it's a stretch to assume animals / children could be hurt by ingesting the juice, especially because most of it smells so sweet that they might consume a lot.
The best solution I found was to pour it into a bag of cat litter. The litter absorbs the juice and it ends up just looking like soiled litter. This way, no one is going to think it smells good or bother investigating further. I felt a lot more comfortable disposing this way, even though it took a little more work. I had probably 50-60 bottles, so I ended up putting them all on my dish-drying rack, upside down, with the run off dripping into the bag of litter, and left it overnight.
Again, this is probably major overkill. Clearly, most people just put it down the drain. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. Shit, if you're REALLY worried about it, contact a local recycling / waste disposal agency and ask them where to dispose of hazardous materials.
