Sounds like you definitely want to get that WOW and Zeppola. A lot of people can't stand it, but you might take a chance on FA Joy. You might want to look into WF Glazed Donut and WF Cinnamon Pastry as well, if those are accessible to you. Also Jungle Flavors Yellow Cake, Jungle Flavors Biscuit, and especially CAP Sugar Cookie.

Every one of your vanilla flavors requires a steep, just so you know.

I'd go with:
.2% INW Cactus
1% FA Lemon Sicily (any higher, you need to steep a day to wait for this to not taste like lemon Pledge)
1.5% FA Fuji
3% TFA Blueberry Extra

TFA Strawberry Ripe 6%, TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 5%, FA Forest Fruit 3%. I wouldn't literally shake and vape that, at least let it come together overnight.

Ditto for this: Simple Sugar Cookie

Very nice list of flavors for a first time choice. You can make so much with those.

A nice SnV would be something like

5% SB ripe

4% Peach,

2% Dragonfruit,

1% Sweetner.

You could also swap the Peach or the Dragonfruit for Apple and have a whole different blend. This is an easy combo to play around with and doesn't require much steeping.

For the record, you need a tobacco to add to that classic cigarette flavor. It's really just a additive. So you don't have any tobacco flavors. If you only get one, best choice is probably Red Burley.

If I was going to try making something with those flavors, tho... I'd do something like:

1.25% malted milk
2.25% coconut
4% RY4D
Shold be a starting point, at least.

• 7% Strawberry
• 1% Dragonfruit
• 5% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
• 1% Coconut

/u/juthinc is right, if you don't want that Classic Cigarette to go to waste, pick up another FLV tobacco or five. Red Burley is probably the most used for a reason. Cured is very versatile. Kentucky is great stuff. But for pairing with Classic Cig, I'd probably go with Turkish or Native.

4% TFA Grape juice
2% TFA Blueberry Extra
1.5% FA Pear
1.5% Koolada

Yeah, man. Before you buy a flavor, do a search. TFA Guava is notoriously bad. You might as well throw it out, or save it to make juice for an enemy.

There's not a lot you can do with just these flavors. Juthinc's suggestion looks pretty solid to me. Also try 8% Strawberry Ripe + 4% Grape Juice + 1% Pear.

The V2 on the brownie scares me a bit, but.... maybe try that with the SA banana custard, maybe with some whipped cream. But steep for a month, because DX/V2 flavors are usually shitty early on.

BTW if the INW raspberry is the molina version, only go above 1% if you want a floral vape. It turns into raspberry cologne right around 1%.

You could always try .5% raspberry with 2% double apple...

• CAP Whipped Cream 2%

You only have the one tobacco (tfa black honey) so a tobacco mix would be challenging. But... ry4d usually works with a tobacco flavor, so...

For VG ratio, that depends on how sensitive to PG you are, your pain tolerance, and your degree of masochism.

Not a tobacco, but the watermelon 6%, sb ripe 6% and bubblegum 4.25% you can make a really spot on hubba hubba gum flavor.

Do 70/30.

3% TPA Black Honey + 4% TPA RY4 Double.

Steep for one week.

Well, you could always go with a Turkish variant of brigade... just replace the Cuban with Turkish. Or maybe the Virginia... Maybe a cherry cigar... Or a cherry cola. Not a lot of places to go with that list outside of tobacco.

You could try lemon at like 1% and biscuit at 4 for a really simple lemon cookie.
