Nicotine in solution should be clear and it should be packaged in amber or cobalt blue bottles. Light and oxygen both damage it—not to the point where it's bad to use, but oxidized nic tastes peppery and can throw off your flavor profile.
VG and PG need to be pharmaceutical grade (not just food grade).
Does usp or kosher grade counts or they fall into food grade.
I use the nic river stuff with great results. That's all kosher, usp grade.
>U.S.P. A chemical grade of sufficient purity to meet or exceed requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP); acceptable for food, drug, or medicinal use; may be used for most laboratory purposes.
Buy from a reputable source and that will often solve your problems. Id recommend you buy just enough nic that it will be used in about 4 months if spoilage is a concern. I prefer to buy as i use it so i always have a fresh batch, bulk savings mean little to me and id rather just have new coming every few months. By all means message the companies that sell nic and have them answer any questions or doubts you may have before hand.
Thanks brother for the info. Not all companies provide the info in my country. Also can you tell me what question should i ask to check the authencity.
Some reliable information can be found on the side bar to the right. There is probably a vape subreddit for your country with region specific hints and tips on their respective sidebars.
This link is pulled from the subreddit we are in and these sources should be fairly trustworthy. https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/wiki/index/nicsource

My 2 cents.
You can tell nic solution is high quality if it says Carolina Extracts on the bottle. They are the only laboratory grade supplier I know of that sells to the public. Other brands are cheaper and are fine, but to me the cost delta to use CEX nic is like 10 cents on a 30ml of 3mg, in the grand scheme of things and insignificant amount to try to save.
For VG, you obviously want USP, but it's a good idea to look for the palm sourced stuff over the soy or unknown sourced.
Have you looked into Vapers Tek? I used to be a huge fan of CXT, but my last nic came from VT and I've got nothing but positive feedback, and I enjoy it every bit as well as CXT.
I've also read in numerous places that EU has higher standards for nicotine than US. Not sure if that's why it seems smoother to me, or if it actually is. Either way, after the sale discount, it cost me about half as much per liter as CXT so I'm probably gonna stick with it.

I have checked with most suppliers as mentioned in the nicotine section but they don't deliver it India that's why i asked the question. I also apologise if you think my post is irrelevant and you can delete the post. In my country I don't have lot of options for getting good quality nicotine like you have in your country. I hope you understand my situation.
I understand your situation, and we have a questions for questions just like yours.
Thing is, if you find a supplier that would deliver to India, customs may confiscate it and I would assume there might be some sort of penalty involved for you. I do not know India's laws regarding nicotine though, that would be something you would have to look into.
Nicotine river says they ship internationally, but only max 48mg/mL strength. They also state that they are not responsible for the package once it leaves the facility unless it returns, then they will refund your money. Again, they stress knowing your country's laws as they will not refund something that has been confiscated.
Hope this helps.
