Why on earth would anyone ask them that question? Good lord.

I'd settle for them properly diluting their concentrates so we don't have to buy a $30 10ml bottle and dilute it down to 10ppm ourselves.
I see these recipies calling for 4-5 flv flavors and I just see $$$. It's like 5.50-11.50 for the 15 mls.
Let's say that you you DO dilute the flavorings for some, like rich cinnamon or some of their stronger concentrates: Say you use Rich Cinnamon @ .2%. You want to dilute it to a "manageable" 2% instead, so you will make a 10% Rich Cinnamon solution. 15mL of Rich Cinnamon to 135mL of PG. You end up with 150mL solution.
Take the average price of FA 120mL prices on BCF (chosen due to FA being used within that range of 2% on average to make comparable) of ~ $18.00.
A gallon of PG on NR is $18.99 which is 3875mL equating to $0.005 per mL.
A 4oz bottle of "diluted" is your $12.50 (one of the pricier flv flavors) + $.675. So your 120mL of rich cinnamon is CHEAPER than most other concentrates.
The FLV Concentrates are pricier up front, but are cheaper in the long run in most of my experiences. There are a few where this isnt the case though. Even if you don't dilute, you use the same as they are % based. You save a good amount of money overall.
In their defense, they ARE properly diluted to what their aim it. They are an Ultra Concentrate. In my personal experiences, about 85% of the flavors I have sft'd of theirs do well between .5% and 1.5%. A few well in the 1.5% to 2.5% range, and a small amount at higher than that.
