Revisit FA Meat Flavours

I know of one review I can find on the internet of FA Cured Ham and basically to sum it up it was "don't do it". But I am thinking we need a second opinion, has anyone else tried?

I have ordered the Cured and standard Ham hopefully it will be heading from Italy soon.... Guess my first flavour review should be "interesting". Would love a melon and cured Ham to work...

Really? A bunch of recipes used saline...

But yeah... I would think by 'cured ham' the guys at FA mean Prosciutto... which would make me want to find tomato and bocconcini flavors... but that would just be weird. (Although it makes me think... tomato juice... Bloody Mary juice?)

So his review on YouTube just didn't show the stomach turning disgust that others always warn of... I am wondering is it a case of "here be dragons" and actually there is a new world waiting. I am sure the first creams were not great either but with time perfected. I feel experimentation is needed.
