Jungle Juice without menthol?
submitted almost 8 years ago by cromczar

Hey there, I love Jungle Juice but not too keen on menthol. I've read a couple of places that it's just a grape and watermelon mix with menthol. Is that true?

EDIT: I'm referring to the actual flavoring from FW

Did you also read that it’s just FW Jungle Juice?

I'm referring to the FW flavoring Jungle Juice, guess I should've been more specific.

Ah okay. Most people randomly referring to it mean the actual juice. Cool. You could just use FW Grape and FW Watermelon. It could also be better with different brands though.

Thank you! Time to stock up on various grapes and watermelons...

I'm pretty sure that FW Unicorn Vomit is, or is really close to, JJ without menthol. I could be wrong on this though. I've never tried it standalone but I do vape A LOT of JJ. It smells almost identical to me so take that for what it's worth.

If you're not too keen on menthol but would still like some of the "cooling" effect, you can take a mix of grape and watermelon, and add a tiny amount of TPA Koolada. Koolada is supposed to have no actual menthol taste, but this is only true at very low concentrations. Using it too high will definitely give some menthol flavor.

I'd start with 1 drop per 15 mL of juice. Yes, it's that potent.

I wish koolada worked for me. I either get no cooling effect, or it mashes all the flavoring into. Slightly cooling chemical tasting mess.
