Have you tried other white chocolate flavors?
The only other White Chocolate Flavor I've tried is the White Fudge (SC) - Wonder Flavours. I'm coming upon the 3rd week of SFTesting for this concentrate, and sadly this does not appear to be representative of a White Chocolate "Fudge" so far (by definition anyway). I haven't attempted to make a Stove Top White Fudge and only purchased the Lindt White Chocolate Bar to compare.

The only one I currently have in my inventory is the White Chocolate (TPA) and I have not SF tested that yet. Is there a White Chocolate flavor you recommend that I should try?
Flavor West's White Chocolate is rather nice. It's fairly rich and moderately thick. Anyone expecting a Hershey's/Nestle-like white chocolate would be disappointed.

No, I don't really have one to recommend. TFA's isn't bad, unless it tastes like pepper to you. If you're one of those who taste TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream as pepper, don't even bother trying TFA White Chocolate. It will not go well for you.
Hmmm...Pepper. I always here this. Even with the White Chocolates...? Interesting. I have not done a SF test for the TFA VBIC. I've only used it when making other mixer's recipes if that is one of the flavorings, so if there is a Peppery note, I haven't tasted it outright.
I'll be testing that TFA White Chocolate flavor soon among others, because some of my earlier notes on ELR (the ones with no weekly updates) are simply the "parroted" notes from other mixers - so I could get started mixing. I'm seeing a trend with the notes taken for certain, SB's, custards, dairies, and chocolates....

I did a quick Google Fu (I haven't purchased this concentrate) and did find short remarks on the flavor from a few mixers on ELR who have used it. Links: Laura5
I did find that the flavor description
White Chocolate FLV Description: "Slightly chalky white chocolate is at home with whipped creams, and other dairy notes. Very flexible and firm flavor has a full, chunky bar presence that can be scaled up and down as needed."
Damn... That sounds brutal. I think I bought this flavor too :*( Why is white chocolate so hard to make into a flavoring?!!
Well...there's gotta be a White Chocolate star out there. I have no idea why white chocolate, or in this case "chocolate white" is so hard. I have one other White Chocolate to try, the TPA WC; but ID10-T warned me I might taste "pepper" - ACK! 😶
I'm going to order the MF White Chocolate (the great white chocolate hope) and the one from DuoMei.
I've had the MF white chocolate (still have it though it's probably useless now) and wasn't impressed personally.
