Go-to flavors from the new companies.
submitted almost 8 years ago by nmsmith89

Hello!

I used to be on /r/DIY_eJuice all day everyday but haven't been around lately or even ordered new flavorings. I went to BullCity for the first time in a while and saw some new companies like Wonder Flavours, Capella Silverline, Liquid Barn, Real Flavours, as well as new releases from the other companies.

My question is... Are there new "go-to", "staple" flavors from these guys or even new flavors worth picking up? If so I would love to know about them. The last time I was around was when FLV was relatively new. Please let me know if any of these new ones are worth picking up or if I should just stick with the old goldies. Thanks!

Check the flavor reviews here. That’s a good place to read about whether or not the new flavors are good.

There he is.he dosent miss a beat to leave his snarky comments. The old grump of r/diy_ejuice is always there to leave his comments about people being on his front lawn. Lol

That comment was in no way, shape or form grumpy or snarky.

I ordered cap silverline gummy bear and rainbow candy, they are pretty tasty imo, not even fully steeped yet and they taste just like skittles and gummies. For the price of the flavors they could have been much worse, maybe others are bad idk, but I'm happy with my purchase

We need more reviews of Wonder flavors and Flavor Revolution imo . More Real Flavors stuff would be nice as well .

Curious what people think about their ice cream sandwich lol.

My comments are based on the below Reddit list , zero Wonder or Flavor Revolution reviews.

RF is a pain in the ass to SFT because they usually need a good month to steep. That and they are very hit and miss or even nonexistent (light light flavor for an SC). That's probably why there aren't many reviews.

Actually there are a good number of reviews but they have so many flavorings that have not been reviewed which is what i was inquiring about .

I agree that they can be very hit and miss though.

I actually reviewed their entire original line, all 25 flavors. I'll dig it up and copy paste it. I've also got some of their SC that I will review. Wonder Flavors that is.

I've test most of the flavor revolution fruits. I have been really surprised how good most of them have been. As for real flavors the only ones I personally think are must haves are their lemonade, cream soda, and yumberry.

Thanks , many rave about Real Flavors strawberry .

Flavor Revolution from the customer comments sections seem to be very positive.

Unfortunately, i am a non strawberry taster. So, I can't offer any feedback on Real Flavors strawberry. Flavor Revolution Tropical Strawberry tastes like a mute pineapple juice with a hint of another citrus in the background. Well, that is all I can taste from it.

I'm a little over halfway through the WF SC line with reviews to follow :)

I'm too new to say, but the u/ConcreteRiver has been doing Lb flavor reviews for a couple weeks now. Some sound pretty good. There was a thread on the silver line around when I first started (about a month and a half) I didn't really look at it, cus I'm still figuring out my flavors.

Don’t bother with CAP Silverline

Well that's disappointing, I hope it's not a huge hit to them if they don't take off :/

Why would it be a hit to Capella and why would it matter?

Jungle Flavors has introduced a few impressive concentrates while you were away. Their Sweet Strawberry mimics Capella's but more concentrated and less fading over time. Yellow Cake is their take on Flavorwest's sugar-laden, coil wrecking offering without the downside. A few others have gotten very good reviews as well. Check them out in the sidebar.

If you're into tobaccos, Flavorah has been working wonders with their line. Red Burley and Native are both worth looking into. As a bonus, they don't require the extended steep times that are needed by most every other tobacco concentrate.

Jf dulce de leche and juicy lemon are some solid ones ive used. I agree on the sweet strawberry, its a little acidic though. Their ry4 double was great too. Definitely wanna try some more.

I don't know how RY4 Double slipped my mind. That's one of the few flavors I enjoy as a standalone.

JF Honeydew Melon, JF Fuji, and JF Biscuit are also great.

For the past 3 months or so, I've basically been exclusively mixing with wonder flavours. I absolutely LOVE every one I've tried so far, their pastry type flavours are the best i've had. I've still yet to try all of the 30 or so flavours i've got from them and I just saw that they now have 65 super concentrates as opposed to the ten they had last time I was on their website. I recommend every one try a few of their regular concentrates (havent tried any of the super concentrates yet)
